The hotel is well located right on a tourist spot and very close to a subway station, with plenty of eateries around and Namba is nearby. The main issue we had during our stay was the fellow guests at the time. They were rather rude and rowdy, showing little mutual respect to others, plus the common area for breakfast and leisure is rather congested with little space in between. To the hotels credit, it provides a few free amenities for guests including happy hour with drinks including alcohol, and night time noodle. Also, it has communal bath provided though it's in an annex block.

Pretty good with Onsen facility, lots of freebies such as drinks, free ramen and location is also great with convenience stores and food options very close to the hotel. They also have treadmills which is important for me. Only drawback, the hotel seems to get many tour groups. So the lobby can be very hectic and the Onsen is super overcrowded. They only have one laundry facility as well with 2 machines so competition is fierce to use them. Not ideal

Enjoyed our time at this property as it had everything along with all of the amenities. As a family of 5 the late night ramen from 9 to 10pm was a hit! I was able to use the onsen 2 times during our 6 night stay (got back too late from universal and expo) and found it good. One large pool along with a small cold pool. Best time to go was during the ramen experience as there was little to know people in the onsen at that time. Hotel provided all of the toiletries that were needed (towels, comb, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Hotel also provided next day transfer services to our next location (Hakone) and the prices were quite reasonable.

It was a fair hotel. Quite hectic in the mornings in the breakfast area. Busy time of the year I guess. Rooms were clean but kinda small. Asked for another pair of pyjamas, towels and slippers but were not given any. They said they gave us enough. But we had three people in our room and were only provided two. Our room was fairly clean but the halls smelt funny, like cigarettes and smelly carpets. The area was super cool though. Walkable! The train station a minute away! Super convenient!

外国の方が多いと書かれてたので、衛生面が少し不安でしたが、そんな不安もすぐになくなりました！まずお風呂の綺麗さに驚きました。湯にはホコリひとつ浮いておらず、洗い場も綺麗に掃除されてます。また、一階の食堂テーブルのところも、飲み放題のドリンクやお酒が置いてあり、いろんな人が利用するのでこぼれてたり汚れてたりするのかなと思いきや、スタッフさんが何度も掃除に入り、いつ見ても清潔できれいな状態でした。そして飲み放題は本当に嬉しいサービスでした。子供たちもアイスの食べ放題に大喜びでした。またくる時は利用したいです。とにかく掃除が徹底されており、清潔で素晴らしいホテルでした。

It was very pleasant overall. Friendly staffs, clean facility, very spacious bathroom with a tub and onsen was the best. One small complaint I had was their breakfast. It was 2,000yen but their menu was exactly the same.

It is very nice stay We have a triple bed in a room but room is kind of tight. I was expecting it was bigger. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, earliest check in we had in Japan too. Great view on the roof terrace and the option to book a private onsen also a nice touch as I have tattoos. The free drinks between 3 and 8pm all quality and a really nice touch we weren't aware of at all. Amazing location in regards to public transport too!

Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay!

お風呂がホテルを出て別の棟に入りに行かなければならなかったのが、少し不便に思いました。それと、携帯の充電器を忘れてきてしまったので、翌日ホテルにお電話したら、626のお部屋に忘れ物はあがってないと言われました。でも確実にコンセントから抜いてないので、ささったままのはずなのに、忘れ物はないとのことで充電器は戻ってきませんでした。それが残念でした。

We had an amazing time on our four night stay. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal walking distance to all the Osaka highlights. Train station right at the door when required. Free ice cream, drinks and ramen. The hot springs is wonderful. All the amenities and facility was as advertised. Washer and dryer located on level 2 for ¥300 per load. Great value and convenience. Plenty of food available in the area too.

Very good! The hotel provides free ice-cream, coffee and tea all day, alcoholic drinks from 15:30 - 20:30 and ramen everyday from 21:00. Please check with the reception before. Can’t say that those are very good in quality but given it is free of charge, it is very good activities to gather with friends and families in the area. It is very close to the train station, just at the corner next to the hotel: there are so many restaurants and convenience stores beside. I will definitely book the hotel again
