Hotel Boutique Alicante Palacete S.XVII Adults Only

Stunning building in great location. Continental breakfast served very nicely in restaurant joined to Hotel. Staff in restaurant excellent & setting beautiful but no connection with Hotel which it showed. Hotel Staff abysmal so miserable especially Sylvia. The water pressure not great in showers. No shelving or drawers in bedrooms/bathroom for belongings on a short rail. Water nice touch in fridge but no coffee? Sloping Terrace dangerous , no furniture & NO BAR in Hotel even though sales details say they have? Would not stay again as no atmosphere… door roped of an evening …. Strange?

Continental Breakfast was delicious & Staff serving it were excellent. The restaurant is nothing to do with Hotel & it shows. Although the Hotel building is beautiful the Staff on Reception mainly Sylvia were dreadful. So miserable & unwelcoming. No Bar in Hotel or terrace even though website states it. The water pressure is low & no coffee in rooms….even though they provide a kettle? Definitely no atmosphere & we wouldn’t stay again!

Great location in the centre of Alicante and a few minutes from the port/marina.

Large very comfortable Bed . Room overlooked the cathedral and so we could watch the Easter processions from our little balcony . ( standard room) breakfast good in lovely adjoining cafe.

What a good location and great staff. The hotel was clean and pleasant. It is historical building with so much history.
