We couldn’t get in contact with the hotel beforehand - didn’t get any reply via Hotels.com and the phone number didn’t work. In the end I found a correct phone number from their website. It says that they offer baby cribs but at the spot we were told that they don’t have any. There room was very small and stripped-down - there was a fridge but for example no glasses. Also many ants in the room and on the rooftop pigeons enjoyed the jacuzzi. The breakfast was served in the cafeteria nearby - you get coupons from hotel staff. The staff was very helpful though throughout our stay even the most didn’t speak English.

There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours. Room was clean, but very basic. Not soundproof as listed - could hear TVs from other rooms, and all coming and going (but it was not a problem). Conveniently located. Pool on rooftop is a large hot tub with cold water. Better to enjoy the beach.
