This was a business trip. I had a package sent down earlier because it was too bulky to carry on a plane. The staff stored the package for me, helped unpack it, and allowed me to check in early. That’s all worth 5 stars. The onsite parking garage was very convenient. To top it off, I had a nice room on the top floor, and the shower was awesome – great pressure, nice and hot, plenty of space.

The property is in a good location just a short walk to dining and stores. The hotel and our room were clean and quiet. The hot breakfast was very good, with pancakes, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereals, oatmeal and more. The pool was small, but the gym was good. The parking was easy. We would stay here in the future.

Astonished to check in and find out that the hotel doesn't have a bar or lounge of any kind....nothing is mentioned on the website, and I would not have stayed there had I known...will not be going back.

A very busy hotel with many people staying for a night and then go to the cruise. I stayed for 7 nights and while I would stay here again it would only be for a night or maybe two. Room dated but clean. The bathroom was great. The self served laundry was a good touch priced at $2.50 is good. A cvs is nearby and you can walk a publix supermarket nearby. Receptionist were helpful.

A bit loud from the highway and the walls need paper thin. I could Hear the phone ringing and people using the restroom next door. The rooms are quite smaller than I expected for the price but the location was safe for a solo traveler

I have stayed here a couple of times! Andrena (not sure on spelling) is truly amazing and so sweet and so kind. My tv did not work and waited 1.5 days for it to be replaced which took an hour of the maintenance man in and out of my room. Not the best hospitality after a day of work.

Early check in was no problem and baggage storage was taken care of until rooms were ready. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful, especially Andrena who went out of her way to help us with info on everything happening in the area, making our stay in Fort Lauderdale a wonderful experience.

Often there was no one at the front desk. Saw four different front desk employees during stay. Three were nice. One seemed unfriendly. Could have been having a bad day. There was a car permanently parked in the handicap parking space even though the posted sign read 15 minutes maximum.

One week stay. The staff here are top notch: always sincere with genuine care for guests. They can make restaurant recommendations, are extremely responsive to questions/needs, and the front desk can even provide ASL. During a surprise rainstorm they loaned umbrellas to us and other guests. Cleaners are extremely courteous and kind and they do a great job of straightening up during extended stays. Breakfast goes above & beyond expectations with lots of options; the breakfast area is very clean. Pool is exceptionally clean as are the restrooms outside of the room. A couple of VERY mild concerns that have NOTHING to do with the staff: Not enough hooks for wet bath towels or bathing suits in bathroom; If your room faces S. Federal Hwy be prepared to hear lots of engine revving and loud motorcycles well into early AM (even during the week so pack some earplugs); bed pillows immediately and completely flatten once laid upon (we did not request addl pillows); The rooms do not have safes, but we were confident that our belongings were safe. This property is highly recommended!

Great location to walk lots of places. Parking rate was increased recently to $30 but they gave me the $20 rate that existed at time I made reservation. Nearby intersection had major construction that made driving and walking a bit difficult.

The breakfast was average. Staff was friendly. Biggest issue was that the water in the tub was yellow so we did not shower while there. I also think that if you pay for a room to stay somewhere, parking should notbe an additional charge.

The staff at front desk were very nice, friendly Breakfast there for few days may be good but i spent a month. EGGS OMG THE WORST..think they were a mix of chemiicals out of space with bad after taste. Need a new toaster and never any fruit. Investigate those eggs fast..big issue .can get a good breakfast on Las olas .had to stick with bagel & cream cheese HOW can you mess up eggs but dont think they are real eggs
