Hotel bellissimo, stanza moderna, grande e bella ma sopratutto pulitissima. Giro spesso per lavoro e devo dire che trovare strutture cosi ottime è difficile! La stanza e il check in, come il check out si fanno in autonomia con l'applicazione, fantastico! Consigliato, provatelo! Buona la zona nel quartiere ebraico, a pochi passi dalla ruota panoramica e la fashion street, teatro dell'opera ecc. Sono contento di aver soggiornato qui!

Nice, well appointed room. Just off a major central road. The side street felt a little rough, but it was not far off the main street. My room was on the first floor directly above the entrance and a neighbouring bar so was a little noisy on my first night (Saturday), but was fine on the other nights. The app key was fine for the most part, but could be a little fiddly sometimes. The air conditioning also efficient and controllable through the app, even when out and about. I'm not sure the app added much to the experience over a regular key card/thermostat, though. Shower drained slowly, and the shower tray quite close to overflowing, despite being deep and large - although it didn't actually overflow, I was conscious of sloshing around in a couple of inches of water. Bed and pillows not the comfiest, though the bed was rather large! Overall a good value stay in a very central location. Trams/Metro all 8-10 mins walk away, though.

After many visits to this beautiful city, I finally found a hotel that ticked all the boxes: an excellent price point (€40), a perfect location, and impressive room quality. Schön großes Zimmer, aber im Zimmer gab es keine Nähsets oder Duschhauben oder Schlapfen (wie auf der Webseite beschrieben). Polstermenü Auswahl war auch nirgends zu finden. Modern, aber komisch gläserne Badezimmer Trennwand und Tür zu haben. null Privatsphäre. An der Handy App und Expedia sollte man noch arbeiten, bei mir (die gebucht hat, hat das Öffnen des Zimmers nicht funktioniert).

Positiv: komplette Steuerung per App, kostenlose Locker für Koffer, kostenloses Wasser, zentral Negativ: Leider ging das öffnen der Zimmertür mit der App nicht. Die Tür wurde uns mit dem Generalschlüssel geöffnet, weil die Zimmerkarte verschwunden war. Es sollte ein Mitarbeiter hochkommen und helfen. Zwei Stunden später nachdem ich an der Rezeption erneut nachgefragt habe, konnte mir erst geholfen werden. Toilettenpapier defekt, nach Meldung bei der Rezeption sollte dieser repariert werden, wurde aber nicht. Toilettenpapier stand also auf dem Boden. Frühstück war von 7:30 Uhr - 11:00 Uhr. Um 8:45 Uhr hatte ich nach Spiegelei und Pancakes gefragt. Habe die patzige Antwort erhalten, wenn leer dann leer. Auch die Platten wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption war es am nächsten Tag besser. Allerdings waren alle warmen Speisen kalt. Enttäuschend. Fazit: ohne Frühstück buchen

The hotel has a good concept of being all on your phone (check in/air conditioning/access to your room etc) however I think that the hotel needs a refurbishment in the rooms - there were paint removed from some walls, damage to the bed headboards, a lot of wear and tear to the rooms and due to this it felt unclean at times. The shower was blocked and had to tell reception about this (it was quickly rectified after telling reception), however feel that this is a basic cleaning check that should be done when a new customer is checking in - so have questions about how much cleaning they actually do to the room. Good location and for the cost it was ok, but just wished it was slightly cleaner (would recommend bringing your own slippers to wear in the room as was slightly unclean floor).

Beim ersten Anblick fanden wir das Hotel von außen wirklich schön – gepflegt und ansprechend. Auch beim Betreten des Zimmers dachten wir zunächst: „Ja, passt.“ Leider hat sich dieser erste Eindruck nicht bestätigt. Die Dusche war verstopft, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig ablief, und in den Ecken neben den Leisten war es sichtbar schmutzig. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer eher oberflächlich gereinigt. Ein weiteres Problem: Die Zimmertür ließ Licht vom Flur durchscheinen, was gerade nachts störend war. Zudem waren die Betten leider nicht besonders bequem. Auch die Geräuschdämmung ließ zu wünschen übrig – wir konnten jedes Mal hören, wenn Türen in anderen Zimmern zugeschlagen wurden, was uns mehrmals in der Nacht geweckt hat. An Ruhe war also nicht zu denken – zusätzlich wurden ab 8 Uhr morgens Bauarbeiten nebenan durchgeführt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Es hatte den Anschein, als kümmere sich niemand wirklich darum, ob genug aufgefüllt wird oder ob alles passt. Was unseren Aufenthalt dennoch positiv beeinflusst hat, war Matthias an der Rezeption. Er war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat sich wirklich bemüht, all unsere Anliegen ernst zu nehmen und schnell zu lösen. Ein echtes Highlight!

I’m going to keep this simple. The location was perfect. The hotel in general was really nice. However. For what this hotel is, I was expecting more in regards to details. One of my biggest issues is when a hotel does not quality control their rooms. I can tell that the service being supplied by the workers there in regards to cleaning rooms is probably going to be subpar. Meaning corners are cut. And I can only say this from what I saw when I was there this past weekend in April 12 through the 15th 2024. I found something wrong in my room, I’ll bet you there are many other rooms just like it. For one thing, something so simple as the toilet paper dispenser. I don’t know what happened, but it was screwed into the wall with probably one screw and then caulked Cheaply. I have a picture to upload if it lets me. There was a piece of sheet rock missing to the right side of the toilet, and it just looked ridiculous. When I lifted the toilet seat, I saw yellow, and dark, yellow, dry urine around the under rim. And probably a quarter inch speck of dried poop. I was not happy with it, but I didn’t realize it until the third day there. I actually went to one of my colleagues room up on the sixth floor in a really nice space. And her toilet paper dispenser was exactly like mine. I said to myself this is what they are passing off and are happy with. SMH! More attention to detail and better workmanship, and fellness needs to be addressed. Front desk staff were fantastic.

The hotel is well situated in the city. But it is very loud inside ( the elevator, the heating, air condition, it is not possible to open the window in the night because of the noise.) It was a little bit dirty under the bed. There is no lamp for reading outside the bed. The breakfast is not good enough for 4**** Eating is not sustainable, too much waste.

Ellers er rommene ganske dårlig lydisolerte, at jeg hørte både renhold tidlig på morningen og andres vekkerklokker i ny og ne.

Great hotel, I had a lovely stay here. Very clean and modern. Staff were great. Only bad thing was that the walls are very thin, we could hear people talk on outside the hotel and could hear people in the adjourning rooms. But overall, great hotel!

KViHotel was located in a good part of Budapest. There were lots of bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the Metro. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The windows however were not sound proof. We struggled to sleep on the Saturday night as we believe there was a bad located outside. The following nights were quieter. Disappointingly, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, which we believe is the bare minimum. The Bluetooth key system could be fiddly sometimes but worked okay overall.

I was really impressed with using my phone to open doors, turn on or off the a/c, even check out through a QR code. The hotel is close to many things and very walkable location. Matthias and the staff were very nice, and informative. They helped map out my self tour.

I was given a dirty blanket with a sticky residue and requested a new blanket using the desk phone and my personal phone. I was told since there was no staff on site that I would not be able to have a clean blanket until the next day. I had to sleep in a room with no blanket and I was hung up on the first time and when I called back I was given a supervisor’s number to see if the situation could be handled, but they did not answer the phone.

Great position ,walking distance to many sights and metro to Thermal Baths and Heroes Square.Good amenities but the best thing about this Hotel are the amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful ,especially Matyas and Liza who made our stay so enjoyable.Will definitely stay here again on return to Budapest.

Positiv: komplette Steuerung per App, kostenlose Locker für Koffer, kostenloses Wasser, zentral Negativ: Leider ging das öffnen der Zimmertür mit der App nicht. Would not recommend a stay here. The breakfast room was filthy and unfit for consumption, suffered from a fly infestation during my stay, coffee machine was out of order, chairs, tables and cutlery were all disgusting. Room was not in great condition, no nice view. Guy at the service counter swore at me when I raised issues, very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here.

Nice, well appointed room. Just off a major central road. The side street felt a little rough, but it was not far off the main street. My room was on the first floor directly above the entrance and a neighbouring bar so was a little noisy on my first night (Saturday), but was fine on the other nights. The app key was fine for the most part, but could be a little fiddly sometimes. The air conditioning also efficient and controllable through the app, even when out and about. I'm not sure the app added much to the experience over a regular key card/thermostat, though. Shower drained slowly, and the shower tray quite close to overflowing, despite being deep and large - although it didn't actually overflow, I was conscious of sloshing around in a couple of inches of water. Bed and pillows not the comfiest, though the bed was rather large! Overall a good value stay in a very central location. Trams/Metro all 8-10 mins walk away, though.

Das Zimmer war sicher mal ein schönes Zimmer und auch sehr sauber aber es gehört schon Mal wieder renoviert. Die Tür ins Badezimmer war stark verzogen und teilweise schwer zu schließen und zu öffnen und dass Wasser lief immer aus der Dusche weil die Dichtungen schon so abgenutzt waren. Im Badezimmer war aber schön viel Platz und auch das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten. Das Bett war extrem weich, bisschen zu weich aber manche mögen das sicher. Was aber wirklich schlecht war und vermutlich nicht lösbar ist ist die Tatsache ist dass man jedes Wort und jedes Husten aus den Nebenzimmern hört weil die Wände extrem dünn sind. Mein Highlight war als die Nachbarin gekotzt hat und ich dachte es wäre in unserem Badezimmer weil man alles so deutlich gehört hat.... Das Frühstück war sehr nett angerichtet und die Idee mit dem Plattengrill für Käsetaost ist nett. Die Tatsache dass man im Fensterlosen Keller sitzt könnte man mit ein bisschen Musik wett machen.

The hotel is well situated in the city. But it is very loud inside ( the elevator, the heating, air condition, it is not possible to open the window in the night because of the noise.) It was a little bit dirty under the bed. There is no lamp for reading outside the bed. The breakfast is not good enough for 4**** Eating is not sustainable, too much waste.

Very nice hotel. I liked that it was all smart and I could control everything from my phone. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had excellent amenities, even some I hadn’t experienced at other hotels before. For example, you could request a pillow in firm, medium, and soft. The hotel was in walking distance to everything. Perfectly situation in a zone with lots of food options and even a park where multiple locals frequent. It felt like I lived in town and was not a tourist, yet I was close to everything and transport was easily accessible. The room was clean, good size, and had everything you needed. Will stay here again next time I come to Budapest!
