Very good hotel overall. Close to Marriott / Hilton quality. Not outdated, in Warsaw city center. Clean rooms, nice bed and TV. Breakfast is great! Each floor has ironing room, water fountain with 3 options ( tap water / spring water / very spring water). In rooms it's a coffee/ tea packets and electric tea pot. No refrigerator, no safe box. Only one thing to make it better is just to add Shampoo and Conditioner option in bathroom instead of shower gel/ shampoo 2-in-1 option.

Hotel centrale ed ambiente pulito. Stanza pulita tutti I giorni e vi era tè e caffè nei luoghi comuni 👍 . La colazione era ottoman nel weekend ma basica in settimana. L’albergo era costoso per la stanza angusta ( molto piccola) per una famiglia di quattro persone.

Trevlig personal, rent och snyggt hotell. Tog inte så länge att promenera till gamla staden. Också gångavstånd från Marriot hotell där flygbussen från Modlin Airport stannar. Bra restaurang vid hotellet med god mat.

We really enjoyed staying here, room was modern and clean. They area has restaurants and stores to buy supplies. The water cooler is a great idea which we used often. Breakfast is good, a little more variety would be nice though. The front desk staff seemed cold and unapproachable. Even at the initial check-in, it seemed we were bothering them when trying to check in. It would be nice if they could acknowledge the guests when they are coming/going from the hotel. A smile goes a long way!

It’s a new and clean hotel. The breakfast is good and staff are polite, however, there is no shampoo or conditioner in the hotel! It was only one liquid for buddy wash and shampooing . There is no lotion in the bathroom. There is no fridge in the room and the TV was very small! Bed and pillows were good.

Small rooms, but decent size bathroom with shower. Room is so narrow that the clearance between the end of the bed and the wall is about 20cm. The TV is mounted at head height on the wall, and so I hit my head on it, three times, whilst moving from the window to the bathroom! Also, the bathroom fan is on. Always. All night. At checkout they said they could turn it off from reception. Maybe put a notice saying so in the bathroom? Finally, didn't get asked how my stay was when I checked out. That's a basic, and costs the hotel nothing. It's nice to be asked.

Only gripe I had was there wasn’t any smart TV available. The outlet to use a computer or tablet was too far you would have to purchase another USB/HDmI cable to have it travel across the room. Other than that my stay was amazing!

I had the pleasure to book this hotel and pictures looked fine and pricing very attractive and location was super. Based on this I booked the hotel for 3 days stay and I was very satisfied. Extremely friendly staff in reception, restaurant for breakfast and cleaning. Next time I will for sure book this hotel again. Full value for the money.

Kamer is prima en schoon, douche is geweldig, bed wat minder en het is jammer dat er geen raampje open kan. Het personeel lijkt hier allemaal met weinig plezier te werken, in de ontbijtzaal (vreetschuur) kan ik me dat nog voorstellen, maar bij de receptie had ik toch wat meer klantvriendelijkheid verwacht. Geen slecht hotel, ook niet top.
