The room was clean with all the usual Japanese hospitality such as providing toiletries. pJ’s to wear and slippers. a/c worked great in the room. No a/c in the hallways on floor 17. The included breakfast was surprisingly great with traditional Japanese offerings. They also offered toast and cereal. The best part was the shuttle ride to the KIX airport which the hotel provided - it was very convenient.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall standard was high. The Internet was a bit slow, but I didn't mind too much. The hotel was located in close proximity to Izumisano Station, two stops from Kansai, and they also offered a shuttle service to the airport which can be booked from the reception. There's also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as a supermarket, for those who wish to do a last shopping spree before leaving Japan.

I like the staff they are helpful, clean rooms, walkable the train station. It will be great if they have updated Televisions that have Netflix or apps. because Not everybody is Japanese can only watch news and cooking. It will be great if they have safe box into the room.

There were some minor aesthetic improvements that could do with some attention (e.g. the grungy carpeting in the elevators, the hole in the drywall behind the bathroom sink), but overall a good hotel. Our room had a nice view, and a clean bed and bathroom. The staff was also helpful and courteous in lending an umbrella or adapter and pointing out directions. Across the street is a supermarket, convenient for picking up snack and drinks, and less than five minutes away, access to Izumisano Station on the Nankai Line.

Room is spacious but the interior looks dated. Fortunate to have a top floor room that gave us a superb view of the surrounding. We booked here for a night due to proximity to Rinku outlets and KIX. Service is a notch below all the other Japan hotels on my trip, as it was the only one that did not help us (with 2 young children) to move our stored luggages into the room once check-in was available. Breakfast is basic and passable.

寒い日に泊まって、暖房をつけたが部屋がずっと寒かった。室内が乾燥したので加湿器の貸し出しがあるのか確認すればよかったです。安いプランでしたが、部屋も広くて最上階で静かでよかったです。朝は空港まで送ってもらえて助かりました。

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious for 5 adults, and beddings are comfortable. Izumisano Center Hotel was a perfect beginning to our Japan trip. We arrived at Kansai airport and needed somewhere convenient and pleasant to stay before moving on to our final destination. This hotel is just two stops and a couple blocks walk away from the airport. The staff was kind and patient with our lack of language skills. The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. The view from our 17th floor room was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.
