The hotel itself was beautiful and worth everyone if it’s 5 stars but the staff really make the difference (and if I could give them 6 stars I would). Attentive, always happy and chatting with an approach that felt genuine and not because they were told to. One if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent both breakfast and the restaurants, plenty of options for sunbathing either with your own private pool, 3 other pools or free cabanas on the beach. Absolutely awesome

Nana princess is a true above five star experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are huge and well appointed. We had a two story suite with a private pool. Really well appointed amenities, bathrooms are high tech and showers light up and mirrors have lcd screens built in. The hotel is quiet luxury; and next door you can use the facilities like water park at Nana Golden. The private beach at Nana Princess is also clear and pristine, cabanas and amazing service; the nana golden beach was not as nice. Truly enjoyed our stay as we like quieter resorts that don't feel crowded. What stands out is the service. Every single person at Nana Princess goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family. Sofia at guest relations was truly the best! She is so kind helpful and caring. She gave us many amazing dining recs though out our stay and arranged our taxis and everything. The staff is really exceptional and stellar here. The food at meat in point was delicious as well, kids loved it so much we ate lunch there 5 days in a row, and the service standard at bfast lunch and everywhere is all platinum level. Will definitely be back.

It has amazing staff, great food (the breakfast buffet with al la carte options is one of the best we've had, and we had our favourite evening meal at Eternal Blue ), a well-equipped gym with matrix equipment, and super clean facilities throughout the hotel. The beach and pool areas are typically quiet and nicely spaced out, as guests tend to use the private pools provided in most rooms.

From the moment I arrived at Nana Princess I knew it was going to be a special holiday. A glass of champagne, a pen with my name on it to complete forms and a tour of the resort all with minimal fuss. The rooms are a technology delight, the private pool, the main pool, the pool bar, the staff, breakfast, restaurants, all simply perfect. The spa is definitely worthy of an experience too. I went to the Nana Princess solo, and throughout was made to feel very welcome - it was fine to be on your own. I can't wait to return and experience this spot of paradise in Crete again!

Just a phenominal hotel, we had an awesome room but I think it would have been amazing in any room. The service is just fantastic..nothing is too much for any of the staff and they are so warm and helpful. The beach is beautfiul and ina bay so amazing for swimming. The hotel was full but it felt so quiet and peacful. The neighbouring sister resorts offer watersports which is also great. Twice a day housekeeping..the spa..the pools..just all created an atmosphere of total bliss..the staff are the highlight!

This resort hotel is like an escape from the hustle of the island with a nice beach access. Our suite was extremely elegant and relaxing with a jacuzzi tub inside and an exterior hot tub. It also came with a gym, reminding you to stay healthy after the delicious breakfast brunch buffet and meals from other restaurants on site.

Es waren ein paar wundervolle Tage in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Hotel. In diesem Hotel war einfach alles wunderbar. Super sauberes Zimmer mit privatem Pool, traumhafte Strandpavillons mit Sofa & Liegen, erstklassiges Essen und mega freundliches Personal. Das Personal war immer aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Auch die Drinks an der Bar (Tequila und Special Mojito) waren fantastisch. Wer Ruhe, Stil und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

My family and I are much travelled, in my case for business and leisure. This was the best holiday resort hotel that I/we have ever stayed at! The location is supreme, there are views of the ocean from all rooms and as soon as you walk into the reception area, the backdrop is the ocean - it is stunning. There are so many highlights though: I have never been to a hotel where the staff are constantly cleaning, it was spotless. The facilities are excellent, there was plenty of space and everything that you needed - plenty of swimming pools as well as private pools for most rooms. The food quality was superb, fish, meat and vegan dishes. I read that the chefs are Michelin-starred and I can believe it. Note, that the lunch and evening meals were not buffet-style, you choose from a menu, however, that made the quality even higher in our opinion. The biggest highlight for us were the employees. We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!

We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!

Very quiet and serene. The sister property next door offers loads of fun activities for the family, but is loud and relatively crowded. It was nice to be able to use the Nana Golden Beach facilities and water park and then retreat back to the peace and tranquility of the Nana Princess. We have stayed in many 5 star properties and this could be the best when considering value for the price!

Nana princess is a true above five star experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are huge and well appointed. We had a two story suite with a private pool. Really well appointed amenities, bathrooms are high tech and showers light up and mirrors have lcd screens built in. The hotel is quiet luxury; and next door you can use the facilities like water park at Nana Golden. The private beach at Nana Princess is also clear and pristine, cabanas and amazing service; the nana golden beach was not as nice. Truly enjoyed our stay as we like quieter resorts that don't feel crowded. What stands out is the service. Every single person at Nana Princess goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family. Sofia at guest relations was truly the best! She is so kind helpful and caring. She gave us many amazing dining recs though out our stay and arranged our taxis and everything. The staff is really exceptional and stellar here. The food at meat in point was delicious as well, kids loved it so much we ate lunch there 5 days in a row, and the service standard at bfast lunch and everywhere is all platinum level. From the moment I arrived at Nana Princess I knew it was going to be a special holiday. A glass of champagne, a pen with my name on it to complete forms and a tour of the resort all with minimal fuss. The rooms are a technology delight, the private pool, the main pool, the pool bar, the staff, breakfast, restaurants, all simply perfect. The spa is definitely worthy of an experience too. I went to the Nana Princess solo, and throughout was made to feel very welcome - it was fine to be on your own. I can't wait to return and experience this spot of paradise in Crete again!

Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay.

They contacted us before check in to organize baby amenities to be available in the room. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and personalized. Our room was immaculate. The design is modern and thoughtful. Huge bed, deep bath tub and rainfall shower head, lovely private pool for every suite and direct views of the sea. We were also very impressed by the staff - everyone was welcoming and made our stay pleasant. There are 2 dining options for dinner - we would have preferred a bit more choice, but the restaurants there were well presented. We would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again.

This resort hotel is like an escape from the hustle of the island with a nice beach access. Our suite was extremely elegant and relaxing with a jacuzzi tub inside and an exterior hot tub. It also came with a gym, reminding you to stay healthy after the delicious breakfast brunch buffet and meals from other restaurants on site.

The management and staff were amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure we had a wonderful time. They made every effort to make sure we got everything we needed without hesitation. Inclusive resort with many activities to keep you busy. Stunning views in the honeymoon suite. Staff service was impeccable and even offered deluxe suite after checkout as flight departure was extremely late. Staff offered another room for convenience instead of kicking us out.

Es fällt mir wirklich schwer, all die Eindrücke dieses Urlaubs in Worte zu fassen, so besonders war die Zeit. Schon bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Die Atmosphäre war sofort angenehm – fast so, als würde man nach Hause kommen. Alles wurde uns freundlich erklärt und gezeigt, und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Service war einfach großartig. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und dabei unglaublich herzlich. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur „ein Gast“ zu sein – im Gegenteil: Jeder Wunsch wurde einem fast von den Augen abgelesen. Ein echtes Highlight waren die Suiten. Sie sind wirklich atemberaubend – modern, stilvoll und unglaublich komfortabel. Ja, sie sind nicht günstig, aber das, was man bekommt, ist es mehr als wert. Wir haben uns selten so wohlgefühlt. Auch kulinarisch war es ein Genuss: Das Essen war durchweg lecker, egal ob im Restaurant oder per Roomservice. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass sogar beim Essen im Zimmer liebevoll der Tisch gedeckt wurde – solche Details machen einfach den Unterschied. Was uns ebenfalls beeindruckt hat: Es war immer jemand erreichbar, rund um die Uhr. Egal ob es um eine Frage ging oder um etwas scheinbar Banales wie neue Batterien für die Fernbedienung – alles wurde sofort und mit einem Lächeln erledigt. Dieser Urlaub hat uns nicht nur Erholung gebracht, sondern auch viele schöne Erinnerungen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We had an amazing time at Nana Princess. The staff and general service levels were outstanding and felt very personal. The hotel and resort is relatively new so everything was modern and of a high standard. With thanks particularly to Chrysa, Alla and Sofia who made our stay a highly memorable one. Absolutely perfect place. The hotel and grounds are beautiful in design and construction. The location, on a sandy beach with a protect small harbor, could not be better. The food options were good and the food excellent. But as important, the people: beyond compare. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and Nana Princess ranks in the top if not #1.

We had an excellent stay at the Nana Princess. The hotel is extremely well designed and maintained to a superb standard. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We didn’t really explore the immediate area, but it felt like the hotel was a little way from restaurants (it has two really good ones on the property though).

Nana princess is a true above five star experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are huge and well appointed. We had a two story suite with a private pool. Really well appointed amenities, bathrooms are high tech and showers light up and mirrors have lcd screens built in. The hotel is quiet luxury; and next door you can use the facilities like water park at Nana Golden. The private beach at Nana Princess is also clear and pristine, cabanas and amazing service; the nana golden beach was not as nice. Truly enjoyed our stay as we like quieter resorts that don't feel crowded. What stands out is the service. Every single person at Nana Princess goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family. Sofia at guest relations was truly the best! She is so kind helpful and caring. She gave us many amazing dining recs though out our stay and arranged our taxis and everything. The staff is really exceptional and stellar here. The food at meat in point was delicious as well, kids loved it so much we ate lunch there 5 days in a row, and the service standard at bfast lunch and everywhere is all platinum level. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic stay at Nana Princess Suites. We stayed in a private pool room with an ocean view. We had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. This hotel provides the highest level of attention to detail and service. One of our favorite stops in Greece. We stayed in the bed and breakfast special, and paid for our dinners which were reasonably priced. We enjoyed the private pool, ocean view, and room service options (try the American breakfast special!). An overall great stay.

My family and I are much travelled, in my case for business and leisure. This was the best holiday resort hotel that I/we have ever stayed at! The location is supreme, there are views of the ocean from all rooms and as soon as you walk into the reception area, the backdrop is the ocean - it is stunning. There are so many highlights though: I have never been to a hotel where the staff are constantly cleaning, it was spotless. The facilities are excellent, there was plenty of space and everything that you needed - plenty of swimming pools as well as private pools for most rooms. The food quality was superb, fish, meat and vegan dishes. I read that the chefs are Michelin-starred and I can believe it. Note, that the lunch and evening meals were not buffet-style, you choose from a menu, however, that made the quality even higher in our opinion. The biggest highlight for us were the employees. We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!

The hotel itself was beautiful and worth everyone if it’s 5 stars but the staff really make the difference (and if I could give them 6 stars I would). Attentive, always happy and chatting with an approach that felt genuine and not because they were told to. One if the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The food was excellent both breakfast and the restaurants, plenty of options for sunbathing either with your own private pool, 3 other pools or free cabanas on the beach. Absolutely awesome

From the 5 Star welcome, which included the hostess receiving us with beverages,tour of the property and helping us to familiarize ourselves with the hi-tech features in our room, to the excellent breakfast and overall experience, it is definitely a class of its own. We stayed in a seaview room which also came with a private pool. The room was well furnished, including blackout curtains, and they always maintained the room by making the bed in our absence and also left sweet treats and wine for us. The review will not be complete without mentioning the guest relations staff. Angeliki and Sofia were the two staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions about the hotel, the general area, dinner recommendations etc. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were there to greet us at breakfast and later in the evening. When there was a technical issue with the TV in the room, Sofia appeared right away and helped us figure it out and also had the technician show up immediately. She was informative about the village (Chersonissos), While we immensely enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, baked goods etc., and the hospitality during the breakfast, our stay would have been perfect if the restaurants offered more choices of vegetarian dishes for dinner. We dined only one night in the restaurant as the options were quite limited for vegetarian entrees and sides. Hoping to see more vegetarian options during our next visit.

From the moment I arrived at Nana Princess I knew it was going to be a special holiday. A glass of champagne, a pen with my name on it to complete forms and a tour of the resort all with minimal fuss. The rooms are a technology delight, the private pool, the main pool, the pool bar, the staff, breakfast, restaurants, all simply perfect. The spa is definitely worthy of an experience too. I went to the Nana Princess solo, and throughout was made to feel very welcome - it was fine to be on your own. I can't wait to return and experience this spot of paradise in Crete again!

This property is truly 5 star and exceeded so our expectations. We stayed at Nana Princess with a newborn baby and the hotel was very accommodating. They contacted us before check in to organize baby amenities to be available in the room. Upon arrival, the check in was very smooth and personalized. Our room was immaculate. The design is modern and thoughtful. Huge bed, deep bath tub and rainfall shower head, lovely private pool for every suite and direct views of the sea. We were also very impressed by the staff - everyone was welcoming and made our stay pleasant. There are 2 dining options for dinner - we would have preferred a bit more choice, but the restaurants there were well presented. We would definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again.

Super sauberes Zimmer mit privatem Pool, traumhafte Strandpavillons mit Sofa & Liegen, erstklassiges Essen und mega freundliches Personal. Das Personal war immer aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Auch die Drinks an der Bar (Tequila und Special Mojito) waren fantastisch. Wer Ruhe, Stil und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

It’s a beautiful property. We were upgraded to a beautiful house. Spacious, modern, beautiful view and up to date facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were all helpful, particularly the lady who checked us in and saw us leave. Embarrassingly I forgot her name. They had live music at the bar in the evening. All very good with beach facilities and excellent restaurant. The private beach was ok. You’ll find better beaches near by.
