Modern, clean hotel with welcoming staff. Room had everything you would want from a hotel of this style: good TV, good WiFi, USB ports by bed. Really need to drive to get to/from due to limited public transport with also means if you are without a car the dining options are limited to this adjoining pub which is fine but limits variety! Neither is a fault with the hotel itself but need to be known for travellers.

Very easy check in/check out, plenty of parking, very close to the A2 (which you can't hear because the hotel is quiet and well soundproofed. Nice staff and a comfy stay, next to a Co-Op for essential snacks/food, and seemingly tennis/football pitches being built next door (not sure if hotel guests will be able to use them, but worth noting!). A great stay at very competitive prices; we'll be stopping here again on trips down to cross-Channel ferries or Eurotunnel.

Great hotel, staff are great. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. Pub on site is great for food and a pint. A local co-op opposite the pub which is handy. Stayed here due to work. Highly recommend. Wifi great too.

Bathroom very dirty for disabled‘s room the bathroom needs a deep clean.the plug sockets unusable to use as hidden underneath the bedside cabinet for a disabled person I could not get to it to plug my phone in so I had it close to me in the night. window black out curtains that are too small leaving a halo of light around the window this is the bath seat and shower rail filthy. Also shower head was awful wayer was terrible spraying all over the place needs a new shower head after travelling over 5 hours and arriving wanted to get a shower before bed and this is what the bathroom was like. I had to get the lady from reception to come and try get the rail down it took 2 members of staff to sort it out but as you see from the photos it’s very Unclean for an accessible disabled room being asthmatic I felt it was very dirty

The stay was generally fine. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but we did miss a bit of hospitality and atmosphere. The main points for improvement would be: making sure there are (disposable) toilet brushes available. We also found the shower curtain and the soap dispensers not very hygienic. We would recommend offering small travel-size bottles of soap instead of dispensers. The baby cot kept falling apart, and we also found the mattress quite uncomfortable for the baby. There were also stains in the bathtub, and large red stains on the carpet between the beds, which we didn’t find very pleasant. Other than that, it was fine for us since we were only there in the evenings to sleep. The price/quality ratio is fair.

Friendly staff. Dirty pillowcase. Hairs on the duvet cover. Broken shower head which sprayed water everywhere, resulting in soaked bathroom, clothes, wash kit and makeup bag. Damaged window seal so noisy overnight and draughty sleeping next to it.

The room was clean, warm witha comfy bed. Tea and coffee facilities in room with a basket of tea and coffee sachets at reception if you need more. Only issue was that the shower wasnt the best, not very strong flow and didnt stay hot for long.

A really clean and convenient hotel. Our family room was a good size with two separate beds for the children. There is also a very handy Co-Op round the corner if you don't have time to sit in for breakfast. There was a little noise from the motorway but nothing that put us off. Plus, if you have a Netflix or Disney + account it was easy to set it up on the television. Plenty of parking too!

This property does what it says on the tin. Comfortable stay and clean rooms however a bit outdated. We got a room on the ground floor facing out to the car park and it was loud (not the traffic just general noise from the car park - people chatting right outside our window). I would request staying further up. Our tv remote didn’t work but this was rectified during our stay. Overall all ok but it is just a 3 star hotel - nothing special.

Always good service and plenty of parking, staff are always good and friendly, helpful and always ask how you are…. However WiFi is very slow, Mattress is hard not much comfort…. We have stayed on numerous occasions and that’s because of the staff and hotel.

Would have got a high rating but for the fact of refusing us a stay as we didn't have a credit card although the room was fully payed for and our booking sheet never stated we needed one. found the receptionist very rude about it. not everyone carries cards cash is still legal tender

Generally good value for money. We stayed here for 3 nights but were disappointed with the service we received. We were asked upon check in whether we’d like our room service and we confirmed. The next day our room was not serviced and we told reception who said it would be serviced the following day but it still wasn’t meaning our room wasn’t serviced during our entire stay. We complained about this but were told the hotel had no cleaning staff for the weekend but this was not communicated the first two times we spoke with reception on the issue - we’d have appreciated staff giving us the heads up at least!

I was allocated a Disabled Room on Arrival, after 30 minutes I was then allocated a standard room, then at approximately 11pm someone entered my room with a door key and said that it was his room. After another 30 minutes had passed the receptionist was banging on our door saying why are you in this room. I would like a full refund for this stay as I did not sleep all night and had a 4 hour journey in the morning

Perfect stop on our way home from Paris to where we live in Wales. Very comfortable and spacious family room. Conveniently located next to major roads and easy to find. Hope to stay here again

If you want to sleep and rest, this place is OK. The restaurant is outside the hotel and thank to mother nature, it wasn't raining seriously for the three days I was there. On rainy days, well, carry an umbrella as it is a three minute walk to get your breakfast. The room was fine, but the desk staff? I would rate their attitudes are like, Before you ask, the answer is No. The breakfast was OK, as good as any English breakfast you get anywhere else. I am not sure there are any public transportations, but it is not walkable from either Ebbsfleet or Northfleet, the two nearest train stations. Either your own cars or Uber. Uber is now plentiful. Once you get to Ebbsfleet, the fast train to London Pancras station is only 35 minutes.

Clean spacious room great for family of 4 with two teenagers. Room was quieter than expected so close to the motorway. Easy check in online prior to arriving. Great breakfast, unfortunately restaurant shut early on Good Friday and was not able to get food.

Stayed here 4 times and it's always excellent, the rooms are very clean and nicely appointed. Staff always friendly and helpful. Nice big car park and pub attached does good quality food. If I had to pick something to gripe over it would be the shower which is a bit underpowered

Not the greatest hotel I've stayed at but not the worst. Hotel is clean and the staff friendly but the restaurant situated a short walk from the hotel lets them down. Bland food and after 9.0pm the staff seemed more interested in setting up the reatuarant for breakfast.

The hotel it self is OK the adjoining Marstons pub/carvery is awful. Steak worst ever, the battery the fish was almost black as if oil hadn’t been change in forever! Breakfast poor buffet style hot lamps nothing was hot or good quality
