Gutes, komfortables Hotel zu vernünftigen Preisen. Parkplatz im Parkhaus eher teuer (25 EUR/Nacht). Allerdings ist das Essen im Restaurant wirklich gut und hat (für ein Hotel) überraschend gute Preise. Auch das Frühstück ist klasse! Alles da, was das Herz begehrt und in einer tollen Auswahl. Besonders freundlich sind die Service-Mitarbeiter. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Parcheggio a pagamento interrato sotto hotel comodissimo. Zona centrale vicina alla stazione… potrebbe sembrare poco “sicura” ma è ben gestita e sotto controllo ( almeno per quanto ho potuto vedere un’ unica sera che vi ho soggiornato)

The hotel is great, but the street is on is not the best, and it's slightly further away from dining and attractions than other hotels. The great rate and nice breakfast did overcome this. One elevator out of service some minor inconvenience.

Für das Umfeld in Frankfurt in Bahnhofsnähe kann das Hotel nichts, zum Parken (allerdings stolze 25 €/24h) ist die Tiefgarage den Straßen vorzuziehen. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Schimmelansätze Dusche, Lampenschirm defekt, Papiermüll vom Vorgänger auf dem Fußboden, Flecken Fußboden, Gardinen). Einen "rund um die Uhr geöffneten Imbiss" gibt es leider nicht.

Comfortable, bar open late, and good breakfast

Hotel itself is really nice, and staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is a bit slow. Shower was great! We stored oir luggage for a few hours after checkout while we did a walking tour before our train, no problem. It is very near a super sketchy street we walked through with our luggage from the train station - do not recommend that!

Good stay. Quiet room. Friendly front desk. One lift was broken and check in took a bit of time. Otherwise very good.

The area between the hotel and main train station was a bit sketchy, but the hotel seems to be on the edge of a very professional / business neighborhood in the other direction. We walked around at night, and the area had quite a few pedestrians. We just kept our wits about us, as we do in any large city.

We loved our room spacious and very clean.

The property itself is clean and secured. It is walking distance from Frankfurt Central Train Station. There are landmarks that are walking distance from the hotel. The streets (just a couple of blocks) going to the hbf are noisy and dirty but seems safe since we walked there a few times. The streets going opposite the hbf are clean and nice. The stay is nice since it is quiet and clean and at the center of the city. The rooms are smaller than the rooms in the US but the same as all the four hotels we stayed in. This is the only hotel of four we stayed (3 nights here) at that asked for a deposit of about $300 but will be returned back after the stay. Overall great stay for the two rooms we stayed at for my two daughters, my wife and myself.

Clean & convenience, staffs are poilet, can't see any homeless around there, maybe due to cold days. Overall is fine but the pillow is too soft

Nearly everything was top notch quality. Only minus: wifi speed was only fair.

Room smaller then expected

The hotel in general is excelent, if you need to be in the financial district for business, if you are traveling for tourism porpoises is a little bit far form the main activities. Also there are a lot of girl clubs around and seems to be a little bit heavy the surrounding but, actually it wasn’t, it is only the aspect Talking about the hotel, is beautiful, the service is great and the breakfast is more than enough. But the room is a little bit tight and there are some noises from other rooms

i was here for 4 days for work so wasn't in the room a lot. the bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was nice. it was a good walkable area with restaurants and bars nearby. we even walked to the train station on the last day which was close.

The first room (on a higher floor) was spacious and matched the photos online, while the second room (on the 2nd floor) was noticeably smaller with a different layout. The online photos seem to show only the larger rooms, so keep that in mind when booking. If you’re new to Frankfurt or the area, the neighborhood might come as a surprise. There’s a visible homeless population nearby, and while we personally didn’t have any issues, it might make some travelers feel uneasy. When walking between the hotel and the train station, I recommend sticking to Kaiserstraße and avoiding Taunusstraße. Overall, this is a decent, well-run hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from Hilton Garden Inn. Just be mindful of the surrounding area and possible room size variations when booking.

Service was low class, made a mess at the check in, we had 3 rooms, put the wrong names, gave the worst rooms in the hotel on the ground floor, although we were staying for 4 nights.

The staff at Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Centre were so kind to check us in early and make us a cup of coffee while we waited after our overnight flight. Very conveniently located near train station and a short walk to old town.

The room was fine. I was overcharged for the room. I did not get my 50 euro deposit returned and I was refused a receipt when checking out. I was promised a receipt via email which I never received.

Staff were superb and so helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while some aspects were decent, I cannot recommend it due to major concerns. The hotel itself is nice, with small but comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is close to the main train station, which is convenient. However, the surrounding area is a **huge problem**. While the immediate hotel entrance is clean, just 50 meters away, it turns into a completely different place. This hotel is **right next to the red-light district**, which is **unsafe, dirty, and full of drug activity**. People openly sell and use drugs at all hours, the streets smell like urine and human waste, and there are many homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. Walking to and from the station means constantly being approached by people asking for money or trying to sell drugs. **This is not a safe area, especially for families.** Additionally, I had **a serious issue with overcharging**. The hotel charged my credit card more than what was stated on my receipt. When I spoke to the manager, he could not provide a receipt for the full charged amount. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was still overcharged by more than **€200**, with no refund. They claimed it was a "deposit," but I never got it back. With so many hotel options in Frankfurt, I strongly recommend choosing a different place to stay. This hotel’s location is unsafe, and their handling of payments is questionable. Avoid the hassle and book elsewhere!

Wir hatten ein gemütliches und ruhiges Zimmer in der 5. Etage. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Kosmetikprodukte von Crabtree&Evelyn im Bad. Auch das Angbot am Frühstücksbufett war sehr umfangreich und das Personnal an der Rezeption immer sehr freundlich.

It was close to the train station

This was a very nice hotel in an area that was convenient but has become even more rundown and safe with drunks, sex shops, drugs and dirty streets surrounding it sadly. As a single woman, I felt unsafe at all times of the day coming and going to the hotel.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Nice rooms and good facilities. A couple of surrounding streets are better to be avoided (homeless people, drunks, sex shows). It is very close to the central train station which was very convenient.

The Hilton Garden Inn City Centre in Frankfurt is a lovely hotel, very conveniently located near the train station. However, it's through a somewhat seedy looking neighborhood - be aware if you're walking. The hotel itself, however, is spotless and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, well worth the price. The room was lovely and quiet. Well worth a stay here!

Good. But location is not safe

Sehr gut gelegen. Das Bahnhofsviertel in Frankfurt ist nicht das beste, aber man auf sicheren Weg dorthin. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut

The property itself was nice, but the area was a little sketchy. Around the block where you had to drive to get to the parking was all strip clubs, a place that advertised by the hour, and possibly a brothel. The check in was easy enough, but we didn't appreciate the "used car salesman" approach about buying breakfast in advance. It was pushy and has to be all four of us for both days to get it for $18 instead of $27 each. We were leaving before breakfast even started the second day, and I didn't eat breakfast, but it wasn't an option to get a better rate for my husband and boys the first day. We skipped breakfast at the hotel because dinner was pricey for what it was and they didn't think it was worth $27 each for the breakfast they offered. We did find a nice bakery a couple of blocks away and all ate breakfast for less than one breakfast would have cost at the hotel.

No hot water to take a shower on my last day and to get in the hotel just right outside there are homeless and people using substances, for a Hilton is very disappointed. Also the guy that can make you some eggs for breakfast doesn’t come out from the kitchen because is chatting, for that hi $$$ price they put for the event in the expo (messe) you better look for other options

One block away is the red light district, with open homeless and drug use. The breakfast was awesome. But coming up to lobby afterwards, I slipped and fell hitting my head on the floor and injuring my neck, all because the housekeeping guy, left it wet with no “caution slippery sign. He did have a sign out where he was currently mopping, but forgot to put in the main area. After I feel he did put one out, but no apologies or anything. I would have taken it to the Manager, but we were late for a tour. Best tenderloin steak I’ve had in awhile, but they couldn’t see to get simple hamburger order right the following night. Desk staff is great, but the rest appear under trained.

Everything was fine....perfect breakfast.

This hotel is near the station, and the breakfast is wonderful. I really want to recommand this hilton hotel.
