I don’t like having to go exchange my dirty towels and washcloths downstairs in order to get new one but everything else was fine.

Room and staff couldn’t even give me an extra blanket. No hand towels in bathroom. Not interested in pleasing at all

Our room was very clean, loved the fact they had no carpet in the rooms and throughout the hotel. It's definitely a lot more sanitary in my opinion. The hotel felt safe due to not being able to enter without a key card super smart design, wish all hotels did that! Only one small thing was no Keurig in the room, only coffee available was in the lobby other than that it was perfect. I will definitely stay there again or at another one of their properties. Thank you!
