The hotel is doing major outdoor renovation which can be heard in the rooms. Even after changing to another room it could still be heard. They only do the during day time, but if you plan to do work at the room its very annoying.

yWell located close to the airport and convenient for travel. I have stayed here many times in the last few years. While it is a great hotel, I find the rooms starting to look in need of touching up. Scuffed doors, worn woodwork etc. they sauna is turned off and staff rather rude when asked to turn it on.

Everything!! The staff, the room and all the hotel public spaces. Unfortunately the pool was closed , but we knew in advance. They are giving the hotel a facade upgrade. What a beautiful hotel, absolutely loved our one night stay. Everything was top class 10/10.

3.5 stars - not the usual Pullman standard. Will consider other chains going forward Room was good, clean. Staff was ‘able to help’ when I wrote to ask about the spa services. The pool is closed for renovation and the sauna was out of order. There was a conference while I was there so more that half the lobby was not accessible and the restaurant was closed on specific days. The food at the executive lounge, the staff there and at the spa was good. The receptionist could barely be hear / hear me due to the noise from conference attendees who were always in the lobby whenever I left or returned to hotel.

We had a lovely restful day before our flight back to the U.K. we made use of the Gym which was very well equipped and the lovely outdoor swimming pool. Shivani at reception was extremely helpful and efficient during checking. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and tidy, large, with a very comfy bed. Full bath in the bathroom, all very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide choice of tasty foods, fresh croissants, live stations etc. Close to DEL which saves hige amount of time with Delhi traffic. Staying in a Club room next week, hope it's as good.

Appalling experience: Smoking Rooms, Dripping Toilets, and Zero Help I stayed at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity from 15–17 July, and in 15 years of frequent international travel, I have never been treated so poorly. Before arrival, I emailed about my late check-in due to a 2:30 AM flight — no reply. I had to call (at international rates) to confirm they’d hold the booking. I arrived at 3:50 AM to a disorganised 20-minute check-in, despite being the only guest. Staff were distracted, some on their phones, and no one from the concierge team offered the usual welcome or point of contact. I was assigned a twin smoking room, despite paying for a non-smoking king. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was clearly in poor condition, with a stained bath. Only later did I discover the toilet had a constant drip that echoed through the room all night. At 8 AM, desperate to shower and prepare for a 9 AM meeting, I again requested a room change — was told to wait. Only when I packed my bags and firmly insisted was I finally given the room I had booked. Checkout was cold and uninterested. I was spoken to without eye contact, not asked how my stay was, and when I raised my experience, staff showed no care. It honestly felt like Accor has entered the five-star, high-cost hostel game — just without telling the guests. I will not be returning.

Bath robe had a big mark and was dirty. At reception, guy even didn’t bother to tell where are we the elevators for room. He was in a rush despite there were no one else who was waiting to be checked in. For breakfast, we asked for high (baby) chair, which was available but they didn’t provide.

the check in and check out process is painfully slow. I dont even know why. 10s of their staff would be loitering around but it takes them 30 mins to check in and check out. I dont understand. the room smelt of urine may be because we were in two twin bed room which may have been used by kids but there has to be way to get rid of the smell. Not staying at this hotel again.

The check in took forever there were 2 desks manned out of 4. I was second ib line it took them 15 min to reach me. Rooms was superb. Carpets ageing a little. Njce breakfast. Though coffees tended to be bad. Overall good stay. Do i think it is significantly better than holiday inn and lemon tree next door-NO

Pullman hotel is design heavy but seems to ignore the customer experience and comfort Room was poor, lighting was defective, shower water was coming into the bathroom the side tables were useless, there was no room to put any luggage just one luggage rack, they were unable to provide another one even a folding one no table to eat or put your tea and coffee on it - each time we ordered room service we had to request a rolling table on the plus side food and service was excellent we had special room on the 6th floor - twin room but the room was catering for one person only

I always look forward to staying at the Pullman and being looked after by the attentive staff! From the concierge group to the wait staff in the dining room, they are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are soundproof so that when you feel jet lagged you can sleep soundly. The breakfast buffet is extraordinary in its scope with so much variety. Don’t hesitate!

The air conditioning was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Had to request for a fan! First time I’ve ever paid money to sleep with a fan in the hotel. Lighting was useless. Couldn’t get ready because the room hardly had any proper lighting. Highly highly disappointed this time! Would definitely consider a different hotel in Aerocity next time. Wish I could’ve gotten a refund back especially for sleeping with a fan in the room!

Generally, poor and mediocre service. However, the duty manager made it by arranging a free meal for me (I insisted to pay) after 3 back to back frustrating experiences at its Asian restaurant. Nevertheless, all those frustrations were forgotten after the hotel called me to inform that I had left my valuables In the safe (including my passport). Their prompt action in safekeeping the same until I returned to Delhi after 3 days was a wonderful feeling for which I am grateful. This was done despite the fact that we were not going to staying there during our return trip through Delhi. Full marks for their professional handling of this situation.

Very friendly and accommodating hotel front desk and Reservation staff. My flight was repeatedly delayed, and I had to constantly make adjustment for my arrival time as well as transfer from the airport to the hotel. The hotel team accommodated all the changes with great flexibility and speed, and made my travel much less stressful. They did go above and beyond what most hotels do.

Buffet was INR2000 plus. I ordered an omelette with tea and was charged INR1800! How can that be justified? In the evening I had a soup. The charge was almost INT1000! Lovely large room and roll top bath Very clean and comfortable We used the pool and sauna too The buffet selection for dinner was super and very considerate of our vegan choices and helped create bespoke dishes for us to enjoy Brilliant gin selection Only downside was cost of taxi to airport , i feel £18 tax for a 2km journey is excessive for your guests Otherwise staff and facilities were excellent

The Property is set in Aerocity. Dining options inside for breakfast and at Honk are fantastic! They can arrange for a pick up if you ask. Enjoyed my stay n will come again. The Staff is very polite n courteous. Staff is very helpful, works very hard to make your trip memorable. Thank you!
