Welcoming host.Large comfortable, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Convenient for exploring coast path and industrial heritage.

Liked the style and comfort of the old house. Exceptionally good breakfast. Pleasant welcome. Convenient for Minack Theatre and other local attractions. One thing to be aware is that bedroom 1 is not en suite, although the separate bathroom is super.

I stay away quite a bit all business related. The room was a single room which had everything I needed. The WiFi was good and worked well. Plenty of USB charging points which was good. Lots of other normal power sockets. The complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Off street in parking was good too. I stayed for 3 nights. If there was anything negative to say would be that breakfast time was too restrictive as it started at 08.00am. I managed to have breakfast on the first day but the other 2 I left for work earlier and therefore was unable to have breakfast. Maybe I should of received some kind of refund for not having breakfast for the 2 days.

Superb breakfast, with a huge array of many different types of fresh fruits (as well as cooked options if wanted) and delicious home made jams and excellent coffee. This was the best breakfast I have ever had in the UK. Everything was also spotlessly clean, and it was very quiet with lovely views from the room. An easy ten minute walk to St Just along a footpath The only negative point in an otherwise superb guest house was that it was incredibly hot in the bedroom with an extremely thick, heavy duvet which I had to chuck in the cupboard. The mattress was also very thick and hot. This wasn't even in the very hot weather (outside air temp was 18 °C) There were no instructions for how to operate a ceiling fan.

Great location for exploring. Wifi excellent. Comfortable room. Great breakfast.
