I have to remember that we paid less than £50 per night. Everything in the room was as it should be, however, we were the ground floor with a view of the bins. There was no net curtain so people would be able to see straight in so couldn’t have any natural sunlight or open a window (no fan in the bathroom so nowhere for the shower steam to go). Quite busy around the bins throughout the night, fortunately our daughter can sleep through most things, unfortunately I can’t. There is NO designated parking or breakfast. I brought dry breakfast things with us but could have done with a mini fridge for milk etc. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean, tv worked and super cheap to stay.

Friendly, welcoming staff and a comfortable, clean hotel with sea views in the heart of town. Free adjacent on-street parking overnight and paid car parks within walking distance. If you’re a light sleeper, be warned the internal soundproofing isn’t brilliant and there’s also a late night pub nearby. My only complaint is that because I booked via a third party, I wasn’t sent a Travelodge booking reference and it cost me over £3 to call the hotel directly to confirm the booking had in fact gone through.
