I enjoy my stay here and the weekend I was there it was there 5 anniversary so they had special offers, the monkey bar on the roof was nice with some great views. I would recommend this hotel and location.

Sehr stylisches, modernes, ausgefallenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und individuellen Zimmern. Highlight ist die MonkeyBar und das Neni Restaurant im 8.Obergeschoss - toller Blick auf Köln. Leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück sowie gratis Minibar runden den Aufenthalt ab - immer wieder gern!

I always enjoy my stay at the 25hours Hotel The Circle. The atmosphere offers something unique and the staff is helpful. The restaurant, bar, and sauna have great views of the cathedral. The lobby offers interesting exhibits and a coworking cafe.

I really liked this hotel. It was quirky, fun and full of amenities that were perfect for a traveller. My room was spacious and had lots of nice little things like a complimentary tote bag, and a free mini bar. I also loved the spa facility which was top!

Greetings and check in where outstanding. The rooms different but nice. The breakfast was the best on this trip. I liked that the hotel was different from the most hotels. Only one big minus, but it’s a big one if you have an EV. We booked this hotel bet it’s location and that according to you have chargers for EV. Well they have two chargers and one had a Tesla charging and at the other was o hotel company car that wasn’t charging. So I asked in the reception if they could move so we could charge - got a big fat NO! But in the morning when I looked they had moved the car and a guest was charging. So I asked how come it suddenly was possible to move their car. They told me that the guest had been rudely demanding a charger so he got it! I tried ask nicely but I guess I should have been rude instead….

C'était notre première visite à Cologne, et en plus de découvrir une ville charmante qui nous a offert un moment inattendu, nous avons été enchantés par l'hôtel qui, en plus d'être design, est convivial, calme, accueillant et plein d'attentions. Je n'ai que des éloges : de la salle de relaxation et du sauna au bar sur le rooftop, l'expérience a été parfaite du début à la fin. Je ne le recommanderais tout de même pas… car il risquerait de devenir trop populaire et complet lors de notre prochaine visite ! Vous l'aurez compris, c'est une boutade — je lui attribue avec plaisir 5 étoiles.

Really good hotel in a nice area. Cool vibe and an excellent rooftop bar. Breakfast was good but 29 euro seems a bit steep. Rooms cool and bed very comfortable. Would definitely go back but be warned bar was very busy Friday night and had to queue to get in.

Super Unterkunft mit zwei Minuspunkten: Es wird angeführt, dass sie ein Gym haben, allerdings ist das eher ein Gymnastikraum mit nur 1-2 Geräten. Ein Laufband war nicht vorhanden. Darüber hinaus sind Bauarbeiten vor/neben dem Hotel, wodurch man mit enorm viel Lärm in der Früh (bei geschlossenem Fenster) geweckt wird.

A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !

Gute Lage, das ist eigentlich alles.

Our 2-night stay was good. The breakfast & service in the restaurant were both very good, and the restaurant was very clean. Our room was clean, but the carpets in the hallways definitely could use a thorough cleaning. Our room could also need a fresh coat of paint. The restaurants in the nearby area were mostly of the fast-food variety, and not to our liking.

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig. Mehr Schein als Sein. Aber die Lage ist unschlagbar. Für das Parken zahlt man pro Tag 21€ was schon echt teuer ist, wie ich finde.

Very central part of the city, with nearby transit only a walk away. This quirky and charismatic hotel really does put smiles on faces. Complimentary mini bar was a much welcome surprise after 13 hours of travel. Dining upstairs was wonderful and has spectacular views.

Overall it was good. The rooms could use better lighting, specially when you have a room that it’s facing another room on the other side and you have no privacy. You want to close the curtains and have good lighting in case you need to sort out your stuff or whatever when you’re traveling. Also, I found unnecessary things like the tote and the teddy bear for sale and I couldn’t find a kettle or a coffee machine so I had to call to request one which should be a basic thing to have in a hotel room specially when the rates are on the expensive side. I also didn’t love the sink being so close to the bed so if someone splashes water it goes on the bed. I wish they would just use a regular queen size or king size mattress, instead of putting two twin size together, which is uncomfortable especially when it doesn’t have a comfortable topper or anything. The location was great for what I needed it.

Excellent Check in by the female receptionist ( Iam so sorry i dont have the ladys name ) ! The same staff member helped me out with a " electrical " adapter as soon as i asked . I would like to praise the gentlemen who is the " Breakfast Host " - This is my second visit to " The Circle " and this young man is always at his " Breakfast Lecturn " ready to welcome guests for breakfast with his professional hospitality mannerisms. 25 Hours - The Circle - Cologne ( The Special One ) in Cologne!

Overall it was ok, checking in or having to ask a question is sometimes difficult, walked by front desk several times; no staff at all. No water kettle in the room, no cups. Bare minimum available. Room was ok, nice decor.

On a du attendre 16.30 pour recevoir la chambre,du coup on nous a offert une boisson dans le bar,mais le bar était fermé le 01.01.26!du coup on nous a offert le petit déjeuner pour le premier matin,merci.Le deuxieme jour on n a meme pas fait la chambre!!vu qu on était rentré après 20 heures on a rien dit.C était l 5 ème fois que j ai séjourné au 25 hrs à Cologne,mais je me poserai la question deux fois la prochaine fois.La réception très gentil et professionel.

Greetings and check in where outstanding. The rooms different but nice. The breakfast was the best on this trip. I liked that the hotel was different from the most hotels. Only one big minus, but it’s a big one if you have an EV. We booked this hotel bet it’s location and that according to you have chargers for EV. Well they have two chargers and one had a Tesla charging and at the other was o hotel company car that wasn’t charging. So I asked in the reception if they could move so we could charge - got a big fat NO! But in the morning when I looked they had moved the car and a guest was charging. So I asked how come it suddenly was possible to move their car. They told me that the guest had been rudely demanding a charger so he got it! I tried ask nicely but I guess I should have been rude instead….

Der Service an der Rezeption ist absolut unterirdisch schlecht. Ich habe über Hotels.com vorab gezahlt. Leider waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung zu erstellen und verwiesen auf Hotels.com. Ich hatte schon öfter vorab gezahlt und IMMER eine Rechnung vom Hotel erhalten, zumal ich diese benötige für die Firma. Also das 25Hours Hotel in Köln werde ich NIE mehr besuchen. Weiterhin ist das Frühstück auch nicht sehr zu empfehlen für diesen Preis. Das Maritim in Köln am Heumarkt bietet da einen viel besseren Service und ein 100% besseres Frühstück.

After staying at the 25hrs in Copenhagen, we were excited to experience another 25hrs hotel. The ambiance with the spaceship dark walls etc. was not clever nor inviting. We were happy to participate in the eco support of not having room service daily. But when we requested an extra towel or the trash to be emptied, we had to follow up several times before it was completed. There are SEVERAL other hotels that are nicer and a bit less expensive nearby. On the positive side, we will come back to enjoy the restaurant NENI (delicious!) and the top floor bar (the cocktail options were yummy!)

Super Unterkunft mit zwei Minuspunkten: Es wird angeführt, dass sie ein Gym haben, allerdings ist das eher ein Gymnastikraum mit nur 1-2 Geräten. Ein Laufband war nicht vorhanden. Darüber hinaus sind Bauarbeiten vor/neben dem Hotel, wodurch man mit enorm viel Lärm in der Früh (bei geschlossenem Fenster) geweckt wird.

Staff were amazing but this hotel is a little funky. It’s hard to explain but some of the ‘fun’ design is not optimized for user experience. Having said that, great restaurant upstairs, very good breakfast too.

Séjour réservé en dernière minute dans cet hôtel de Cologne. Il se situe pas loin du métro et de restaurants, cependant à 15/20m du centre ville et de la cathédrale. La déco futuriste est fantastique et impressionnante, du hall jusque dans les chambres et le bel ascenseur. Le service à l'accueil pourrait être plus agréable, arrivé un peu avant l'heure officielle de check in (sachant que l'hotel n'était pas complet), j'ai demandé plusieurs fois si la chambre était prête je n'ai eu que des réponses négatives sans m'indiquer de l'heure approximative de disponibilité de la chambre. Le petit dej est plutôt bon mais ne vaut certainement pas les 29 euros dont il faut se délester. De plus, le jour où j'y suis allé la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai vu en partant que le personnel pouvait nous apporter du café autre que du café filtre machine qui avait été mis en remplacement, mais là encore, aucune communication. La literie est correcte mais personnellement dans ma chambre les oreillers étaient tout aplatis et assez anciens, j'ai très mal aux cervicales depuis. En résumé, un très bel hôtel, agréable, et plutôt bien situé (si on exclue les travaux juste à côté et en face, mais ce n'est que temporaire), mais le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas justifié.

Really good hotel in a nice area. Cool vibe and an excellent rooftop bar. Breakfast was good but 29 euro seems a bit steep. Rooms cool and bed very comfortable. Would definitely go back but be warned bar was very busy Friday night and had to queue to get in.

A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !

This is a great funky hotel fairly close to a lot to see and do in Cologne. The room was spacious, the staff was very friendly, snd the breakfast buffet on the rooftop is not to be missed. I’ll definitely be staying at a 25 hours hotel again.

So it’s a fun vibe. Nice hotel. However we were extremely disappointed that after a long day of business and dinner, we just wanted to have a drink. Sadly we were denied entry to the bar as they closed for a private party. We then went to the adjacent restaurant to get a drink. We were denied and told no drinks without ordering food. Really poor customer service. Ended up walking in the rain to a lovely bar a way down the street where spent slot of money. Your loss 25 circle

The photos from the hotel looked good, but that was not the reality, so we got quite disappointed. We had pre paid the hotel, but still they managed to charge us one more time for the stay while being there, from the credit card used for deposit. They noticed the error they had made and gave the money back, but still we had to stand for all the transaction fees involved since it was different currencies and lost money on it.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Room was spacious & clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Really helpful staff in all parts of the hotel especially at Reception- loved the what’s app contact with the hotel as they were able to assist me twice.
