My stay was overall very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was great—especially the young woman who kindly upgraded my room when I asked. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the parking garage. The spaces were very tight, not handicap accessible, and located three floors below the lobby, which made it a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great stay and excellent service

Very luxurious feeling hotel. Staff was great. Restaurant was fancy, had good selection and wasn’t too pricey. It had two pools which was perfect for us because the outside one was a little chilly but the inside one was perfect. Room was great and bed was super comfy.

En general nos pareció bastante agradable nuestra estancia. la única observación para mejorar la atención es que pudieran tener acceso de servicio a las albercas ya que en las ocasiones que queriamos alguna botana o bebidas tuvimos que ir al restaurant a solicitarlo.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here & it’s progressive gotten worse each time. It’s hard to believe that after opening in 2018 it’s in such poor condition & not well maintained. We stayed in a jr ocean view suite & there were water damage stains on the walls, the windows were filthy, paint splatter all over the room, cracked windows & the sliding glass door of the balcony was broken. The condition of the inside pool is terrible w/ broken tile, the tvs removed & bar closed. The outside pool was closed & in similar conditions. The overall customer service is very disappointing. Although they are “nice” they don’t offer any help or compensation when rooms are not ready in time or there are other inconveniences. I expect more from Marriott & a 4 star hotel. This is definitely the last time we will stay here because it’s definitely not worth the price.

Excelente ubicación al menos para nuestros planes que incluían el WTC. El baño con muchas deficiencias, puerta que no cerraba, regadera incomoda y con mal funcionamiento; la limpieza mal hecha.

Tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad a mejora en cuanto al mantenimiento de las instalaciones y limpieza. Había restos de basura en los pasillos, el burro de planchar tenía una pata quebrada, el agua se salía de la regadera hacia la puerta y está ya tiene humedad que despego la parte baja, la puerta de la regadera no cerraba bien. En el clóset había restos de polvo y cabellos. En la 2a habitación no servían los contactos. El estacionamiento NO tiene elevador!! Si bajas con tus cosas y quieres subir tus maletas, lo tienes que hacer por la rampa donde suben los autos desde un 2o sótano. Conclusión, decepcionante y caro.

La cama estaba sucia olía a orines, nos cambiaron de habitación, si llevas camioneta grande no entra en el estacionamiento entonces se queda afuera en la entrada del hotel, le falta mucho mantenimiento a este hotel ! Nada recomendable

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, las instalaciones están bien, y su staff fue atento. Solo tuve una muy mala situación respecto al ruido ocasionado por un cóctel, que ofrecían para un grupo de personas asistentes a un congreso. Fue imposible descansar eso parecía fiesta de bodas! Se llamó a la recepción y se pidió que moderaran el audio a lo que sólo ofrecieron una disculpa y de momento mencionaron que no podían hacer nada! La gerente del acerco muy atenta al día siguiente a ofrecer una compensación! La cual no tomamos, la molestia era grande. Así que el hotel debería cuidar esas situaciones.

La habitación estaba con el aire encendido en la temperatura más fria y quisimos poner calefacción para calentarlo pero no funciono Además arriba de la cama esta el detector de humo que cada 10 segundos flasheaba y no dejo dormir. El acceso al lobby desde el estacionamiento es todo un laberinto.

Al hacer el check in, tenian a 2 personas trabajando pero una sola haciendo el check in. Llame para que me enviaran el botones para las maletas, llame 3-4 veces pero nunca nadie contesto. Una de las toallas ya tenia que ser retirada de uso por el hotel por el desgaste e hilos sueltos que ya tenia. Me parecio muy raro encontrar esto en un hotel AC

El check in fatal, solicite 2 habitaciones y solo una estaba disponible, la otra eran las 3:40pm. y aún no estaba disponible, bastante molestos por qué iba con mis niños y ellos son muy impacientes. En General es buen hotel, más sin embargo, les hace falta también ser más atentos con los huéspedes.

Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida. Un hombre se metió a mi cuarto mientras Yo dormía. Solo había un guardia de seguridad, sin preparación para eventualidades. El hotel no tenía las instalaciones de forma correcta, el telefono no servía y lo notifique varias veces, los controles de la tele tampoco, muchos detalles de seguridad como que las puertas no tenian llave. El hotel no se ha hecho responsable por el reembolso de mi estancia, porque dice que tiene que ser através de expidia. he intentado comunicarme y llamarles y nadie me ha atendido.

I booked this room for my 80 year old father; when he asked for a plastic chair to be able to shower easily; which the hotel never brought. Even after calling back to Reception, the lady answered in a polite but dismissive way. Estuvo increíble, disfrutamos muchísimo! Hubo frente frío dos días y aún así pudimos descansar y vacacionar. El personal superó mis expectativas, las instalaciones buenísimas. Sin duda volveremos! Lo único que no recomiendo es el restaurante, procuramos comer fuera, tardan una hora en un sandwichito.

Lo que no me gustó mucho de ambos es que no había muchas amenidades individuales en la habitación (o sea, Shampoo o Acondicionador que no fuera de dispensador), y que en las opciones del buffet que se preparaban al momento no hubiera antojitos típicos de Veracruz, como las picadas, gorditas y/o chapulas.
