Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Centre

Great location

Service was low class, made a mess at the check in, we had 3 rooms, put the wrong names, gave the worst rooms in the hotel on the ground floor, although we were staying for 4 nights.

Everything fine, except I found the mattress very hard!

No hot water to take a shower on my last day and to get in the hotel just right outside there are homeless and people using substances, for a Hilton is very disappointed. Also the guy that can make you some eggs for breakfast doesn’t come out from the kitchen because is chatting, for that hi $$$ price they put for the event in the expo (messe) you better look for other options

Stayed for four nights.Room was a pretty good size for a European hotel and was very clean. They don't clean unless asked, but did so promptly when requested. Reception was very friendly and quite helpful. Did not eat at the hotel, but dinner prices on menu looked reasonable. The area between the hotel and main train station was a bit sketchy, but the hotel seems to be on the edge of a very professional / business neighborhood in the other direction. We walked around at night, and the area had quite a few pedestrians. We just kept our wits about us, as we do in any large city.
