This is a simple hotel with a very friendly staff. It is close to BKK and very cheap. The hotel was clean and the rooms were simple and quite functional. The lake is good for early morning walks and is quite pretty, although it does seems to attract a lot of garbage from locals that gets cleaned up now and then. Would not advise swimming in it! Breakfast was good and other meals are available with standard Thai fare. Not amazing food, but adequate.

The room was clean and nice. The elevator did not work, the amenities that were listed were not available. Poor location and not convenient to anywhere. First place that I have ever stayed in that did not have coffee available. Staff were borderline rude.

Too far from the town, if you stay there for just one night transit is ok. We regret staying there. Need to walk 15 minutes to the main road and unsafe to walk between the hotel and the main road. Not even have microwave to heat up our food and no one we can talk to . We will never go back again.

No hot water for showers, asked for maintenance and he can’t fix it. No elevator to come downstairs in the morning to check out, not good for my bad knees.

Surrounding area was so beautiful. It was very interesting to see a traditional thai neighborhood. Not touristy at all. This place is amazing if you are flying into bangkok and need a quick place to stay. It was only a 10 min drive from the airport. Our balcony had a sunset view over a lake. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Best pad thai we have ever eaten. This place was very calm and quiet.

I stayed here for it's proximity to the airport, it was everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. The staff was available for a really late check in, I arrived closer to 1am, the property was extremely clean, room had great ac and fan, bed was wonderful and I enjoyed the balcony briefly before bed. Shower was nice, nice wood floors, overall just a great little hotel in a quiet area. The following night I stayed at the Marriott just down the street, that place cost closer to two hundred usd and, I would have chosen this place for just over twenty!

They extort foreigners! Ants all over and tried to force me to give them my passport

Had the most lovely stay here! Rooms were really clean and spacious and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We stayed here the night before an early morning flight so it was perfect location to get to the airport quickly and stress free. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfectly placed for a short drive from the airport . It was clean with very helpful staff . It’s not the place for a long Holiday but it is perfect for an overnight stay after a long flight or staying the night before you stay to reduce travelling time before your flight. And with the added bonus of free parking, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake view. Can see locals exercising fishing and doing yoga classes around the peaceful small lake. Quiet and tucked away type of vibe.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Wahl, wenn man früh am Morgen zum Flughafen muss. + Zimmer war sauber + freundliche Angestellte + ruhige Umgebung +/- Bett hat eine eher harte Matratze - Bett war für mich (187 gross) etwas zu klein - Wenn man duscht staut sich das Wasser in der Duschkabine - im Badezimmer ist es etwas stickig Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen, war schon geschlossen als ich ankam und noch nicht offen als ich ging.

I could not see the lake but had a nice experience and didn't pack the water skis anyway.

Location is secluded, about 10 min walk to the main road. Grab will deliver to the hotel. The view from our room was beautiful. We had a corner unit that showed part of the lake and the city. We saw the sunset from our room.

Bathroom was extreamly small, so much that the tolit paper was on wall outside the bathroom. We were on the top floor, had something in atic making nois. And the water presure pump was just outside room. Very loud. On off on off all day starting around 5 am.

Very easy to check in. They were very accommodating with us checking in so late at night due to a late flight. The negative thing was the bed was extremely firm.

The staff was very unenthusiastic to welcome us and the woman at the front desk barely spoke to us. We signed a waver that stated we would pay 1000 thb if the key was lost and that they weren’t responsible for our belongings. We were shown a room 2 flights of stairs up. We did not have any lake view. The bed was ROCK HARD. We slept for one night to try and I was miserable, when we asked for a different bed they told us no they were all the same. When we asked for extra pillows and blankets they told us no. Then they showed us two different rooms after they had so no, but the beds were indeed the same so we kept our original room. Im not sure why we were told no to extra pillows as they clearly had rooms that were unbooked and we were miserably uncomfortable. We considered switching hotels for the bed alone but decided to stick it out since our stay was non-refund able. We didn’t realize this hotel was an hour drive to central Bangkok and had to take long taxi rides to go anywhere. This is a convenient place for 1 night because it is so close to the airport but not a good place to stay if you are exploring Bangkok. Do not stay here if you have a sensitive body as the beds are no better than the floor. In the end the woman at the front gave me a free bottle of water which softened my bad impression of her. I feel a big part of the rudeness was a language barrier, but when I looked at other reviews I saw that they responded to poor ones with sass and denial.

A quiet, clean and inexpensive alternative to heading into downtown Bangkok for only one night. A bit off the beaten path, but pleasant views of the lake.

The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, which makes catching a flight easy. The area is relatively quiet at night, so finding a late meal or drink can be a bit challenging. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.

This place is a little out of the way if you’re planning on staying in Bangkok to explore. I was only there for one night before I had to catch a flight so it was a perfect place to stay. It’s close to the airport, and it’s tucked back in a nice quiet scenic area. It is well worth the price!

Clean and safe. Near the airport. Is not near the BTS so cabs are likely something you will rely on. There are smaller neighborhood shops and stores nearby.

The owner was a bit rude, and charged me extra without giving me a heads up prior to checking in that there was going to be a charge for early check in. There were mosquitoes everywhere. I had to wait a long time to ckeck in just arriving from bangkok needed to use bathroom and I had to hold it in. The location was about 1hr away from downtown Bangkok.

There was no lake view, but there was a rooster. The lady tried to charge me 199 baht for breakfast when the room price was already high. When i pointed out the fine detail "free breakfast" she dropped the charge. Breakfast was ok but not 199 baht worth. A bit expensive, the property was in OK shape but the room could have been a bit cleaner and more organized. Toilet paper is outside the bathroom, mounted on the wall. An enormous fridge is in the room empty. There was a notice about minibar charges, but no minibar. The 200 baht ride to the airport was OK, although the taxi ride from the airport was 120 baht. It wasn't bad, overall, but not sure i'd go back.

Points positifs : L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est tenu par toute une famille. Prendre le petit-déjeuner dans la salle à manger, boisée et ouverte est particulièrement agréable. L'arrière de l'hôtel donne sur une pièce d'eau et un écran de verdure. Exceptés les avions, la nuit est calme. Le matelas est bien ferme. Points négatifs : les avions (vite oubliés pour ma part), le joint du lavabo au mur qui ne joint plus rien, la lunette des toilettes dont les fixations auraient besoin d'un nettoyage (cheveux et traces orange)
