Location was fantastic! Roberto was a pleasure and he started communicating with me shortly after our booking. He was able to provide parking information as well, conveniently located a short distance and in a secure parking garage. Room was spacious and clean, just like the pictures and the location was great! I only wished we could have spent more time here. Will definitely stay here again with my family when back in Verona. Breakfast across the street was delightful!

Room was very spacious, nice and clean. Location of the hotel is just few minutes walk from the Arena. We parked infront of the hotel for free because on Sundays parkjing in Verona is for free. Breakfast was in a cafe next to the hotel.We would stay again.

Comodo sia come posteggio sia come posizione rispetto al centro. Tranquillo e si riposa bene.

This is a wonderful place for visiting Verona, it is outside of the TL zones and a short walk from the old town. It’s very spacious for family of 4, we were very happy and would definitely recommend. Verona is also amazing, the people, the energy, the architecture, we absolutely loved it and will definitely return.

En la pagina decía que había opción de parqueo, pero cuando la solicitamos, nos comentaron que había que reservarla con tiempo. Corrimos con suerte de encontrar parqueo en la calle, pagandolo.

Everything was walking distance including the train station. Place was neat and clean, also many restaurants within walking distance.

Esperienza sicuramente positiva. Ottima la posizione, vicina sia alla stazione di Porta Nuova che al centro storico di Verona. Molti ristoranti e pub sulla via, aperti anche la sera. La camera e il bagno sono ampi, ben arredati e puliti. La colazione si consuma in un bar vicinissimo ed è abbondante e con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Ma la vera chicca sono il servizio e l'organizzazione del proprietario: check-in e check-out rapidi, informazioni e consigli, gentilezza. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo.

Roberto was fantastic to work with. The room was vlose to walk to everything. The local food around was definitely worth stopping for. We chose things off the beaten path for places to eat. The room was clean, easy to get to, and affordable.

Location curata e di design, accogliente e confortevole. Ottima la cura dei dettagli e la pulizia , comodo per raggiungere il centro e i servizi. Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio.

Un soggiorno difficile da valutare, tutto ottimo tranne una cosa, ma molto grave dal mio punto di vista. Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti scarsi a piedi dall'arena di Verona, Ottimo il prezzo e bella e grande nel complesso la stanza. Molto disponibile e simpatico il proprietario, che c'ha dato anche tante informazioni utili, compreso un'elenco dei migliori ristoranti in cui andare. Ora passiamo alle cose negative. Prima quelle lievi, per cui il voto complessivo sarebbe stato comunque un 4 pieno: stanza bella, ma veramente poco luminosa, materasso troppo morbido per i miei gusti (ci affondavo, ma io non sono un peso piuma, per altri forse potrebbe andare), l'acqua calda per fare la doccia, ci mette vari minuti ad arrivare. Purtroppo il tutto è stato rovinato da una grossa chiazza di muffa dietro la testa del letto dove doveva dormire mia figlia. Non siamo andati immediatamente via solamente perché non volevo rovinarmi il fine settimana e saremmo rimasti solo due notti (fortunatamente nessuno di noi ha problemi respiratori, altrimenti saremmo scappati subito), se fosse stata una vacanza di una settimana, non ci sarei stato, ci siamo limitati a spostare il letto e rigirarlo, in modo che la testa della bambina fosse lontana e diminuisse il rischio di respirare spore di muffa (che se respirate possono portare a problemi anche gravi nel lungo periodo). Per concludere, come detto, tutto quasi perfetto, ma il problema della muffa per quanto mi riguarda ha rovinato tutto purtroppo.

Good location. Check in was easier than we thought from the pre visit information. Room was a little dirty. Hair in and on the bidet… not that we use it . An ok place. It is not a bed and breakfast. You get a ticket for a nearby place for a coffee and a little bite to eat. That place was nice but it is not b&b.

La atención de Roberto espléndida! Nos recomendó restaurantes y nos explicó en un mapa los lugares de interés. La habitación llena de lindos detalles, bella decoración, camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio.

The windows block out any noise. Roberto is a great host. He met us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed. Breakfast was available at the cafe over the road, simple but did the job. Would definitely return.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est son principal atout. Les conseils de Roberto ont également été précieux. Les bémols : chambre assez chaude et sans climatisation. Absence de fenêtres donnant sur extérieur.

Very convenient clean but air conditioning wasn’t working

Owner very accommodating and clearly proud of his rooms. Room nicely decorated, balcony overlooking street. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast at seperate location but was fine.

Manager and Owner was the worst host in the whole world. He was rude, disrespectful, and he even stalked us. We booked a two beds room for two people, and charged us extra for using the single bed in the room. He wanted us to use only the king bed. He even accused us of stealing an umbrella from the room, after we checked out. Keep away from this hotel and Roberto. He has 0 customer service.

Roberto is a super helpful host. At check in he provided some great local dining options away from the big tourist trap restaurants. All the recommendations we tried were fantastic.

Roberto was an excellent host. He explained everything to us including his recommendations of what to see and his favorite places to eat. We had the quad room which was huge with one king size bed and 2 singles. There was ample space in the room to accoomdate a family. The room was very clean. The bathroom was very large. There was coffee and tea in the room in addition to a refridgerator. The location was perfect. The walk to his botique hotel was 10 minutes from train station. Very easy to find. It was 5 minutes from the old town. This is a small hotel(I believe 9 rooms). He gives a coupon to have coffee and a light breakfast at a cafe across the street. I would definately stay and hightly recommed this opposed to a larger hotel chain.There were restaurants and stores nearby to purchase food, wine ect. This was a hidden gem and once again highly recomment his cute, quaint hotel.

Roberto was excellent helping us to check in and arrange to meet him. Room was very good, bed was fantastic there was instant coffee and given that we are in Italy maybe a better choice of coffee would have been the last nice touch. But no issues. Breakfast over the road was nice and great location. Roberto even arranged to look after our bags on departure. Great guy, great place

Great location on the main boulevard so it’s a short walk to the city center and all the attractions and shops. It’s an apartment rental so the building is very nice and safe. The check in process was a little bit rushed in my opinion as we just came in by train and had to walk really fast to make our check in appointment on time. Other than that it was pretty nice.

This is not a hotel with receptionist during normal business hours. You must arrange to meet a few doors down for check in. There was no climate control and I woke up in a hot box. The towels were thin and sparse. The shower leaked onto the floor. When I asked for clean towels the next day, they said it wasn’t what they typically do but would replace them. When I asked about the temperature control, I was told there was no AC and no heat at that time so there was nothing they could do. I checked out before my second night and requested a refund but got no response.

We had just one night in Verona and I wanted something close enough to the City Center but also close enough to walk to and from the train station. We didn't plan to spend much time in the room so it didn't have to be luxurious. This exceeded our needs. Roberto, the host, was excellent. Communicated very well and gave us good suggestions. I will stay there again next time in Verona if it's available.

Camera stupenda,l abbiamo trovata gia calda all arrivo,5 minuti dalla stazione 5 minuti dall arena posizione 10 il titolare gentilissimo,la colazione perfetta se torniamo a Verona sappiamo dove alloggiare

Nice place with a great location

Struttura vicinissima all'Arena. Prezzo imbattibile con colazione inclusa al bar di fronte alla struttura, dove tra l'altro, le cameriere sono gentilissime. Lo stesso che Roberto, il proprietario, che ci ha dato tutte l'indicazioni per poterci muovere con facilità per la città.

Great place, great tips from Roberto and straightforward service. Breakfast is in a cafeteria across the street which was nice. The check out was at 10:30 which was too early. Would we return, we would book again!

Sehr nette Begrüßung und super Organisation schon im Vorfeld. Bei Fragen schneller und guter Kontakt über WhatsApp. Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Leider kein ordentlicher Bettbezug, Innendecke nur mit Laken eingeschlagen. Im Doppelbett nur eine Decke. Frühstück ist gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Leider nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl. 1 Kaffee, 1 Saft, Croissant und ein kleines belegtes Brötchen. Sehr zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und Busbahnhof. Getränke- und Snackautomat im Erdgeschoss mit sehr guten Preisen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
