Nice but slightly outdated accommodation. Staff was lovely, restaurant overpriced. There is only one restaurant alternative within short walking distance- Uname which we can really recommend. Layout of the room with private pool is very smart, you can directly access the shower from the patio area. Gym overlooks the rice fields and has adequate equipment- treadmills, free weights, crosstrainer. We did not use the shared pools but they have nice views over the rice fields. However, there is only sun until about lunchtime. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Firstly, I'll start by saying the staff at this property truly are wonderful and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests (especially the little ones), which made our stay at the hotel incredibly comfortable. However, I believe there is room for improvement on some fronts to make it a more wonderful experience for other guests. Dining: while the menu offers wide selection of cuisine and food options, the food quality was not great, mediocre at best. The fresh juices are great! House-keeping: We stayed in the pool villa. Our back doors leading into the pool area were left unlocked twice post house-keeping visits. On one occasion the door was left slightly ajar. We also had insects coming out of the sink and bath tub drains, which is probably because of the surrounding greenery but is worth mentioning for those who do not particularly love having insects in their room (mostly the bathroom). Spa: the services offered are great. I did the 90 min lomi-lomi massage, 30 min feet reflexology and 90 min hot stone. All were incredibly relaxing and I enjoyed them. However, therapists should not be banging and clanging things (like wooden bowls) while you're trying to relax. They should also speak in lower tones of voice so they don't interrupt your zen and undo the whole relaxation experience.

Loved the pools, size of the property, mineral pool and staff. All were top notch, highly recommended for relaxation. Was a bit further from the action in Ubud but taxis were so easy to arrange so it wasn’t an issue.

Een heel fijn hotel op prachtige locatie: Restaursnt en drankjes wel een beetje prijzig, maar van prima kwaliteit. Kamers zijn heel schoon, netjes en goed. De kids club kan wel een upgrade gebruiken met wat leuk en nieuw speelgoed. Maar voldeed overigens redelijk. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Hotel ligt wat afgelegen, taxi vanuit het hotel 80K enkele reis, ontbijt is echt super maar dan ook echt super alles vers, ei op bestelling, smoothie machine aanwezig en vele verse sapjes, brood, zoet en vele andere gerechten. Nadeel hotel ligt op het oosten dus zon tot 13:00 uur bij het mooie zwembad. Kamers super schoon en een top regendouch, groot bed met goed Matras.

Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere.

交通の便が最悪でした。ホテルが使用しているタクシー運転手からは、何度も予定を変更され、帰国日に観光先で待ち合わせした運転手が来ずに、帰りの飛行機に乗り遅れそうになりました。ウブドでは地元のタクシーとホテルが契約をしているようで、それ以外のタクシーの使用が難しい状況になっています。ホテル中心からウブドセンターまで毎回片道800Kかかり、滞在中かなりの交通費がかかりました。また、サービス自体も五つ星のホテルにふさわしいか疑問です。バスマットが新しいものに替えられていない、タオルの補充がされていないということも数回ありました。私はもう二度と使いたくないですし、知り合いにもすすめられません。

I really loved this property and hated to leave! Everything was wonderful. The property is so beautiful and serene. The staff were magnificent. Everyone we encountered was so professional and helpful and nice from the front desk staff to the staff in the restaurant to the housekeeping staff. Everyone always welcomed us with a greeting and a smile. The room was very clean and comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. The spa services were excellent! I highly recommend this resort and cannot wait to return soon with my family!

This resort was hands down the most beautiful place my husband and I stayed at during our Bali trip. From the moment we pulled into the driveway to walking through the main lobby and into our private pool villa—everything just felt super luxurious. The staff were all super friendly, and the service was great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly all around the resort, which was a nice bonus. This place is amazing. Everything was beautiful. The bathroom was almost as big as the room and the soaking tub was the highlight along with the private villa pool. The online pictures do this place no justice. If I ever go back to Bali I will be staying at this resort again. The only downside is all the steps if you stay in the villas. There is a ton of steps that you will have to walk up and down without any access to an elevator.

Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere.

We weren’t very happy here, I’ll start with the bad. The staff seemed a little unfriendly at times especially considering how amazing most Balinese staff are. We would ask for a pretty simple request and it would often be met with a ‘no’, for example to borrow a towel from the spa, to have a spare sarong delivered to the room… etc… The food was an absolutely diabolically priced!!! $38 AUD pre tax for a burger is absolutely insane. $34 for their signature Indonesian dish, which was nice but that’s more than I’d pay at home. The quality was okay, but not even very good. Massage was I think $120 an hour? I’m sorry but no… that’s crazy. Cocktails $18 but just not up to the standard you need to be at for $18 bucks. We got food delivered because the food was way too expensive and just not that nice away and the reception would kind of awkwardly laugh as if we were doing something wrong…? Just not a nice vibe. $8 for a cab into town, again that’s actually really expensive! I got a bluebird for $2? Just felt like they’re trying to rip you off. Weird with their taxi rules, but whatever. The interior furniture is over the top and quite tacky in my opinion but we all have different taste. The room was nice, and we got a free upgrade which was very lovely! The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially Sang and Agus, who were always so kind and patient while chatting with my 7-year-old daughter. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. We were surprised that the hotel was even nicer than the photos! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The locations is 15 minute scooter ride from the middle of town. There gets a lot of traffic in the evening time so if you go by taxi it can take up to 45 min. Scooters can bypass traffic by lane splitting but it’s only good if you are confident. The tap water is not safe to drink but they provide two water bottles in the room each day. They also have drinking water fill up stations at each floor which is very convenient! We usually filled up all our water bottles and put in the fridge overnight to have cold water the next day. The restaurant was pretty fancy but the dinner was just ok. The breakfast was great though with lots of local and western options, eggs made to order, fruit, pastries, etc. The spa was great but was hard to get a reservation, needed to reserve a day in advance. We went to a local massage place just a few minute walk and they were great there as well! Overall hotel was great with amazing views and service!

This was a beautiful and nice hotel with fantastic view. The reason for poor rating is the location. The hotel is about 30 minutes of drive to nearest restaurant or shops. Each time you have to hire a taxi to go out. Also, if you have mobility or physical issue, forget this hotel. You have to either climb up or down about 20 to 30 stairs to get to your room. If you want to stay in the hotel and just enjoy the view and do nothing else, this is a nice hotel. Otherwise a terrible hotel. Eree the staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful.

SereS Springs was amazing! We throughly enjoyed our time here and loved every part of our experience. The food was excellent, staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and luxurious. This hotel is situated away from Ubud’s busy central scene which was much appreciated by my husband and I. It gave us time to relax, and to really enjoy the Balinese hospitality. There are not many local shops so when you do end up in the centre, do collect what you need! My only criticism of this hotel is that there is a local taxi mafia which prevents you from ordering pick-up from the hotel. Drop-off is fine. It’s best to either walk further up, hire a private driver or use the local taxi rank which is not much more expensive than online apps.

Hotel ligt wat afgelegen, taxi vanuit het hotel 80K enkele reis, ontbijt is echt super maar dan ook echt super alles vers, ei op bestelling, smoothie machine aanwezig en vele verse sapjes, brood, zoet en vele andere gerechten. Nadeel hotel ligt op het oosten dus zon tot 13:00 uur bij het mooie zwembad. Kamers super schoon en een top regendouch, groot bed met goed Matras.

Nice but slightly outdated accommodation. Staff was lovely, restaurant overpriced. There is only one restaurant alternative within short walking distance- Uname which we can really recommend. Layout of the room with private pool is very smart, you can directly access the shower from the patio area. Gym overlooks the rice fields and has adequate equipment- treadmills, free weights, crosstrainer. We did not use the shared pools but they have nice views over the rice fields. However, there is only sun until about lunchtime. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We would ask for a pretty simple request and it would often be met with a ‘no’, for example to borrow a towel from the spa, to have a spare sarong delivered to the room… etc… The food was an absolutely diabolically priced!!! $38 AUD pre tax for a burger is absolutely insane. $34 for their signature Indonesian dish, which was nice but that’s more than I’d pay at home. The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I would 100% recommend staying here & we will definitely be back!

It has beautiful sunrise from our room. We like the quietness and the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast w/room is not much variety on the food. However, the ala carte dinner at the restaurant - the pork satay was v.good with the taste of grilled charcoal, really yummy.

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive. Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants. Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Absolutely lovely and highly recommended hotel if you're staying in Ubud! The staff are amazing and do everything they can to make sure you're well taken care of. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. The surrounding nature is beautiful and offers the perfect view if you're looking to relax and truly find peace during your vacation. I also had several treatments at the spa, which I can definitely recommend while staying at the hotel. The rooms are nice and have everything you need — a large, comfortable bed and a view of rice fields, the pool, and the jungle. I used the hotel’s airport pick-up service, which worked perfectly. I arrived in the evening and it was easy to spot my driver in the arrivals hall. He also brought cold water and some snacks, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel lived up to — and beyond — my expectations. I traveled alone and felt completely safe the whole time. I was very comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of my stay. I stayed for 4 nights, which was the perfect length before continuing on to other destinations on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay. The resort was luxurious and beautiful. The staff were amazing. We stayed in the rice terrace view private pool villa. The view and sunrise from tje room was fantastic. The private infinity pool is actually quite big. The resort also has a riverfront walk which is really pleasant and you can hear the noises of the jungle while you walk along it. The breakfast and Peking duck was fantastic. And all the food is halal. I would highly recommend.

This place is amazing, the staff was great and everyone was respectful and polite. Only the Europeans in Bali are very rude and mean people,and they are very less here in this property , so it is definitely a great experience with Seres Resort. Property location is very nice. Breakfast is a blessing for vegetarians as well.
