Had another great stay at The Driftwood. Great location, with on site parking. Help yourself breakfast ,with a variety of breads ,juices ,fruit and cereals .Really welcoming and relaxed makes for a great stay .Will definitely stay again ,and are already planning a next stay.

Great host Pete, who looks after you the minute you arrive. The rooms are well equiped with everything you need. Breakfast options are brilliant wirh so much choice on offer. The accomodation comes with parking and is easy walking distance inside the heart of weymouth beach. Great price, value and service. Thanks again. Steve and Sam

Great budget b&b not too far to walk to the Beach or Harbour, Easy check in, Peter was very helpful. Limited free parking on the front of the property, we managed to park 2 out of the 3 days we were there, the other day I was able to park overnight on the street. The room was clean and perfect for our short stay. There was a small issue with a leaky toilet but Peter was well aware and had it fixed before we left. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Friendly welcome. Room, bathroom and shower nice and clean. Away from the hubbub of centre of town but only 10 minute walk to it. No cooked breakfast, but cereals etc available. You can also use dinning area for takeaway meals.

Cheapest available, classic shared house b&b set up, I wasn't expecting much - actually a clean, charming little place ideal for our stay. Residential street but room came with an allocated on-property parking bay.

Driftwood was nice and clean, great location, great for parking. Cooked breakfast not available which was a shame but the choice of cereals, bread, fruit etc was very good.

We stayed here for the late summer bank holiday so the property was busy. That being said, the staff were friendly, available, and helpful. It almost felt like we were staying with really hospitable family! The dining area was extremely well appointed and clean. There were even options for gluten free diners. There was an amazing assortment of fruit in the fridge. The room we stayed in was clean and had ample space for us. The ensuite was recently renovated and was very nice. There were very nice details in the sleeping area including individual reading lights and shelves next to the top and bottom bunk to store things. The only negative point was that the bed could have used a new mattress. Location wise, we were very near to the beach (approx 5 minute drive). We felt safe. There was parking available in front of the property. Overall the visit was great and we would happily stay here again!

Very pleasant host, property very tired and basic b&b messy and dirty in hall ways, bedroom clean but very old looking, Soundproofed !!!! Could hear talking and laughter until very late, not good if you need to be up early. Basic quality pillows and bedding, shower was very good, shower and toilet together, sink in bedroom! Quick breakfast available if required for free. Would not stay again.

The owner was extremely friendly and informative. Our room was very clean and tidy. WiFi worked well, cute little jar of biscuits, bottled water and a variety of teas and coffees in the room. Breakfast was well filled and thought of all, our room was small but fine for what was needed, but due to being small it was very hot even with window open fully. A fan would had sorted the issue and could had slept alot easier.

After a few initial hiccups we had a great sleep in very comfortable beds/family room. In the morning we were pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of breakfast goodies, felt very spoiled! Pete gave us some very good tips on were to go in the area, ready for our next visit to Driftwood. Thank you Pete, we look forward to coming again soon (perhaps without an adventure in the morning 😉😜) Yvette and Derek

Very welcoming host. Room ok with lovely en-suite. The only negative comments would be that there is no electric plug adjacent to a mirror, something many places seem to miss. Also, self service breakfast was good with toast, yoghurts, cereals etc. but some notices would be good with regard to removal of used crockery etc. that being said we would be happy to stay here again. Good location near to town centre.

We had a lovely stay at Driftwood B&B. From the moment we arrived, Peter, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. He kindly allowed us to check in early as the room was already available, which was a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey. The room itself was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a newly refurbished bathroom that looked great and felt very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of tea and coffee sachets, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but just right, with a good variety to choose from—including cereal, Weetabix, porridge, toast, fruit, butter, jam, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. I would happily recommend Driftwood B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay. We’d definitely return!

We have been to driftwood for many years and until now never had an issue , however after a 2 hour stay at the local cinema with theyre air con on and a brisk walk backmin the cold wind ,we found the room no longer has any heating , first time i heard my wife say she thought the night would never end she went to bed with a jumper on and big thick socks it was that cold . Pete and sarah wasnt there so wasnt able to raise the issue, if i had noticed i would have got a cheap heater from town , the rest of our tour of the south coast was at travelodge and premiere inn without issue

Had another great stay at The Driftwood. Great location, with on site parking. Help yourself breakfast ,with a variety of breads ,juices ,fruit and cereals .Really welcoming and relaxed makes for a great stay .Will definitely stay again ,and are already planning a next stay.

We stopped for two nights and enjoyed the property which had all we expected. Very friendly staff who couldn't do more for our stay. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Easy walk to Weymoth beach.

We were assigned a comfortable room and Pete was an excellent host. He was very flexible, kind and friendly as we had arrived early and he checked us in. The b&b is just 10 minute walk from the beach and overall we enjoyed our stay at Driftwood

Great budget b&b not too far to walk to the Beach or Harbour, Easy check in, Peter was very helpful. Limited free parking on the front of the property, we managed to park 2 out of the 3 days we were there, the other day I was able to park overnight on the street. The room was clean and perfect for our short stay. There was a small issue with a leaky toilet but Peter was well aware and had it fixed before we left. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great host Pete, who looks after you the minute you arrive. The rooms are well equiped with everything you need. Breakfast options are brilliant wirh so much choice on offer. The property was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner was available on the phone if required. The check was easy. Nice touch with biscuit jar in the room along with plenty of tea/coffee for our 2 night stay. The dining room was very well stocked with breakfast items. Lots of choice, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, toast, fruit juice etc. Only downfall of the dining room was the lack of somewhere to clear your rubbish/ plates to. On the 2nd day there were a few people in and no clean tables. Most people would clear away if facilities were available. It was no more than 10 minute walk to the beach and shops so great location too. Owner was very friendly when we saw him on site. Would definitely go back. Great Stay.

Very welcoming host. Room ok with lovely en-suite. The only negative comments would be that there is no electric plug adjacent to a mirror, something many places seem to miss. Also, self service breakfast was good with toast, yoghurts, cereals etc. but some notices would be good with regard to removal of used crockery etc. that being said we would be happy to stay here again. Good location near to town centre.

We stayed here for the late summer bank holiday so the property was busy. That being said, the staff were friendly, available, and helpful. It almost felt like we were staying with really hospitable family! The dining area was extremely well appointed and clean. There were even options for gluten free diners. There was an amazing assortment of fruit in the fridge. The room we stayed in was clean and had ample space for us. The ensuite was recently renovated and was very nice. There were very nice details in the sleeping area including individual reading lights and shelves next to the top and bottom bunk to store things.
