Peninsula Esmeralda Luxury Hotel & Villas

Lovely property and infinity pool but….. noisy guests playing loud music in the property kept me up until 1 am some nights, and someone helped themselves to (or in other words, stole) my 6 pack of beer that I put in the community fridge. The concierge replaced the beer, but my experience was not as great as before because of the noisy and disrespectful guests staying at the property.

The staff, especially Lordy, was very polite and helpful. The pool was beautifully situated by the pools with a view of the sunrise. The sunset was at the front of the hotel, but we were lucky to have a lovely cloud formation in the back of the hotel (see picture… praying for World Peace 🙏🙏🙏). The hotel is remote so we took taxi to restaurants and other places. Sometimes, Lordy drove us 💜. The room was spacey but needs some cleaning (dust on ceiling, fan, and furniture). The kitchen and common area is beautifully designed and decorated, but there were roaches in the kitchen, which took away the serenity of the place. The cove rocks in the back of the hotel were nice to watch the waves💜, but need major cleaning from trash🙏🙏🙏. I hope my feedback is helpful to improve this beautiful hotel. We met the very kind hotel owner. We will definitely come back to stay at this lovely hotel💜.

El servicio fue excelente, el paisaje hermoso y la habitación es perfecta para relajarse y descansar.

This place was amazing, the host welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. Gave us an upgrade to the bigger villa. Host is very responsive and gives you diving advice and location. Would definitely recommend this villa.
