Golden Sun Apartments

The apartment was very pretty and quiet, everything was there, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, cleaning products. The garbage was also sorted on request and we also got new toilet paper. Air conditioning was great. The bar under the apartment didn't bother us. The hosts Maria and Giannes are wonderful. As a welcome, Maria gave us a complete menu with homemade treats. Tzatziki, cake, beer, tomato bruschetta and much more. We were very touched by this hospitality. On the last day there was a farewell gift with biscuits and oil on our door. Incredibly lovely. I had forgotten my wallet in the apartment on the day of departure. Giannes immediately called the cleaning lady, who was there 30 minutes later. So we were able to get to the airport on time. The whole area on the street side is terrible, dirty, half-finished houses etc. The supermarket opposite is very convenient though. The beach side with loungers, cafes etc. is quite nice. Unfortunately the wind was often so strong during our week that we couldn't swim. What a shame. The balcony has a lovely view, but it was too small for us and there was no lounger. We could only use it in the mornings and evenings because of the heat and in the evenings it was often too windy. The time on Crete, especially Matala and Agia Galini, was very nice. Because of the surroundings and the strong wind we wouldn't visit this place again.

A great Appartement directly by the beach. We had a very warm welcome from the Host who even prepared some Greek food for us and brought a chair and toys for our child. The place is very well equipped (esp. kitchen), tidy and has everything you need for a nice vacation. We would recommend this place any time any time. Thank you very much Maria!!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything one needs. Really good air conditioning throughout. The sunsets from the balcony are really beautiful. Maria laid on a veritable feast for our arrival. Most places will provide perhaps a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine, but Maria's hospitality was amazing. She's a lovely lady and made my wife and I feel very welcome. You're on the beach in two minutes and there are bars and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

Bei unserer Ankunft hat uns Maria für den Anfang mit allerhand Leckereien verwöhnt !immer wieder gab's Brot und Honig Süße Weintrauben !die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was mann so braucht um sich selbst verpflegen zu können aber die nächste Taverne ist nur 20m entfernt !alle Räume sind mit Individuell einstellbaren Klimaanlagen ausgestattet !der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch und die Sonnenuntergänge sind "Golden Sun" !praktisch ist das direkt gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt ist wo mann Brot, Gemüse und Getränke kaufen kann !ca. 5km entfernt in Timbaki ist ein Griechischer Supermarkt der wirklich gut sortiert ist da bekommt mann alles was mann als Selbst Versorger braucht !vielen Dank nochmal an Maria die Eigentümerin der Wohnung die uns alle 2 - 3 Tage mit allerlei Leckereien verwöhnt hat die an der Wohnungstür hingen !Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden selber gerne wieder kommen !

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Maria. Le logement est un peu ancien, avec des équipements nécessaires. Petit bémol avec le système équilibre, tout est coupé lorsque nous sortons de l’appartement. C’est problématique lorsque l’on veut lancer des machines pendant notre absence, et la Climatisation qui s’arrête aussi.
