Hotel staff are friendly. Beds are comfy and the breakfast is good! The pool was dirty, the fire pit did not work and the outdoor furniture was really dirty. There was hair in the shower. I did expect this property to be more up to date than what it was

Propery sits off 521, convenient, rooms have kitchen, we used the grill and the pool. We already have reservations for another visit. They no longer have the pool tables.

The hotel was generally clean. The shower had black around the edges of the base, more than likely mold. The elevator was out of order for the 4 days we were there and guests on the way out said it was working intermediately during their stay. The desk continually said it is being worked on and the person behind the desk would go turn the elevator off and back on and say "It is ok now I reset it". I told them a few times i had bad knees and a bad back they did not seem to care. All in all not a good experience.

Everything was just ok. There was a horrible smell in the hallways and lobby. Luckily it was not in the room. When we asked for towels, they were out and when we asked to use the fire pit we were told it was broken.

I specifically Picked this hotel because they had EV Chargers, but they did not function. The desk clerk knew of an issue with the circuit breakers, but he tried, and they still would not work. So they were not maintaining the property.

Enjoyed and was surprised with the upgrade, however, for the entire visit the sheets and towels were never changed. Staff instructed us that they were running low on towels, but provided one towel and one wash cloth. Throughout their stay the room was never cleaned! Breakfast was a plus

The first room I checked in was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair and crumbs on the couch and there were dirty dishes in the sink. The staff at the front desk did not explain the amenities for the hotel and did not share what time was breakfast or the location for breakfast.

So first let me say that this property’s location is awesome. Just around the corner from new restaurants, movie theater and shopping. It was in a really nice, convenient area. The property itself is nice and modern, but the room cleanliness was very disappointing. I found two pubic hairs in the shower, and they were very noticeable, right where your step in, so I don’t know how housekeeping missed. Pubic hair on the toilet, and the light bulb in the restroom was caked in dust. I went down to the front desk to tell them the body wash pump in the shower was empty and they said they’d send someone up to refill it…they never arrived. And to top it off, one of my pillows smelled like a men’s cologne. I feel like this is one of those rooms where you could place a hidden camera and see how all of a job housekeeping does….

Clean! Unfortunately, the sink of the suite was broken. There was water leaking that flooded the floor. When I called to notify the front desk, they asked us to come get towels instead of offering them to bring it to us. It was an inconvenience to them. There was no maintenance person available. While we were there they did not resolve the issue at all. Disappointing.

We stayed in an ADA room. However, the shower was a converted tub and we still had to step over the tub. There were grab bars but not what was expected. I thought it was wierd that no housekeeping every day, only if you requested. This meant the trash cans were overflowing by the time we left. Breakfast was mediocre.

Didn’t get our room cleaned the whole time we were there, and on the third night with no new towels they tell us that you have to fill out a form for room service. Would be very useful information during the check in time.

This is an overall nice place, but the beds are very hard. I had a backache that kept me up the first night. Took Advil the next day and night and it was a better night but still painful. The room was too warm and only cooled when we moved around the room. The sink in the bathroom had only cold water. Why? We probably won’t stay there again. We travel to the area about 4 times a year.

Nice, big room. Modern and convenient. Easy parking. Water pressure in bathroom was horrible and it took forever for water to warm up. I was very disappointed that room did not have a bath, just a huge walk-in shower that was poorly designed.

The room and bathroom were a nice size and very clean. We liked that the room had a kitchenette too. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, two main lights did not work. (The main over head light in the kitchen and the light over the table.) Also, the screws were stripped on the door safety latch. We informed the front desk and told someone would come to fix everything, but no repairs were made. Suggestion: a safety bar for elderly should be added closer to the shower head. Also, slip prevention treads in shower would be helpful. Over all, our two night stay was enjoyable and good. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place to stay, modern and clean. However very noisy on Friday night. Loud guests in the hallways until very late at night. Consequently slept poorly due to other guests and staff didn’t do anything about it.

Newer property and well located to South Charlotte and S Carolina state line. Property and rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the rock hard mattress making a comfortable night’s sleep very difficult

It was horrible. There was NO hot water, the entire time we were there. We were told after 4 days into our 6-day trip, they didn't know when it would be fixed and advised us to leave and get another hotel. They then did not answer the phone or correspond with Hotels.com to verify and now we can't get a refund. when we asked Hotels.com to reimburse

Hotel was pretty nice. Staff that checked us in, made us feel welcome after a busy volleyball tournament. Room was clean, and looked the same as advertised. Water pressure was a little weak, but didn’t ruin our stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

We were on the top floor in a king suite. My mother is handicapped and hand to take the stairs do to both elevators being broken. There was no hot water. The host new all of this at check in and said nothing . I asked the manager if he was aware and he laughingly said yes.

There was no hot water in the shower. Told front desk. Was told to let them know when I wanted to take a shower and they would turn the hot water booster on. Breakfast buffet was horrible and the lady working in it was rude!!!!!
