Whilst the owner, was very kind and friendly, the "B&B" is actually just a normal house, with locks on the doors calling them individual rooms. The communal area consists of one table, with four chairs, a microwave mini fridge and toaster. The bathroom amenities are : a shower (to be used between 6AM and 9PM), a bath (which you are not allowed to use) a toilet and a sink (both of which arent particularly clean). In the room itself, it was just a normal bedroom, not particularly clean, but certainly not the worst in the world. A decent sized bed, a set of drawers and a large dresser. The house itself is easy to locate, there is one parking space on the drive with space on the road for a couple more cars

Basically you need to call owner to meet up before hand as they do not live on the property which was okay for me not an issue but can be some people. Kitchen showen in the picture is not the true reflection as it has been either closed (converted into bedroom) or was not available during my visit- only thing was available was a small rack with plates/ small fridge and a microwave in the hallway. In the room you cannot control heating as it is done somewhere central on a timer so if you are too hot or cold you are mercy of the timer. My room was super cold in the night so not suoitable for use- felt like sleeping in a car without heating

The overall house was clean and there were ample amenities. The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.
