Sink didn't drain--had to pull out the plug which was full of hair and gunk. Elevator--very close to our room--chirped and sounded like a bird stuck somewhere. Took a bit to realize it was the elevator going up/down.

The property is currently a bit rundown. Window lock and door locks were broken. Luckily we were on the second floor. The pool is totally falling apart, cracking/chipping and going pond green as the filter wasn’t running. The lobby was shut down due to renovation so we had to go to a next door hotel to check in. Only positive highlight was the location as you’re literally right across the road from the falls.

Office was closed but the staff next door was friendly and courteous. Needed to have the pool area unlocked and had to ask for towels for later that day. Parking lot needs work. Very rough. Suggest using a different cleaning product. Smelled a bit musty in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street a plus and able to se the falls.

Great location across the street from the greenbelt river walkway. Right next to excellent restaurants. Unfortunately the pictures show you the renovated tower, but we received the room in the older 2 story walkup next building next door, behind the vacant restaurant and meeting building. The exterior paint is peeling and the hallways are dirty. The guests above us were running and jumping in the room non-stop from 6pm to midnight. Not impressed.

Great service and price, but the hotel is getting old. The doors has big caps under and you can hear everything everyone at night and during the day. Couldn’t sleep well because you can hear people in the hallway or when they shut their doors. No pool, which they share with another hotel.

There were so much pigeon poop on the balcony you couldn’t even go outside on your balcony when mentioning to management they said they were aware of it, but it didn’t seem like they were doing anything about it

This an interesting round hotel that I have always wanted to check out. The layout is cool and the rooms have interesting angles with large balconies. Check-in was great and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The bad part was the cleanliness of our room. Dark, obvious footprints on the duvet cover (yuck, pulled it off and rolled it up), dirty, streaked lvp floors, dark stains on the carpet, and mystery stains on the bathroom ceiling. I paid over $200 bucks for the room and was sorely disappointed.

I don’t know who in their right mind is giving this place more than a single star. I booked my room through the app and when I arrived to check in, they didn’t even have the room that I booked available. They gave me a different room and when heading to my room, the elevators kept opening and closing and wouldn’t go up. I ended up taking the stairs to the 4th floor. When I got to my room, I immediately noticed how disgusting the carpet looked, full of stains. I checked the bedding and the sheets were wrinkled, had dirt in them and someone else’s hair. I then went into the bathroom and noticed hair and dead bugs stuck to the ceiling. There were also dead ants throughout the bathroom. The towels were dirty also. At that point I went downstairs to say that my room was not cleaned. I was then given a different room. I grabbed my things and walked up to my new room, which had flies in the bathroom, spider nests in the corners of the wall, and a spider dangling from the ceiling on its web. When I checked the bedding in the new room, there were tiny bugs in the sheets and I booked it out of that place as fast as I could. This hotel needs to be shut down. They say they’ve remodeled but that is clearly a lie. This hotel is a dump and I have never been to a worse hotel. Do not stay here, if you don’t want to bring bugs home in your luggage.

The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. However, the bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, the corners of the floor looked like they hadn’t been swept and there was hair in the bottom of the tub.

Our room was not clean when we arrived. The sheets were clean, but the rest was pretty gross. I found a receipt and hair band on the floor, looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and other matter. The toilet was dirty and moldy, shower/tub haven't been scrubbed in a long time. The back of the bathroom door had a used towel hanging on it, and there were finger prints and what i can only assume was poo. The floors made my kids feet black, there was hair in the bathroom, the sink had a bad smell and gnats. There were ants, assorted flying bugs, and a cockroach in the room. I told the front desk about the bugs and they said they're aware of a box elder problem. I thought i should bring the smashed roach to the front desk, but the ants had already carried it away! The pool was murky with lots of floating matter, regularly out of pool towels, and the railing going into the pool moved side to side. There were barking dogs sticking their heads out of open doors from other rooms, and dog poop outside. People were smoking directly outside of our room and it came in through the mildew covered ac unit.

Room was not clean, particularly the bathroom and the balcony which was plastered in bird feces on the floor, seats and table, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was built. We booked as the room fit 5 people but they didn't have bedding/pillows for the sofa bed so only comfortable for 4. Front desk said it was normal. Breakfast was rough, only stayed here as it was freedom celebration weekend and only option, so they reamed us on the price too.

Staff was great, property on the other hand was beat. Wall paper in my room was peeled back, dust/dirt all over the floor, mild stain on my bed, some of the rags had stains as well. Bathtub was stained with what would appear to be rust marks in it. Wouldn’t stay here again. Pictures and rooms do not match

Pubic hair stuck on the ceiling in bathroom along with boogers. The glass door looking out over the balcony of pigeons has a film that you can see through if you move just perfect. Never again will I stay at this dump ! Absolutely disgusting. Just a FyI, when painting remove the wallpaper boarder before painting over painting. Who does that !

Room was clean, except for the dead beetle bugs on the floor near the door. A Large 4’ wide hole had been repaired in the ceiling in the bathroom, but not finished properly when patched up. Not a great look for a hotel room. We reserved an accessible room for ease for my elderly mother. The room was not accessible . First thing that happened as she entered the room was her walker got caught on the door sill. Caused her to trip and nearly fall. Also —though the tub had many grab bars she is not able to safely get into a tub. She was not able to shower or bathe the entire time we were there because it was not accessible. There was a sticky area in the room by the door. We asked the front desk to come in and mop it because it was sticky, like from a Spilled sugary drink. They came in and cleaned the room and gave us towels but did not clean up the floor. The setup of the elevators near the rooms, and lack of carpet in the hallway make it very loud. No good seal under our bedroom door so a ton of light comes into the room from the hallway and it was very loud all night, people laughing and having a good time in the hallways until midnight. Even just the people waiting for the elevator were so loud. The neighboring guest finally opened their door and yelled down the hall for them to be quiet because we were trying to sleep.

Not old but disgustingly dirty. Our beds had definitely not been washed. As I undid the bed for my kids there was a big blob of dried boogers on the sheet. The other bed had a bunch of food crumbs in it. Spider webs everywhere, mirrors were full of prints. And the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Water was barely warm in the shower.

Stayed in room 685. Great view of the falls. Large, quiet room. Neat, clean and modern appearance. Breakfast is typical mid level hotel food with scrambled eggs, waffle machines, coffee, juice and cold ceral. Biscuits were better than average. Gravy average. Bed was very comfortable.

The room was spacious with lots of extra conveniences like charging station on the wall, coat hooks, nice big desk, night stand on both sides of one bed, separate area for fridge/food, and the balcony with comfy chairs. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The room was wonderful—large and clean. The balcony overlooking the river and park was lovely. However, the sliding glass door to the balcony was hard to open and close and in need of maintenance. There were areas in the hotel needing some TLC as well. Included breakfast was adequate and tasty. There is a Chili’s just across the street.

They helped me with early check in 5stars! But I called the lobby for a bathroom/toilet problem and was on hold for 8mins called again and was on hold for another 4 mins. Maintenance showed up 3 hrs after the second call. This was a TOILET problem.

We didn’t stay here! We tried to get somebody on the phone because our airline canceled our flight and we couldn’t get anybody on the phone nor could Expedia. Terrible customer service they never replied to emails.

Dani at the ftont desk was so friendly and helpful. She seemed to be a jack of all trades because she was also the one who brought us a new TV remote when ours didn’t work. She had great suggestions and made sure our room was set for 4 people.

TV didnt work. Staff tried to fix it but it was too late in the evening. We appreciated that he offered to help us with anything else to try to make it right. Condition of the hotel is a little worn but the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

At 11:15 we were woke up by extra load talking, doors banging and children running around halls. After an hour i called front desk. He came up eventually they quiet down. I didnt feel these were guests but the help?? Also check in was confusing after email. We kept looking for comfort inn. Would of been better to let us find quality inn and then explain being taken over by comfort in The breakfast was excellent

It was a little hard to find because the sign out front has a different name. Had to call the hotel to confirm the location. The building is cool and in an excellent location along the greenbelt. We had a rough day so fiance picked up food from Chili's that was right by the hotel. The place was clean and they have been recently remodeled. There were options for breakfast but it seemed like the breakfast area was too small. It was packed. The waffle mix literally had a consistency of water. On the second day they were out of basically everything.

My family and I are on spring break and the breakfast is said to close at 9 am. We were literally the only people in the breakfast area and the hotel staff came up behind us and locked all the items while we were waiting. Unfortunate and poor customer service

Loved our stay here! The hotel is in a perfect location right next to the Idaho Falls River Walk. Our room had a gorgeous view and we got many beautiful pics right from the balcony! Had a great dinner at Snow Eagle Brewing and Grill and then walked up and down the river walk. Breakfast in the morning offered many options. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Pros: Easy check in. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds. Spacious room layout. Up-to-date in-room amenities. Small “market” for snacks. Directly across the street from the Falls and beautiful scenery to enjoy. Cons: breakfast was a disappointment. Unable to use in-room coffee maker due to storage. We loved this location!

kitchen set up way to small to accommodate the number of guess for AM breakfast.. Need a second staff /employee to refill food and trash picked up. concierge very accommodating just not staffed well
