Watch out for the hidden parking fee. Ridiculous!

The parking was not that great, I was afraid to park so far from the hotel. Pool was not heated and cold. A heated pool and even a hot tub would have been nice on a cold, snowy day. My grandchildren love to swim but the small, cold pool was not something I wanted for them.

Fairly nice hotel. Staff was less than friendly. Jumping running kids in the room above us took several phone calls to the front desk to get stopped at 10pm. Went on for 2 hours. Hot tub didn’t work, laundry facilities some were broken.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Door in bathroom opens in an awkward position. Also have to pay $7.50 for parking.

A good place to stay with a decent breakfast. No hot tub. Only a pool.

Will not stay at this or any other Hilton property again. We were charged a pet fee when we were led to believe the fee was included. Pool had no towels. Staff told my husband that the cleaners don’t come in until 9am so gave my husband a hand towel to dry off with.

he staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I especially loved the blackout shades — they made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, so the water was pretty cold. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Gym equipment was one reason we stayed at the property, it was broken. I informed the front desk, they said they would try to fix it, they did not. I’m a disabled veteran and working out daily helps to maintain my mobility. Maintaining equipment is your duty, I’m very disappointed.

Nice clean room.

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping staff knocked loudly on our door at 930am. When answered, staff said “I’m just checking”. When I asked her what she was checking, she just brushed it off and walked away. I let the front desk know what happened as a FYI, she just brushed it off and said “that’s when they check”. I explained that at that time my children were still asleep and it was rude for her to knock to loudly. Neither of them apologized or excused themselves from the inconvenience. The trash cans in the rooms are dirty, obviously not being wiped down or sanitized. When we took out the plastic liners, there were old dried food pieces along the walls of the can. We left our trash outside our door in the morning and when we returned to our room at night, the trash bags were still there.

The restroom was not clean and sheets for the bed was not clean too its good we always take our sheets with us .

The only negatives were that the room was not cleaned well. The baseboards in the bathroom were very dirty and there was a tube of potato chips under the bed, also woke up with a dead cockroach in the bed, worries me that I may have brought some home in my luggage.

A great stay. Everyone was friendly and the room was very clean.

Room was not that clean

This place used to be our favorite place to stay when in Flag. It's starting to look a bit rundown from the inside. The bathroom is developing a moldy look and the room carpet is very spoiled. Good needs, good breakfast, nice staff, conveniently of the interstate.

Staff was very nice but our foldout couch was disgusting. It has stains all over the mattress and there was no bedding in the room for the foldout. I went down to the lobby and she gave me sheets and a blanket. We put three layers of sheets on it.

Flagstaff is beautiful! We had a great time there. The hotel was amazing. The room was updated, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I highly recommend it.!

The property was clean and accessible, but the room was very utilitarian - no drawer storage for valuables or clothing - only a closet. No extra seating except for a hard desk chair. Bed was very firm. Breakfast was OK.

Liked the room design, very spacious bathroom. Did not enjoy the noise between 2 am-5 am.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Sliding door hack for closet/bathroom really not good. Can’t close or lock bathroom door…

Walking in the man at the front desk was so fun him and my husband really got along great! I wish I had caught his name but he was wonderful. Complementary waters were given to us. The hotel and room smelled great. There were some things in the room that could have been cleaned better. Stains on the couch annd the rolling chair. Also why do you have king size beds with the tiniest square pillows. They don’t even stretch accross the bed. The bed was hard and we slept horribly. Stayed here once before and it was ok but definitely some details that lack.

address was not findable in maps I drove all around trying to find it called the hotel they tried to get me there.They said it has happened before Got disconnected and could not get them to pick up the phone again. Finally found it and they were all rude to me. Gave me poor directions to my room in relation to the stairs. The shower had low pressure and the shower head was installed too high. There is a correct ht and lay out for showers and this one was terrible. Grab bar in the wrong place. they do not have a cork screw to loan. Ac was noisy

Disappointed in check in....Sasha was overwhelmed by herself....5 parties checking in w no back up assist. She could have been more gracious by simply stating and meaning, "I am so sorry for the long wait." Very matter of fact but she did oblige offering us top quiet floor. Breakfast very weak. Fabulous gym.

We arrivied about 2 pm for a 3pm check in. We were told the room was not ready and they would call us. They did not call. We came back slightly after yhe 3pm stated check in. The room was still not ready. We did not get access to the room until 4:20. We had scheduled tickets for later that evening. We did not have time to shower or change we had 25 minutes from getting the room till we had to leave for our planned evening, unshowered, and feeling uncomfortable. The staff (Theresa?) told us check in is 3pm or when the room is ready. The customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. I stay at Hampton because they are professional and service orientated. Not this location. In addition I have a pending charge on my credit card for $7.50 -now I have to spend time to find out what this is for. My suggestion- STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Room was not ready at check in. Had to wait 2 hours to get our key. Coffee was cold in the morning. I felt bad for employee at front desk she was friendly and professional. Not sure if issue is you can’t find employees for housekeeping or not enough are hired. Another guest that was waiting for her key said this was the 3rd time this happened to her at a Hilton property (different states). In another situation she went to another hotel. You need to fix this issue.

Very helpful and friendly staff

This was the worse service I received from a hotel. The manager, Casey, was terrible. She was not helpful, she was dismissive and tried to scam me for more money. I booked a stay from 12/26-12/29 with my family because we were visiting Flagstaff. I checked in on the Hilton app and the app showed my check in date for 12/26. Once we arrived, I gave the front lobby staff my name and explained I checked in on the Hilton app. So, he said ok I found you and he gave me my room number but as he was going to provide me the room key, he said that the room is occupied. He contacted the manager, Casey for assistance with this matter. As she sees my room is already occupied, then all of a sudden the app date changes to 12/27 without any notice and she goes and tells me that she has my check in date for 12/27 instead of 12/26. How? When the app stated check in date for 12/26 before it magically changed to 12/27, and I showed her my Expedia itinerary where it showed that I already paid in full for my stay from 12/26-12/29. She stated there is nothing she can do but sell me a smaller room for the same price I paid for my stay on 12/26 or to come back on the 27th and my room will be available. Why would I pay another $300 for a room you clearly see I paid for already? Therefore, I contacted Expedia and two reps spoke with Casey and only solution was to sell me another room for the 26th. Expedia rep said no and found me another hotel and was not going to let Casey scam me for more money.

Great staff! Both personable amd professional. We got stuck here in a snow storm and I feel so fortunate to have been so close to this hotel! You will need cash for the laundry! It took some convincing but the front desk finally loaned me 5 dollars to do my laundry until the storm cleared and I could go to the atm. They won’t charge it to your room which is understandable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Growing up in Socal I don’t often see all this fluffy snow and it’s breathtakingly beautiful. Hotel is pet friendly, clean modern good breakfast selection. Great job! See ya again sometime xox

The property was newer and the staff members were friendly. The location is just off of I-40 and very easy to get to.

This property was in a good location near shopping and dining. The property had an indoor pool and provided a good breakfast.

Convenient location, friendly staff

The hotel was new and was well located close to the mall. We had a great view of the pibe forest. The breakfast menu was cool with Nutella which my kids loved. The hotel staff was present and available.

Close to a couple of gas stations (within walking distance) and a restaurant. They even offer room service and the option were awesome! If you are looking for a comfy and affordable place to rest in between your daily adventures to either the Grand Canyon or Sedona with a very decent continental breakfast, this is your place.

Location easy to get to, great family restaurant within walking distance, fast and easy check-in.

Great property- easy on and off the freeway. Breakfast was awesome!

This was a quick stay. Got there around 9pm and left next morning around 8 or 8:30. Clean room with walk-in shower. Cold with lots of snow and ice still on the parking lot surfaces. Breakfast had somewhat soggy scrambled eggs but was edible. Weak but drinkable coffee. Overall a quiet motel right along I40. Would definitely stay there again.

Poor customer service, had to cancel one night due to work related issues, the front desk lady didn't want to process the return until I contacted Expedia, Expedia said I need to talk with front desk, finally after Expedia called them, they processed the return for 1 night. Poor choices of breakfast selection with scramble eggs floating in water.

Bathroom shower has a crack and the paint needs touched up on molding. Breakfast needs attention with real eggs rather than from a carton. To much processed food.

Delicious breakfast

Room was not quiet. Too much noise from the hallway and from the room above. Breakfast has much less to offer that our usual stays at Hampton Inns, and most are not so noisy.

Breakfast no fork no fruit we need to wait for 20 minutes to serve some hard potatoes my kids was hungry and we went to eat somewhere else
