A great location, close to the airport and Kuta. Great facilities, we had dinner at Henry's, visited the rooftop bar, had a massage and breakfast. Conveniently joined to Lippo Mall where there is souvenirs, supermarket, pharmacy and food options. Huge modern and clean room. A great spot to watch the sunset on the roof.

I just felt it was dated old and a little worn out. My room had that old smell...bathroom was small ...towels old and rough just nothing stood out..Disappointed

It was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and courteous, and the pool was a great part of the stay to cool off or hang out.
