Me encantó!!, es una verdadera experiencia de hotel boutique. Fuí en compañía de mis padres y tuve la suerte de que la mayoría de los días que pasamos, sólo éramos nosotros hospedados y pudimos disfrutar de toda la atención del personal y de las distintas instalaciones a cabalidad. La vista a la ciudad de Guanajuato es espectacular y el hotel tiene sus propios binoculares estacionarios para poder admirar a detalle, hay varios atractivos turísticos alrededor, principalmente relacionados con la minería. También disfrute de los servicios de Spa y de su cancha de tenis, la habitación es bastante amplia y acogedora. Para finalizar, he de decir que lo que más destacó es la calidad y la atención personalizada que nos brindaron las maravillosas personas que laboran ahí.

Uno de los hoteles más bonitos que hemos visitado, tanto como su personal súper atento como las instalaciones, el desayuno con el plus del té de la casa, el cuarto tenía sauna, una recamara grande, excelente vista, el baño enorme, y en general alberca y jacuzzi, de verdad súper recomendable! Cerca de la mina de valenciana, museo de la inquisición, la presa, casa de los lamentos y cosas así. Lo ideal es llegar en auto pero también pasa el camión en la esquina.

Wonderful weekend at La Casa Estrella de la Valenciana. We spent the weekend here to escape the hustle and bustle of El Centro. Amazing views of the city in the valley from the room/terraces all around the property. Nice pool and hot tub. Full service breakfast that did not disappoint. The staff were all as pleasant and helpful as you could ever hope for, they helped us order pizza for delivery one night. Easy Uber ride to and from Centro. A must for a few relaxing nights!

The property is very well kept, they have different types of rooms for different size families. It limited to just several rooms which is great for being quiet and not crowded. The staff treats you like a family member and will go out of their way to help you.

Terrific hotel offering delicious made-to-order breakfasts and beautiful, spacious rooms and suites. It was too cold to swim but the pool area was beautiful. We had a lovely couples massage. The little gym was convenient but not well kept up. We didn’t have a car and needed to take taxis or Uber rides into town. We walked into town twice but it was far and would be hard to walk back because the hotel is far uphill.

We had the most incredible stay. The property is classic Spanish architecture, with lots of nooks and crannies to explore. There are beautiful common areas and gardens. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and a perfect place to relax. The staff is all so kind and helpful. The daily breakfast is perfect and the setting “es muy tranquillo.” Highly recommend if you are looking for a special experience off the beaten path.

Es un hotel muy hermoso, acogedor, tranquilo con unas vistas impresionantes a la ciudad ya que se situado en el area de la Valenciana , el personal es muy amable , cordial y siempre están al pendiente de que necesitas para ayudarte y orientarte sobre la ciudad, nos encantaron los jardines , la alberca todo nos gusto muy rico su desayuno , con gusto volveré

When booking on Expedia make sure to check their website first as all the rooms are quite different and their website makes the differences more clear. I cannot say enough good things about this place. All of the details were great from the cool light fixtures to the neat brick work. This place is well designed and well taken care of. All of the staff we talked to were so nice. At one point we messaged them to see if they knew where the blanket in our room was from because we were hoping to buy one and they got us the number and address of the seller. There's free daily breakfast which is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location is too far from town to easily walk so either have a car (they have parking) or be ready to taxi/Uber (it was about 100 pesos). There isn't ac but temps get pretty cool at night and there are fans, we were never hot. We loved every part of our stay, the hotel and staff were fantastic.

this hotel was truly unforgettable our room was the cedro with a spectacular panoramic 180 degree view of the stars from our bedroom and living room windows was crystal clear just twinkling all night long . Although the city was about a 10 minute Uber ride.But well worth it. very quiet and lots of friendly people in hotel. This hotel is decorated with lots of love and charm hotel was very clean and staff was super accommodating. the town of guanajuato is about 2 miles in front of hotel and about eighteen hundred feet below hotel which make this hotel boutique casa estrella spectacular. food was excellent i would definitely stay here again...

La ciudad de Guanajuato tiene un serio problema de movilidad y estacionamiento, lo que hace de este hotel una opción excelente situado a solo 10 minutos de la ciudad. Esta magnifica finca cuenta con espectaculares vistas a la ciudad de Guanajuato con un servicio personalizado las 24hrs.. opcional via Whats app si se requiere de aún mas privacidad dentro del hotel.,las habitaciones son muy cómodas e impecables en limpieza y decoración orgullosamente mexicana . El lugar es muy seguro, silencioso... perfecto para una visita redonda a este espectacular destino turístico.

The staff goes out of there way to make sure you have an exceptional stay. The setting is awsome, up high in an arroyo with great views. Breakfast was very good. Clean an comfortale. I felt like I was a special guest in someones private villa. Having to take a cab into town central was a little inconvenient.I wish they had a shuttle, but the staff coordinated transportation and price was reasonable.

The property is lovely. Our room is comfortable with great view of the city. There isn’t much to do around here other than a beautiful church. The trade off is fresh air and tranquility. The staffs are helpful and nice.

Terrific hotel offering delicious made-to-order breakfasts and beautiful, spacious rooms and suites. It was too cold to swim but the pool area was beautiful. We had a lovely couples massage. The little gym was convenient but not well kept up. We didn’t have a car and needed to take taxis or Uber rides into town. We walked into town twice but it was far and would be hard to walk back because the hotel is far uphill.

Our stay was perfect. The staff and grounds were amazing. It is a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious. The staff helped us with securing taxis any time we wanted to go into town. The staff surprised me with a slice of cake on my birthday. They went out of their way to make our experience a great one. We loved our stay!

The staff goes out of there way to make sure you have an exceptional stay. The setting is awsome, up high in an arroyo with great views. Breakfast was very good. Clean an comfortale. I felt like I was a special guest in someones private villa. Having to take a cab into town central was a little inconvenient.I wish they had a shuttle, but the staff coordinated transportation and price was reasonable.

Staff are very friendly and gave extra care. On my last day, had to leave very early to the airport, they had a trusted taxi guy picked me up at 4:30am so I wont struggle on getting late to the airport in case it was hard to get a taxi at that time.

When booking on Expedia make sure to check their website first as all the rooms are quite different and their website makes the differences more clear. I cannot say enough good things about this place. All of the details were great from the cool light fixtures to the neat brick work. This place is well designed and well taken care of. All of the staff we talked to were so nice. At one point we messaged them to see if they knew where the blanket in our room was from because we were hoping to buy one and they got us the number and address of the seller. There's free daily breakfast which is probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The location is too far from town to easily walk so either have a car (they have parking) or be ready to taxi/Uber (it was about 100 pesos). There isn't ac but temps get pretty cool at night and there are fans, we were never hot. We loved every part of our stay, the hotel and staff were fantastic.

this hotel was truly unforgettable our room was the cedro with a spectacular panoramic 180 degree view of the stars from our bedroom and living room windows was crystal clear just twinkling all night long . Although the city was about a 10 minute Uber ride.But well worth it. very quiet and lots of friendly people in hotel. This hotel is decorated with lots of love and charm hotel was very clean and staff was super accommodating. the town of guanajuato is about 2 miles in front of hotel and about eighteen hundred feet below hotel which make this hotel boutique casa estrella spectacular. food was excellent i would definitely stay here again...

Amazing views for incredible price. The staff was very hospitable and we were enchanted the whole time. I will you for the bigger rooms next time because we toured them and you can't beat their price. You need to come here. About a ten minute drive into town. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend at La Casa Estrella de la Valenciana. We spent the weekend here to escape the hustle and bustle of El Centro. Amazing views of the city in the valley from the room/terraces all around the property. Nice pool and hot tub. Full service breakfast that did not disappoint. The staff were all as pleasant and helpful as you could ever hope for, they helped us order pizza for delivery one night. Easy Uber ride to and from Centro. A must for a few relaxing nights!

Beautiful hotel in a great part of Guanajuato. The rooms have everything you might want, breakfast is superb. Thee only issue is ongoing construction of the property, but the staff were extremely accommodating of us and our pets.
Beautiful hotel in a great part of Guanajuato. The rooms have everything you might want, breakfast is superb. Thee only issue is ongoing construction of the property, but the staff were extremely accommodating of us and our pets.

this hotel was truly unforgettable our room was the cedro with a spectacular panoramic 180 degree view of the stars from our bedroom and living room windows was crystal clear just twinkling all night long . Although the city was about a 10 minute Uber ride.But well worth it. very quiet and lots of friendly people in hotel. This hotel is decorated with lots of love and charm hotel was very clean and staff was super accommodating. the town of guanajuato is about 2 miles in front of hotel and about eighteen hundred feet below hotel which make this hotel boutique casa estrella spectacular. food was excellent i would definitely stay here again...
