Quirky place with spacious rooms, it’s an old building so not perfect, eg sloping floor. Nice roof terrace, water & drinks in fridge and will bring coffee up to your room . Helpful polite staff. Its a great location for bars restaurants etc in the old town

Great location, right in centre but on the corner of a quiet street. Good price for a Clean comfortable spacious room. Pleasant reception staff. Nice breakfast is available at a reasonable €15 but we had to ask about it as we weren’t told when we checked in. Roof terrace is in full sun with plenty of sitting area but was a little tired in September and on a bit of a slope. Overall we Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the middle of historic district. Has valet parking for 15 euros per day, you just drive up to the main entrance, check in, and they take your keys and park your car. They offer room service and a buffet breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming. Bed was good and they provided extra pillows. Shower was also good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ærverdig, fin og rolig atmosfære. Perfekt beliggenhet i gamlebyen nær restaurant gate, Strand og havnen. Fikk sett og opplevd mye på kort tid. Imøtekommende og vennlig personal. Flott frokost og i et hyggelig spiserom. Hadde problemer med dusj sluken og vann samlet seg i karet. Men små ting i forhold til total oppholdet.

Det lossnade puts från taket när man stänger dörren. Det fanns ingen hylla i badrummet, inte heller i duschen. Det var nästan stopp i avloppet i duschen, det var ett par centimeter djupt vatten innan man var färdig. Även om man nästan stängde av mellan varven. Det var inte heller speciellt rent i badrummet. Det var ett hål o lakanet, vilket heller inte byttes på 3 dagar. Inte heller handdukarna byttes på 3 dagar. ACn fungerade bra. Läget var bra och mycket trevlig personal.

The location is brilliant for everything and all in short walking distances. The staff are lovely and very helpful, The rooms are very clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower with plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again

Cracking location and a beautiful building. Bed super-comfy, shower really good. It was a bit echo-ey... you could hear reception and conversations in other rooms. A shelf in the shower for stuff would be nice. Really loved our stay. Thanks.

Fantastisches Hotel in direkter Altstadt-Lage. Wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Dieses gab es nicht als Buffet, sondern wurde am Tisch serviert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Einziger “Nachteil”: Unser Zimmer war sehe hellhörig, d.h. man hat vieles gehört, was draußen auf der Straße los war.

Jeg hadde et kort og fint opphold. Flott hotell med super beliggenhet. Nydelig rom, noe slitt her og der. Hard seng, Ok renhold. Veldig lytt ut til gaten. Det var som å ligge på altanen når festlige og høylytte folk gikk forbi. Ikke noe som ikke kunne fikses med et par ørepropper. Alt i alt veldig bra🙏

Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, easy access to the Castillo and beach. Very friendly staff who had good recommendations for dining. Rooms are not large (especially the bathroom), but the high ceilings compensate. Bed too firm.

This is a lovely very old building which just oozes character. The location is brilliant for the old town. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Soft drinks in the cool fridge were a nice touch. The shower was good and the toiletries were very nice. The small balcony was nice to sit out on. Breakfast was good and included in the room tariff for us. We had room 103 and would happily stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Arrived on an early flight so was at the hotel before lunch where we we greeted by a very helpful and nice young lady. As we were so early the room wasn't ready but we were able to leave our luggage and were offered use of bathroom facilities. When we returned later our luggage had actually been placed in our room for us. Whenever passing through reception we were always greeted in a friendly pleasant manner. At the end of the stay we needed a taxi this was called for us again in the same friendly yet professional manner. The actual accommodation is spotlessly clean and the traditional style has lots of atmosphere. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel the location in the old town is ideal. The breakfast here is also very good and again the lady taking orders and serving the food was so nice. Loved it.

Absolutely lovely property, very quirky and old with lovely features. The only thing I could fault was the reception staff. They were very polite but not at all friendly, hardly smiling and only answering questions with mostly single words. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and could not be faulted

Excellent area and fantastic building, however, the service and communication were average. The worst part was the breakfast time, the staff were rude and aggressive. Not recommend to include breakfast. More verities with reasonable price could be found nearby.

Gorgeous property with a stunning mix of old and modern. Amazing location right in the centre of town and we could walk everywhere which we loved. The coffee house (Madness Coffee) right next door did the BEST breakfasts. Lovely choice of tapas/bars/restaurants really close by. Beach and esplanade less than 5 mins walk too. The castle is well worth a visit too!

The hotel had 17 rooms and was very comfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast which was continental style - scramble eggs. Meats. Cheese. Cake. Yoghurt with fruit in the hotel cafe which was part of the hotel. The hotel history was that the building used to be a palace and was very close to the cathedral. The room was comfortable with ample chairs to sit on. There was a rooftop terrace with views towards castle and cathedral ( opposite our room ). The staff were friendly and helpful even recommending a trip by train to Elche. The hotel is close to all amenities, restaurants. Beach, tram, marina, castle, promenade and shopping district. The main railway station is about 20mins walk. The airport 30mins by taxi.

In contradiction to their claim there is no onsite parking but they offer to direct you (or take your car for you with a 15 to 20 min turnaround) to an external PUBLIC car park. Quite noisy early morning due to central location and poor window insulation...e,g expect to be woken up around 4am on Monday mornings by a street cleaning lorry and shop owners shouting from around 6am Beautiful building, good set breakfast, nice rooftop terrace, rooms attractive but dark. Probably wouldnt return without earplugs. First hotel ever encountered with no bin in the toom or English TV channels.

We have just returned from a 6 night stay with friends. We all agreed that it was a fabulous building, a really beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely, friendly reception staff. Lovely bedroom although the bathroom was very dated. Shower didn’t drain away. The pillows were sponge and very uncomfortable. No kettle /tea/coffee in the room but reception provided one immediately when we asked. We had the set breakfast in the hotel cafe every day, food was great although for a 6 night stay we felt it was very repetitive. After 3 days we asked if we could choose items off the menu. We would actually be eating a lot less by doing so. Cafe reluctantly allowed us to do this. The lady who served in the cafe was very abrupt and rude, she never smiled. All the other staff in the cafe were lovely. Staff at reception happy to give local advice, look after our luggage and phone taxis for us on our last day.
