Pool was great for morning swim but has no hot spa only a day spa

The price is reasonable and the facilities are fully equipped.

Great, big room with fantastic view. Nice gym and outdoor pool. Staff war always very friedly and helpful.

Pool area poorly supervised. Not enough sunbeds, residents allowed to leave towels lying on beds even after vacating area, adding to restricted capacity as these beds remained unused. Also tenants thoughtless with rubbish disposal, detracting from attraction of the area.

Lovely hotel in the CBD - 10 mins walk to the shops, water or station. Amazing views. Good options in executive lounge.

Great Room, gym and pool area. Quality Breakfast although at times very busy.

We had a lovely couples two night staycation, in club class. The cocktail hour was fun and the pool and gym were good. Buffet breakfast at Garum was good, and it was conveniently located for shopping. The bed and pillows were comfy and the bath was great

Amazing stay, beautiful room with a beautiful view. Had to swap room cause there was no bath tub as listed on Expedia.. but the staff fixed that issue super quick . Only thing is you can't order snack and cocktails by the pool, that would make the difference with the other big hotels around. Very friendly staff and tasty food options

As always, crisp linen and great service at this luxury property. Superb gym and great breakfast and dinner offerings. Centrally located with impressive pool (maybe not mid-winter).

The physical property is new, modern and beautiful. Service is the downfall of this hotel. Staff seemed lethargic and lackadaisical at all times and in all places. Housekeeping did not complete a single service without at least one glaring omission (no face clothes/coffee supplies not replenished/used towels left on the bathroom floor/broken glass in the carpet from some previous guest). Breakfast staff and service was completely chaotic. 15 minutes to order a cup of coffee and omelet; 10 minutes to receive the coffee, 20 for the omelet I watched tour the entire dining room in search of my table. I could go on. Bar/lounge staff would repeatedly pass by with empty hands carefully ignoring you until you accosted one of them. Kitchen staff served raw chicken nuggets. Surcharges for anything and everything due to "public holidays" you, being from somewhere else, are unaware of. A 5 star building currently housing a 2.5 star operation.

部屋は広く、ビューも良かったが、洗面の排水の流れが悪かった。またトイレの床も尿が垂れている後がたくさんあり、便器のフタにも跳ねてるのに拭き取りされていない。クリーニングのレベルが5星と思えないほどひどい。TVリモコンの電池が何故か入ってなく、それに対しての対応が非常に遅かった。

The used towels were not removed. And water wasn't replenished. Honestly housekeeping needs improvement. As a 5 star hotel, our expectation was higher. The front desk and restaurant waitress and supervisor weren't friendly and slow to response to our request, and little bit snobbish. Dun think I will even consider staying on my next trip

Very recent and well maintained. Spacious room, clean, and very comfortable overall

For the price they charged, staff service can improve tremendously. Housekeeping placed toilet brush next to our toothbrushes and I have 2 young kids with me. Towel and bedsheets were stained. They compensated with one breakfast and late check out. 5 days after I checked out, Westin charged my card for minibar item when I am not even physically in Perth anymore. Still awaiting their explanation why they charged my card after check out.

Westin Perth is near the city center. Room is good size and very clean. Linens snd towels are new and clean. Beware of upgrade to premium rooms at extra charge. It only meant a higher floor and not because of better or bigger room

Noisy cupboard doors. No handle on toilet door. Poor room layout. Main problem as check in. Room was not delivered by 4.15 PM because receptionist could not contact the maid by phone to establish if the room was ready. Only when I remonstrated did we get room access, as receptionist "wanted to complete booking of another guest, when we had waited so long. WE needed access with our bags in order to dress for a formalfuntion close by.

Westin Perth can always be relied to prove excellent accommodation with comfortable beds and relaxing ambience.

We booked a suite but the first night we were allocated a suite that was very noisy plumbing sound every time people upstairs turn on their taps. We had to relocate to a different smaller room that night and hotel then relocated us to another suite the next day. Westin should fix that plumbing problem before they sell the room to clients.

Spacious room with great views. Comfortable large firm bed. Excellent walk in shower & deep soaking bath.

I usually love staying here but this time is was very average and that’s being diplomatic. The room we stayed in was beautiful as always but We weren’t able to check in until 3:45 with no compensation. We waited 45 minutes for two drinks to be delivered to our room. They brought our bags up but misplaced a dress and suit so they had to go find it (which is fine because they are understaffed) but the worst thing is we couldn’t sleep all night because it was so noisy in our room, it was like there were people in it! Also the windows were creaking every minute, maybe from the pressure for being up so high? Definitely wouldn’t rush back

Amazing service! Easy check in! First stay here and will be recommending a stay to everyone I know. The room and view was exceptional & high quality! Best value for money, staff was very friendly and attentive. Will be staying at the Westin again! Thank you for a great stay!

Check-in process was inefficient. We checked in around 2pm, early check-in was not available, though the agent did say there were rooms “almost ready” and that she would call us as soon as our room was ready. After no call from the front desk, and multiple checks with them, we finally got our room at 3:30pm (check in is supposed to be 3pm) - if we had not followed up, not sure when we would have got our room!! We then waited over an hour for our luggage, and it was only delivered after a follow up call. The hotel’s excuse was that they had groups checking in??? Groups arriving are generally not a surprise and the hotel should have been better prepared and not sacrificed service to other paying guests - extremely disappointing and was not a good start to our stay at all!!

Perfect weekend stay. Room great clean sound proof. Club facilities amazing. Great service throughout the hotel.

Immaculate hotel with helpful knowledgable staff

Lovely hotel, check-in reception rude then mini bar send email with big list of things missing from the minibar that we DID NOT touch. Very expensive stay, not worth it.

Stayed for 9 nights in a King room with executive Lounge access over the New Years’ period. There was one absolutely brilliant person who needs mentioning: Veronica, the Breakfast manager. She looked after us so well, she was a true highlight of our entire trip to Perth. Now for the bad parts: On arrival at 5pm only one our 2 booked rooms was ready (despite guaranteed check-in at 3pm). The room that was ready was not cleaned properly and we had to request another service. Their new policies are also an empty minibar and no amenities in the bathroom - all available at request. The breakfast was not served in the exec lounge but rather in the main breakfast hall. The staff really struggled with about 600 people at breakfast, apparently the busiest the hotel has ever been. Selection at breakfast was limited to western food despite a large proportion of the guests being from overseas. Although we had breakfast included in our rate you had to pay extra for “barista coffee” or “extras” like eggs Benedict or smashed avocado. The exec lounge featured snacks and drinks from 5-7 but it was jam-packed during that time. Received 2 letters under our door to compel us to urgently settle our bill before checkout because apparently they didn’t take out enough pre-authorisation at the start of our stay. Lastly the front desk gave out our family name to an anonymous caller late at night only asking if someone with my first name was staying there. In summary: Sub par experience.

Hotel was expected from a Westin, however, the service was deplorable. Check-in process was a nightmare - slow, 3x staff unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I'd seriously consider staying at Westin again due to that abhorrent service.

ホテル内はとても素敵でした。 強いて言うなら、朝食が毎日同じだったので、ちょっとでも変化があると良いなということ、ポテトが最高に美味しかったのに、1日だけべちゃっとしていたので誰が作っても美味しいと良いなという点です。 オムレツは全部入れると具材たっぷりで美味しいです。 ホテル周辺はビジネス以外の人通りが少なく、 朝は賑やかですが、夕方や休日はちょっと怖いです。 ホームレスの方もいらっしゃるので、注意が必要かなと思います。 総じて星4で良かったと思います。

Fantastic stay in CBD close to lots of activities you can walk to. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The deluxe double rooms are spacious and modern. So not miss the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

Dated but good location

Perfect stay in the heart of Perth, in close walking distance of Elisabeth Quay and easy to get an Uber any further you wish to go.

Great CBD location but we arrived on a Sunday evening ( from a very long flight from UK!) and their restaurant is closed on a Sunday. That’s crazy for a 5 star hotel. We had to walk off to the harbour or get room service. Fine normally just not what you’d expect from Westin. Also, for the club floor it’s very basic and seems a bit mean. I asked for poached eggs ( rather than scrambled) and was told I’d have to pay extra! They stop serving drinks at 7. It’s all just a bit tight. Other club floors ( like ShangriLa) are very different and all about treating you as a special guest.

Business and family trip combined. Wonderful service, beautifully managed hotel with all amenites. Clean and well maintained. We got extra spacious room with a separate sofa, table & chairs dedicated area. Garum restaurant dining was of a high quality. Amazing dishes. Also, a full bufffet breakfast was fantastic.

Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was very good, albeit with a slightly limited selection. It was disappointing to learn that having booked a club room there was an additional charge of A$25 to take breakfast in the main restaurant. In over 30 years of booking these types of rooms all over the world, I have never been asked to pay such a fee.

Room is modern and bright with a comfortable bed. Good location, and fabulous pool. Staff were friendly, although a bit slow moving. Gym was fine, but air con wasn’t working well and was very hot. Breakfast buffet was good, but disappointed that English Breakfast tea was not available as leaf (only tea bags and they were terrible). Selection of tea in rooms was also limited and poor quality for a hotel of this calibre. Milk was UHT pods, and when fresh milk was requested for tea it arrived in UHT cartons with straws. Room service was also limited menu and not high very interesting.
