Gardenside Bed and Breakfast

The property is beautiful - clean, comfortable, and homely. The hosts, Heather and Doug, are both absolutely the best. Heather made us feel so welcomed and she was incredibly supportive when we had last-minute plan changes during our stay there. Highly recommend!

Unique spacious space, lots provided for breakfast on your own - including fresh eggs! Use of bikes was great. Owners very friendly Didn't know there were stairs to unit, but only one flight.

Owners were very kind and resourceful. Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was very healthy. We even eat eggs from their own chicken. They were very joyful to share insights about Alaska. We had a great time and would recommend the facility to anyone with a family of 4 or less

We stayed 2 nights with Heather and Doug. Our accommodations included living/dining, kitchen, and bathroom. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, and homemade zucchini bread, The fridge was stocked with water, juice, milk, yogurt, and preserves, Gardenside was such a peaceful B & B. Heather anticipated our every need. Both she and Doug helped with getting luggage inside and outside the suite. We wish we could have stayed for a few more days, but we had a ship to catch. We highly recommend the Gardenside B&B over motel/hotel accommodations.
