Overall good but waited for 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in. Pool is more like a puddle and was cold, with only 2 chairs around it. Nice outdoor patio and breakfast.

Very comfortable beds! The breakfast area was laid out in a weird way but that was the only glitch I had. My son didn’t like how the pool was ice cold lol! It was good therapy for me back.

This property was clean and convenient to shopping and dining. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was adequate--not great, but adequate. However, one of the reasons we stayed at Fairfield was the pool, but the water was not heated and was too cold to swim in. That was a disappointment.

Wonderful fresh, modern layout and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated. One continuous open, high-ceiling space for check-in desk and breakfast area which included comfortable seating spaces and a see-thru lighted fireplace in the middle of it all which was a cozy spot to enjoy an early morning coffee. Carpeting throughout, including our room appeared new and fresh. Our room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom well lighted for early morning make/up routines. Lastly the parking lot was well lit and felt safe.

Everything was clean and the experience was great overall. My only complaint is that the pool was freezing, and that was the only thing my disabled daughter wanted to do the day before her surgery. So we were disappointed with that. The breakfast selection was pretty good as well.

From arrival of when I walked in to check in the warm and inviting hotel lobby with fireplace was very welcoming. The front desk personnel was exceptional and very friendly as well. Our king bed, bedding, and pillows were soft and a nice added touch to our stay as well. Complimentary breakfast in the morning included waffles too. It was a great stay for an overnight trip and I would definitely recommend to others.

Great location and patio had 2 gas grills and fire pit. Good for entertaining.

Front desk was quick and efficient. Lots of parking. Rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Shower was large, laid out well and had shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion available right in the shower.Only downsides were that the microwave was noisy and the toilets were low, but I didn’t reduce a star because of that because it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Great place for families with kids, we were at 4 properties previously and all had pool for the kids but the water was cold. This property had heated pool.

All around awesome. Can’t complain about anything except the pool temperature was cold, minor inconvenience. Staff great. Breakfast great. Clean. Great night sleep and great shower.

Customer service was amazing and fast, the check in only took a minute or two. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the sheets on the beds, other than that everything was lovely.

Hallway had a foul odor. A piece of the wall under the nightstand was missing, several wires exposed and hanging out. So glad we did not have small children with us.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The lobby was really nice. But the bed was super dirty. OK for one night after pulling cover off but wouldn’t care to stay longer and after telling front lobby staff, they perceived to tell us that there is nothing they can do for us because we booked through third.

Hotel was nice in a good location near a lot of shopping centers and food options. Hotel has free breakfast that was pretty good. The rooms were nice and clean however housekeeping did not once come during our 4 day stay, so as you can imagine our rooms became a bit crowded with things. Hotel staff was nice and the hotel is right after the highway so that was nice as well.

I like it when the inside and outside of the building is clean and neat. Bedroom and bathroom are also clean.

The shower door leaked. Tried and tried to not make a mess but with every shower the door leaked and water was everywhere. Speaking of doors, the bathroom door lock was broken. Ice machine was on the wall ofnour room and it felt like people were in or room every time somone would use it. Very thin walls apparently. You couldnhear every voice and every footstep

We had a great stay, we were able to check in early and that made all the difference in our stay. Staff was great and accommodating. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Would highly recommended.

Hotel was clean, modern etc. would’ve been a perfect stay however when we checked in they had us wait bc of an issue with the room. First it was because there weren’t double beds but then another staff member said it was bc the person before us in that room burned food in the microwave and it smelled so they had an ozone machine in the room. However once we got Into the room it was clear they had just sanitized or sprayed with deodorizer and that the room Had been smoked in. Not cool!!

The property was great. It was very quiet. The staff were awesome. Only problem was the Internet kept going in and out so we didn’t really have much TV time because it kept going in and out and also we couldn’t use the Wi-Fi but other than that it was a great day, I will stay there again

The original room had a funny smell when we walked in, the the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and assigned us another room with no problems. The new room was good, but your water pressure leaves much to be desired.

Everything is nice and clean. But the receptionist the check me in gave me and other people wrong time about when the breakfast end. He said breakfast stop at 09.30 but the real time it ended at 09.00. And so was late check out, he said at 13.00, but when we double check in the morning the same guy said the late check out would be at noon. If I didn’t verify again, they might charged me another 1 night.

Went to breakfast in lobby; the reason I stay at Marriott is due to pet allergies! Got off of the elevator and IN THE BREAKFAST AREA was a large Rottweiler dog. This was NOT a service dog! Informed the front desk of the same (Devan) and NOTHING was done - other than he said “the dog shouldn’t be here” to me. NO JOKE! Myself and both of my kids are allergic to dogs/cats. Your reply will determine whether I stay at a Marriott again! Dale Evans

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. We checked in early and were given a room right away.

Check in was pleasant and simple. However, we had requested a handicap accessible room knowing that the shower would have hands rails to prevent a fall. We were given a standard room. My wife tried the shower and was very concerned with how slippery the shower floor was. She called the front desk to see if they had an anti-slip, in-shower mat and was told no, but they offered to bring her a couple of cloth bath floor mats to place in the shower. Obviously, that would not have been a safe solution, so we just purchased one ourselves. Also, that evening, we noticed that one of the two clamp assemblies that holds the toilet seat in place was broken loose. After the first use, due to instability, the other assembly broke loose! As it was late, we just dealt with it. The next morning, as we were going out for the day, I stopped by the front desk to inform them and to have it fixed. The desk clerk was more concerned with why we didn't report it the previous evening and commenced to lecture us on the proper procedure to report the next time it happens! As if we would have to report something else. She promised that she would have it fixed. We returned later that evening and it was still broken. I called the front desk and the young man at the immediately came to the room, verified the issue and had it repaired. Lastly, we usually don't spend a lot of time in the room as we are visiting local family, but I will definitely do better research of what type chairs are in the room.

Amazing desk staff. They were so helpful and warm! The room was clean and the bed so comfy. The cleaning team does a great job. The breakfast lady was wonderful too and even though she was busy setting up the food, still had time to wish us good morning. Just can't say enough good things about our stay.

My stay was very nice. I needed to add an extra day to my trip which they were very accommodating. My issue is they were suppose to email my receipt but have not received anything.

The guy that checked us in was so kind and helpful. The first room I was given wasn’t cleaned. He quickly moved me to another room, and checked to make sure it was clean. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

Hotel is great as always. I’ve stayed multiple times. It’s close to the interstate so easy travel, food all around, Walmart down the road incase you forgot anything as well. It’s my go to when in the city when the price is righg

Quiet location set away from the freeways, clean room and modern facilities. Decent breakfast.

Hard to find and google was close but wasn’t quite right but we could see the property from where google took us. Google took us into an apartment complex. This is a hard find location but it was well worth it.

Clean, pleasant stay. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There were no issues with the room. Included breakfast is above average.

It met all of our needs. The only shortcoming was the breakfast. The half and half as well as the milk at the coffee bar was empty both days. 715 the first morning, 830 the second. No toast offered, only plain bagels and plain muffins. Tables were dirty. No one cleaning between guests.

Just passing through for the night. Room was clean, spacious and smelled wonderful. Front desk staff was courteous at checkin. Breakfast ended a little too early (9am). Most hotels go until at least 10. No working coffee maker in the room. Other than that, the stay was great for the night.

Wow! This hotel was awesome! Very clean and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Workers were right there to keep the area clean and to keep the stuffed filled. They had lots to choose from and the quality of food was great!!! Loved my stay here!!!!!

Great property. Checked in due to broken air conditioning at home! Very satisfied. The one thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. Watery eggs, grey sausage. Can’t hotels think of something better?

Rooms were ok but the breakfast was terrible waited a long time for eggs and sausage and then they were cold two out of the three toasters didn’t work was very disappointing

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was very happy with the huge walk in shower. We were a little disappointed with the free breakfast. The eggs were sitting in a lot of water, the sausage was not appealing, and there was no milk for the cereal. This was not a huge deal and will not stop us from returning.

Great staff, lots of smiles and courteous! The breakfast is truly excellent, different choices daily. Beds comfy! Great area walkable shopping and many restaurants!
