Second time for us to stay at this hotel as a overnight before travelling international or collecting family from the airport. Its a beautiful hotel with great amenities and close by however parking can be an issue as the vehicle detection failed each time we tried to exit and we had to get assistance from reception. It also costs $40 /24hrs so can be quite pricey.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent Stay! Hey! I just want to definitely recommend this hotel — it’s a solid 5 out of 5. The breakfast is delicious, with high-quality ingredients: fresh fruits, croissants, and really good eggs. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The place is unbelievably clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had the chance to be helped by Rio, the Spanish guy — he was amazing! Super helpful, kind, and gave me all the information I needed. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. The only downside is the parking — $40 per night feels too expensive, and it’s almost impossible to find parking outside since everything around is restricted. That said, the parking is secure, so at least you know your car is safe. If you have a car, there’s a service center just 2 minutes away where you can grab food or essentials, which is convenient. Overall, this hotel is worth every single penny. Super clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and friendly service. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Warm greetings from Alex and James. Pros:the staff, location, upscale restaurant/bar, outdoor pool, large bedroom- new carpets I really loved the king bed and fresh new sheets. Morning shuttle was perfect - the assistance of the hotel staff was terrific! Cons: maybe a few more free weights in the gym! I highly recommend this hotel!!

We paid the premium to stay at the Pullman Airport so we could easily take their shuttle to the international terminal only to find out it is completely booked for the time frame we need. Very disappointed.

Great convenient option fairly close to international terminal - quick shuttle or uber ride if you're not up to the walk to the train or bus locations. Quiet. Convenient dining on-site. Only negative is that the pool isn't heated - big bummer!

They advertise as a terminal hotel. But you can't walk to this place from the international terminal. And they don't have a free shuttle. Instead you have to book the bus in advance AND pay for it. In addition the bus is infrequent - like once an hour or worse. You might as well just take an Uber to a better situated hotel in the city.

Basically a run of the mill hotel and I would not rank it high compared to other Pullmans. The “executive” area is minimal and not worth additional cost. Construction of of new parking building next door.

This hotel has very good Breakfast & Dinner. We were very pleased we could have 6:00am breakfast but the best part is that it was a very tasty buffet breakfast! The room was very clean, very comfortable bed, and a good size room. Some negatives: 1. Only one tiny bottle of body wash was provided, had to call in for another tiny bottle (it was 2 of us for 1 night). 2. Pillows were too flat and uncomfortable, even the 2 of the ones they provided in their Pillow Menu (woke of up with a pain in the neck). Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

I rarely write reviews until after the whole experience however since my arrival I have complete confidence in recommending this hotel. The service is outstanding & I was so grateful after a long overnight flight to obtain a slightly earlier check-in. The staff at reception were amazing & so very helpful. I really appreciated that. The breakfast is fabulous & all the staff are excellent. The rooms are so lovely & very spacious. The bed is so comfortable & I particularly appreciate the beautiful linen & fabulous pillows! It is so close to the airports & walkable from domestic being so close. The free bus service to domestic from international was so convenient & a very easy walk then to the hotel. Now after my stay, I can say that I loved may stay here. Thank you. Catherine.

Nice hotel, very clean and spacious. What let it down was the bedding was clearly very old with the duvet and pillows both lumpy. Clearly old and cheap that have been through the wash many times longer than they should have without just being replaced.not what you expect from a hotel of this quality

Front desk staff at the Pullman were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived via Uber and were struggling with our bags, the front desk clerk raced outside with a luggage trolley to assist. Check in was smooth and bellhop transported and deposited luggage in the room. Room was spacious with HUGE floor to ceiling windows facing the pool. Lots of natural light and nice amenities in the room. Dropped the score for breakfast due to slow service and low value for the buffet (my husband thought food had been out for too long and options very pedestrian). I had ala carte omelet which was tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Qantas domestic terminal. Would stay here again.

Sadly we did not enjoy our stay. The fanciest facilities and nicest staff will, unfortunately, never make up for not being able to have a comfortable and restful night. The beds were not to our comfort taste, but worst of all was how loudly they squeaked and creaked with even the slightest movement. We’ve never heard such clamour from hotel beds in all our decades of travelling, let alone in an upscale hotel. Add to that the stuffiness of the room - the aircon did not do its job and turning it off and opening the doors wasn’t much better - and we hardly slept at all. Considering the rates of this place we feel very ripped off and disappointed.

After arriving in our room the TV was not working. We called reception to report it and we were told that we would be responded to soon. After inquiring again later we were told we would be told when the issue was fixed. This did not happen and it still wasn’t working in the morning when we checked out. It we’re disappointed and not what you would except from a ‘high quality’ establishment.

Our flights were delayed from Taiwan into Brisbane by 15 hours so we couldn't make the reservation, we understand the rules of engagement with Wotif, but we advised the hotel from Taiwan that we wouldn't be there and asked for a Credit for another night to use the hotel. They said no and then charged me the $374 for the room. Unhelpful management and very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

Initial check in waited 30 minutes to get an available concierge person to check us in who proceeded to whisper so was barely understandable asked for credit card and swipes card (we had already paid) didn’t say what he was running my card for I had to ask what he was doing with my credit card for him to inform me of the hold for incidentals. Then asked about best ways to get transport to and event we were attending had no insight at all to assist. Offered information on the dinning room. Once checked in approached the dinning room to see about having dinner. Was told without a reservation the 6:30 meal was full we would have to wait for 7:30 we could go to the bar. We went to the bar to be greeted by - pretentios bartender asking if we were doing the executive menu when I indicated I was unsure of what he was talking about he said oh so no then like we were not “fancy enough”?? then we ordered two beers he handed the machine and when the credit card read failed we saw he had put the charge as $540 dollars when we ordered two drinks. He didn’t apologize rang through the bill a second time AGAIN for $540 dollars no apology, incredibly rude we are a younger female same sex partners, accomplished and treated like second class by a… bartender, there was nothing welcoming about the service and treated like we “didn’t belong”. Then as 6:30 rolled around where the dining room was “fully booked” there were not even one quarter of the tables filled. Rude, pretentious, not inclusive.

This is an airport property with a quick wak to the domestic terminal & a short shuttle ride to the international terminal (fee for direct from hotel, free if you walk to the domestic terminal & take the free shuttle). There is a casual restaurant in the hotel right next door as the restaurant here is more formal. The convention centre is beside the hotel too. There is a free shuttle to the DFO Mall from the domestic terminal too. Check in was easy & staff very friendly. The room was amazing, huge bathroom, clean & new.

I was was ill and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM to ask if there was any way to check in early. Not only was I able to check in to a room, but the extra fee was waived. Very courteous and accommodating staff!

I called down four times and succeeded once in getting an answer from reception in one night. I asked about the shuttle service email and they were unable to find it for twenty minutes while I hung on the phone. I called down with another question about food and received no answer and when they picked up eventually I was put on hold again and cut off and they never called back. They then called me at 4 in the morning with regard to the shuttle that I had cancelled the night before and had to walk down and tell them about because they would not pick up the phone. The room was nice. The communication about what was avaialable was nonexistent.

Godt internet, fint værelse. - Lidt dårligt skiltet fra terminalen når man skal gå fra rullebånd i terminal, til p-kælder og videre udenfor forbi vejarbejde så man skal ud at gå på vejen hvor det ligner at man er på vej ud til kæmpe rundkørsel udenfor lufthavnen..! - for at møde et skilt der så viser en opadgående “indkørsel” til hotellet. Gå afstand er ca. 600-700 meter.

Super convenient location for those who need to overnight at the airport. Clean, modern, comfortable and a short covered walk to domestic terminal. Paid shuttle to international seems a bit mean, but in any event it was fully booked. The night reception person couldn’t confirm the availability of free bus shuttle between domestic and international, but I found it on line and it was fast free and easy.

Walk from the plane into this hotel is so simple and easy it was awesome. It is both quiet and safe with an excellent onsite restaurant. Room was clean and staff were friendly and on point. I'd stay here again if flying through.

The hotel was good albeit expensive and the reception staff friendly and helpful for a very late arrival. However the taxis at the international airport refused to take our daughter, late at night off a 24 hour trip to the hotel close to the domestic where she was staying for a few hours before an early domestic flight. Uber won’t do it either. This left her on the airport shuttle which won’t stop at the small number of hotels there meaning a long walk ( longer than advertised) at midnight dragging her luggage to a hotel she couldn’t easily find. Leaving her tired, reducing her stay to about 4.5 hours and upset. The taxis at Bne are notorious for this behaviour. It needs resolving. And the expensive hotels should put on a shuttle or agree airport shuttle can drop off by request if it can’t be. Our daughter worked hard for this trip and had to go straight back to work and study after it, hence the early flight and short hotel stay. The taxis and hotels need to consider other peoples lives a bit more.

I think you book an airport for the easy access. The hotel is supposed to be "8 min walk from the airport" on Expedia, but it's definitely not 8 min from the international terminal. You might walk to the hotel in 8 min from the domestic terminal, only if you know the way, which is pretty hard to figure out. You need to walk up to the overhead bridge leading to Airtrain, walk across the parking to get to the other side from the terminal. I was exhausted when i finally got to the hotel.

This hotel touts itself as a luxury stay. They have a lot to learn about luxury or service. The overpriced food for room service although tasty arrived stone cold! They delivered the wrong drink and the room temperature is either stifling or freezing. All in all far cry from the Pullman in Hong Kong or Saudi!

Great stay. Quick friendly check-in. Room and bathroom clean. Bed and pillows comfortable, great sleep. There's a shuttle bus to both Domestic and International Terminals for $8. Easy walk from Domestic terminal or Air Train. If you're having breakfast, book the night before, it's $10 cheaper than walk up price. Breakfast is good and they cook eggs to order.

This is a top notch hotel. Outstanding service from the welcome at 11.30pm to leaving the next day. Wonderful room, great gym and one of the best omelette I have ever had for breakfast. Could not fault it, five minute walk from the domestic terminal, took the free transfer bus from the international terminal. Will be back.

One of the nicer airport hotels but too limited dining. Perhaps at time of booking guests should be cautioned to book reservations asap for meals as we were unable to dine in hotel and were without other options resulting in no suitable food for dinner due to dietary restrictions.
