The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the IAH Airport, every hour on the hour, but it is not 24 hours. They also offered a very basic breakfast, and only between 6 am to 9 am. They do NOT have an elevator, so it is not convenient to be assigned a 2nd floor room if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.

Excellent customer service and very kind staff. A little frustrating that the shuttle service only runs until 11pm, which is something to note for those traveling with late arrivals closer to midnight. Other than that, it's a great value for what it is and the beds are comfy. Will stay again.

The stay was fine for a one-night layover at the airport. The room was clean but basic; you walk up to the room from the outside of the building. Breakfast was basically toast and coffee or juice. They didn't really have a breakfast area to eat, but it was grab and go for me anyway, as the free hotel shuttle arrived 5 minutes early to take us to the airport. The shuttle arrives hourly.

There was no shampoo bottle in the shower. This time I had a round trip in the shuttle bus. My trip the week before there was only return trip. I was misinformed that the shuttle bus works 24/7. It is not true. Services goes until 11 pm. I arrived at 1130 , I had to take an Uber unfortunately!!

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight and the hotel was only 2 miles away and they advertised shuttle. When I tried to reserve an early shuttle ride they said their shuttle did not start until 5Am and I had a 5:20 flight. They offered no alternative except an Uber which cost me $67 for a 2 mile ride The site does not give any time restrictions on the shuttle but it does for breakfast.

The airport shuttle stops at 11.00, and to get back to the airport i had to book the shuttle an hour earlier than necessary because the hotel can only take 6 customers at a time.

ANTS!!! Over 60 bites! Room was fine. I put my shorts on the dresser. In the morning I got up. Put my shorts on and gotten bitten severely. I guess the nest was in the dresser. Never seen so many ever. Floor was covered. Washed out my clothes in the shower and showered off t my body. 3 days later I still have more than 60 bite itchy bites. I live in Florida. I’m used to the problem. But never expected this.

I booked this because of the reviews, but I was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. I nearly checked out and went to a different hotel. The room was dusty and there was a smell - likely some type of cleaner - that was very strong. I have allergies and one night was bearable, if I had more than one night, I would have moved to a different property.

Very rude and unfriendlystaff.unproffesional,no wifi not working and the only answer was it should work..! Many roaches and insects in the room some alive and some dead needed to request twice to remove dead insects upon arrival. was realy uncomfortable.room newly renovated but smeels very bad and AC and toilet are very old.took a room with kichenet but there are no silverwhare or glasses or plates.upon arrival trash bin was already with garbage in it.needed to pay extra for every hour of late checkout knowing that the hotel was almost empty.shuttle was too slow and very late upon arrival and departure had to wait almost one and a half hour to be collected from the airport.very limited breakfast.not recomended at all

The first hour went fine until I had to move over a night stand to grab my glasses that dropped behind to find a dead cockroach…. So that made me look all over the place and found an empty seringe left behind a dresser and visible without having to move anything that said it revealed how not thoroughly the room hasn’t been cleaned lately so it was a great disappointment and should get a refund…

Outside of the property is very rundown Rooms were decent enough and clean Pillows too small. Big White stain on the couch, which was very disgusting looking. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for, Cream cheese for the bagels and better tasting coffee

Hotel was actually ok. Clean. Room was clean. No complaints there. But. The front desk guy. Im assuming is the owner. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Was mad about something. Wanted to check in a little early. He said we still cleaning. Come back in 45min. I was in the parking lot and didn’t see any one cleaning anything. I guess I interpreted his tiktok time. Never again here.

Front desk was extremely helpful, we had left a bag on the shuttle bus and they helped locate it and redirected the bus back to the airline terminal to drop the bag off. What a response ….. What service

Check in was prompt and efficient. The King Room was spacious, clean and appropriately well lit, including over-bed lights for reading with individual on/off switches on either side of the bed. The room doors are all exterior. I see this as a security issue, but changing it would certainly be costly. I asked for a very early wake up call (do not trust my cell phone), the request was acknowledged, but no wake up call ever came. Fortunately, we did have a travel alarm which worked. This is our only disappointment with the property.

A vehicle is required to go anywhere or even get food. Planes fly right over you but sound proofing seems OK. People were nice, it was clean room was large.

Our room was moderately ok, for $100 a night it could be better but it was fine. They could designate a smoking area on the premises so guests dont just stand infront of the rooms and smoke as it does bother non smokers. The AC is at the front of the room facing outside so ofcourse it will collect scents from outside and deposit it in the room. Alot of sketchy late night guests.

Property is convenient for a one night stay. No decent restaurants in the area all fast food. The rooms had no lamp. All ceiling lighting. Water pressure in bathroom very limited. staff behind glass indicates not a safe area.

The only thing is that the hotel is directly under the flight path for landing aircraft. Not terrible, but if you are a light sleeper, not hte best choice. Great access to the Airport and airport parking!

The hotel is well placed for proximity to the airport, it has a 'free' hotel- airport shuttle service available, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, there are limited choices to buy food and meals nearby, unless one has one's own transport. The reception people were friendly and helpful. For a brief overnight stay, in transit, I would stay there again.

Here for one night on our way to Galveston for our cruise. The room was in great shape. It was very clean. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. Breakfast was a joke so we went across the street to Denny’s and had a good and very affordable breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not.

My flight was delayed and arrived too late for the shuttle service so I had to pay for a taxi but they ensured my return shuttle was booked immediately when I checked in. Complimentary breakfast was minimal but coffee was great. Due to no gluten dietary limitations, all I could have was a banana for breakfast. Staff was friendly and professional.

Very clean…good for a short layover. A/C unit was very noisy. Glad I had earplugs. Buffet breakfast very limited choice. White bread, white muffin, waffles and bananas. Limited restaurants nearby, unless you cross a busy highway for choices. Without a car, very dangerous to cross road.
