Room is fine, standard hotel. Clean enough. Staff was helpful for the most part, but did have a issue with getting laundry service done through the hotel. Gym is alright, has the basics but one of the treadmills didn't work and there are only 2 of them. Breakfast was good. Although on a couple occasions it felt like I shouldn't be asking for a omelette that they offer so eventually I stopped asking. Didn't appreciate that. Most of the staff were nice and friendly overall. Area isn't great, with quite a few drug users around the corner and sometimes right across the street. The issue with the laundry service: had some shirts and shorts cleaned. Wish I looked at the clothes afterwards as they came back with damage, one shirt was missing a button and I brought this up with the male receptionist who said he would take the charge off the final bill. I went to check out the next day with a different receptionist, and just before paying I asked if the shirt had been removed - it had not. So he removed it on the spot. But I flew home and unpacked some of the other items that went to the laundry service, and my football shirt has the badge coming off. Very annoying. This service is not part of the hotel but was very expensive and should do better if it's going through the hotel. Restaurant had some great waiters, and good food.
