Nice and clean rooms, and jacuzzis on the roof. The staff were also very nice. I only stayed one night because I wanted to stay in centro histórico for the rest of my trip. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who are okay with the location.

Increible descubrimiento en Boca del Rio, sere honesto por fuera no llamo mi atención, pero la grata experiencia empieza cruzando la puerta. Tiene de todo en servicios. Excelente relacion costo y beneficio. Cerca del malecon y un roof muy acogedor. Ampliamente recomendado para estancias cortas.

Hotel tranquilo y bonito, es pequeño pero bien equipado, personal muy amable, la terraza es agradable y Aurora hace muy amena la estancia. Es un hotel muy muy bonito, lo único malo es que los jacuzzis de la azotea no siempre tienen agua caliente y el hidromasaje no funciona. Pero de ahí en fuera, la atención, el lugar, la cama, las almohadas, las toallas. Todo es delicioso 😃 es nuestro hotel favorito en el puerto

Me agradó mucho el hotel, nuestra habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, por el norte no pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi el primer día de nuestra estancia, pero el segundo lo usamos sin problema, el desayuno que incluía fue variado y rico y el personal tanto de recepción como de restaurante fue sumamente amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Amé el hotel. Mi estancia fue muy placentera y me sentí totalmente en casa. Las personas que ahí trabajan son muy amables y siempre estaban pendientes de mí. Sólo me quedé 1 noche pero sin duda volveré a quedarme más tiempo. Mi habitación estaba impecable y tenía vista al mar, eso me encantó ya que trabajo remoto y esa vista la disfruté mucho. I enjoyed my stay, only one person was a littleo unfriendly and charged me a deposit of $200 pesos for me to take out a hand towel which I had taken out before because of the heat and sweat but she said I might stealnit., a hand towel, come on. Anyway that was the only bad thing

I booked The Clipperton as I understood that they were also a brewery and I wanted to check out the area. The brewery is in another location across town. The girls at check-in had limited English, which I’m used to. They didn’t seem to know anything about the brewery, but bottles of the beer were for sale in the cooler next to front desk. Nonetheless, they were very nice and got me into my room. The rooms are modern and it seems to be a quite new hotel. The water in my upper story room took a few minutes to get warm and the pressure was okay, but not strong. The bed was a bit hard. The room had A/C and was clean. Wi-Fi was okay, nothing exceptional but did take a few minutes to get connected. There is a restaurant but the food was pretty generic, like many places in Veracruz. There’s really nothing nearby for breakfast or dinner. I walked 15 minutes to a busier area for breakfast each day and even further for dinner (planning for that). Likewise, because it’s off the main streets, you will have to walk around the block to hail a taxi next to the malecon. The girls in the morning shift were in a bad mood both mornings. I thought it was just me and my lack of Spanish, but another guest brought up the same issue. I was happy to see the afternoon shift arrive. They were both nice and helpful. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Una de las recepcionistas fue muy enfática en señalarme que las habitaciones estarían listas a las 3pm y que no podía acceder hasta esa hora. Llegué a las 3 en punto y resulta que no estaba lista. Me tuvieron que dar otra habitación sin el sofá que yo hanía reservado. Muy mal detalle.

Es un lugar tranquilo, realmente con buena limpieza, el restaurante muy lindo para pasar un rato ameno, en recepcion soy amables y si solicitas algo que necesites siempre tratan de ayudar, quiza solo el baño es un poco pequeño, sin embargo tiene todo lo indispensable, y el jacuzzi realemnte es relajante. La calidad de la estancia es muy buena con respecto al costo. Buena ubicación cerca del malecon y cerca del transporte publico, muy recomendable.

It's in a part of the city that is being remodeled. It isn't evident from the photos, but the hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff was exceptional. It was also very close to a lot of great attractions and walking distance to the oceanfront.

The room we stayed in which was a small suite was excellent. The staff were very nice ,breakfast is poor not worth Getting it's over priced you can tell the owner is spending the minimum to maintain his hotel. The one Jacuzzi the temperature was broken and the other Just comfortable enough you couldn't make it any warmer,the railings on the rooftop bar were loose so if you push on hard enough you could go over the side. The roof over bar was starting to disintegrate tells Me that the owner is only spending money when he has to. And safety's Of his clients is not the most important thing

Amazing facilities. Super cute, big room and closet. Comfy bed and very nice space in the bathroom. Yummy and big breakfast. Really worth it.

Me agradó mucho el hotel, nuestra habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, por el norte no pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi el primer día de nuestra estancia, pero el segundo lo usamos sin problema, el desayuno que incluía fue variado y rico y el personal tanto de recepción como de restaurante fue sumamente amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nice and clean rooms, and jacuzzis on the roof. The staff were also very nice. I only stayed one night because I wanted to stay in centro histórico for the rest of my trip. I would recommend this hotel to travellers who are okay with the location.

It's in a part of the city that is being remodeled. It isn't evident from the photos, but the hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff was exceptional. It was also very close to a lot of great attractions and walking distance to the oceanfront.
