Facilities are basic. Parking is off-site with valet—some guests found it secure and practical, while others reported delays and, in a few cases, misuse or damage; there is also a rooftop/terrace space.

Many guests found rooms and bathrooms very clean, but there are repeated reports of cockroaches, bed bugs, dirty or old linens and towels, and uneven housekeeping response times.

Rooms vary in size and many lack windows or effective cooling, leading to heat; noise from the lobby, corridors, and street is common. Some units have AC or fans with malfunctions or rules about remotes; Wi‑Fi can be spotty, beds and pillows mixed, and showers or TV remotes sometimes faulty.

Numerous reviews praise friendly, attentive staff and helpful valet. Recurring negatives include rude or unresponsive front‑desk interactions, slow or uneven follow‑up, and occasional overnight staffing issues.

Consistently praised central location a short walk from the zócalo and cathedral, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Some guests noted noise as a tradeoff.

The included breakfast is very basic (coffee, bread, small portion of fruit) and often poorly explained or slow; service starts around 8 a.m., limiting usefulness for early departures. Paid menu items received mixed feedback.
