Check in was frustrating because my Reservation was fraudulently cancelled so it took an hour to deal with that. The bed was uncomfortable:hard. My husband said army cots are more comfortable. Last but not least the shower floor was so Slippery it was dangerous we had to be extremely careful it was hard to shower

Pool was closed unfortunately. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Pricey place. Nice area.

The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating. Didn't get as many names as I should have but two I remember are Zeb and Maureen.
