The B and B Hotel Treviso was clean, safe, modern, had working internet & air conditioning, the included breakfast was very simple and just ok, considering I am vegan, it had limited choices. not an accurate description of the facility! sewage stench in the room, nothing was done! the "bar and lounge" is a refrigerator where you can buy limited beer and wine. so basic that you cannot get tissues in the room and cannot not buy onsite! while non smoking, only outside seats are not useable if you are a non smoker. front staff is friendly but they are very limited in what they can do. I would recommend to look elsewhere

Tinha apenas um odor ruim nos corredores, mas nada que atrapalhasse a hospedagem. Difícil para estacionar próximo ao hotel, pois há poucas vagas, mas a uns 10 min (a pé) você encontra o estacionamento público. O ponto ruim é que não tem rampa na entrada e como estávamos com malas, precisávamos subir 4 degraus carregando as malas. Recomendo de olhos fechados este hotel.

Eine der Besten Unterkünfte auf meiner Motorradtour. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Leise und funktionsfähige Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, bequemes Bett und großer Balkon mit super Aussicht ebenso Frühstück mit allem was man braucht in guter Qualität. Einen kostenlosen abgeschlossen Parkplatz (Hinterhof) für mein Motorrad habe ich auch bekommen... (fürs Parken musste ich in Italien normal immer mindestens 10eur zahlen) Danke! Top Preis Leistung!

Anders als angegeben gibt es KEINEN Parkplatz. Die Zimmer waren überraschend groß für Italien, beim Frühstück ist alles in Plastik verpackt und schimmliges Obst war zur freien Verfügung. Am zweiten Tag gab es das allerdings nicht mehr. Das ganze Hotel hat den Charm einer Bahnhofshalle. Wer wirklich toll war, war die Dame an der Abendrezeption. Freundlich, herzlich, hilfsbereit. Die ganzen jungen MitarbeiterInnen haben kaum den Mund zum Gruß aufgebracht. Preis und Lage waren zu empfehlen

The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job.

Inacettabile pensare che un 3 stelle sia in queste condizioni, muffa nei bagni temperature artiche, a malapena percepiti 17 gradi. Utilizzo il plurale perché entrambe le stanze che ci sono state date avevano lo stesso problema. La prima pero’ era inutilizzabile per il forte odore di fogna che c’era. La seconda stanza era un poco piu’ confortevole da quel lato ma siamo rientrati a mezzanotte e non si puo’ fare troppo gli schizzinosi. Lo staff si e’ prodigato egregiamente per risolvere il problema ma la struttura è quello che è. Mi spiace non poter allegare foto dei bagni. Ah, dimenticavo, se tenete alla privacy non venite qui, i vicini dell’ultimo piano vi sbirciano metre siete in doccia.

This hotel is not at all what it seems in the photos and any positive reviews give the wrong impression. It’s super dated and needs major upkeep. The rooms are old with dirty walls (there were dead insect marks everywhere on the walls and ceiling), I found multiple hairs on the bed, shelving and in the shower. I found a used toothpick on the ground so clearly not focused too much on cleaning. The shower has mold everywhere. The safe in my room didn’t work and I told them 3 times and no one fixed or changed it. And the wifi was spotty and cut in and out. Oh and the building (thankfully not the rooms) smelled strongly of sewage. All in all, I’ve stayed at better hostels in Europe and definitely don’t find this place was worth the price. I would NOT recommend staying here.

We took a taxi to the train station (due to us being old and reluctant to wheel heavy suitcases all over), but if you are young and fit, you cold probably walk to the train station with no problem. We will book again if we visit Treviso in the future. Thank you!

Great hotel in a great location. Could get lost for days in the laneways! Breakfast was good and very much appreciated that there was gluten free options as well! Bed comfortable. One of our rooms however had a strong smell of sewage and the toilet seat in other room was broken on check in but fixed the next day. Good value for money overall and a great hotel.

Kallt i rummet. Golven var isande kalla att gå på, skorna var på hela tiden. Inget varmvatten i duschen ,bara ljummet. Dålig lukt i korridoren som även kom in på rummet. Ventilation som lät hela natten. Absolut inget hotell vi rekommenderar eller kommer besöka fler gånger. Det bästa var personalen som var trevliga och tillmötesgående samt läget på hotellet.

Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc. Overall a great stay and would come again.

Check-in was smooth and easy. The concierge (Jessica, as I recall) kindly provided a variety of excellent dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet was worth it to me; it was a large spread of various cakes, cold cuts, cheeses, coffee options, juices, yogurt, etc. Everything in the Treviso old town was within easy walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, classy, and quiet.

Our main complaint here is that during a period of extreme heat (room temperature about 35c), the reception was controlling the air conditioning. Eventually, they told us it was not working at all but they would have it fixed soon After an evening out we returned to the hotel and the aircon was still not working and essentially told “tough luck”. The room temperature was unfit for a dog, never mind humans. We eventually got a portable electric fan but only after standing my ground with reception staff. Why couldn’t they just offer this in the first place? We survived the night but decided to leave the hotel in the morning. We are doing a trip around Italy and EVERY other hotel where we have stayed offers complementary water, essential in such conditions. B&B make you pay! Each room gives instructions about saving energy and water etc but with B&B it is nothing to do with saving the planet it’s about saving money at the expense of customer hospitality. Very poor.

Our two-night stay at B&B Hotel Treviso was wonderful from beginning to end. First of all, the location is fantastic -- only a 10-minute walk from the train station, steps away from the city-center, and a 15-minute bus ride to the airport. While the immediate surrounding area is residential (which makes it a quiet area), shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores are only 2-3 minutes away. Second, the check-in/check-out times are great. I have rarely stayed in hotels that allow you to check in as early as 14:00 and to check out as late as noon! Third, the rooms are spacious enough, have working A/C, and the beds were comfortable. We were never disturbed by any noise. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Treviso.
