Great property with great staff. Our room was plenty big for the 5 of us and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and a full-size fridge. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the pool was great for our kids (age 4, 6, and 7).

Everything was clean, great condition, very friendly staff, room was very large and having the kitchenette was very helpful. The hot breakfast had many great options and the best part was the free shuttle anywhere within 3 miles! It was 24/7 which was extremely helpful and saved money for parking at events.

Over crowded. Pool closed at 8, which is one reason I booked at this hotel. Breakfast line was like a buffet line. My family had to eat at an alternative place due to the lines.

I did the digital check in, but still had to get a key from the front desk. The front desk person didn't give me a parking pass, so the following day my car almost got towed. Luckily, I walked up before the tow truck left and was able to go get the manager to help. This could have been a huge mess up!

This is actually the second time I’ve stayed at this property and both times I’ve really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the pool both times. I was there in the rooms are really big.

The breakfast options were great! Only thing we didn’t really care for was the bathroom door sliding, and not having a lock. The staff was super sweet! And the shuttle option was amazing!

They could not find out reservation when we got there. Stood at desk for half hour nothing. Had to go call the number and to try and talk to a person is nuts. With a screaming 2 year old took another half hour the get it straighten out. Then pool was closed. Not a good trip

Typical hotel stay on Louisville's hotel row between the University of Louisville and the Exposition Center. Room okay . . . a large suite with a great blackout blind. Fridge, dishwasher, dishes/glasses . . . nice in-room amenities. Above-average hotel breakfast. Pool was looking cloudy and a little brown, so we didn't swim. Nothing around the hotel perimeter that made us feel unsafe.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Heated pool. Extremely quiet (we didn’t realize how close the airport was until the next morning when the kids sat on the sidewalk counting the incoming flights and trying to touch them). Great breakfast offerings. Super spacious rooms. Freezer so we could take care of our diabetic care supplies and freezer packs (only hotel on our journey to have one — extremely thankful we had that opportunity when we did in the middle of our trip!). Our littles asked why we suddenly got to stay at a “fanciest” hotel (aka they were just as pleased as the adults).

Shower was not clean, dry contacts left on kitchen counter, no conditioner available.

The entire property needs a little TLC. Grout lines, dirty in the bathroom caulking needs to be redone new paint and rooms and in common areas. The franchisee was very, very kind. Not so much for his staff.

Staff friendly, clean room and spacious. Needed Conditioner in our shower and a noise machine to drown out UPS planes…

For the most part, my room was clean. The only issue was that there was a cleaning rag and a pillow case, with what appeared to be blood spots on it, sitting on the bathroom counter.

The hotel was clean and there was ample parking. The staff were smiling and helpful from the time we entered.

My bath faucet was coming off. The wallpaper was coming off the wall and one of the shades were broke. The room was in awful condition. Shame on you for even putting someone in it.

Loved this property. Our room was the double queen suite and it was more than spacious!

The room was large and had nice table for eating meals. It was very nice to have a refrigerator with a freezer. I’ll be choosing Home 2 Suites again!

Right next to airport. Very loud most of the night.

Almost everything was outstanding! The one thing that was bothersome was that even with the blinds all of the way down, the sun still came through and woke me up. It was directly in my face on my side of the bed. Other than that, everything else was excellent!

The property was well maintained. It showed a bit wear with the age but it was very clean so that wasn't a factor at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was kept well stocked. Coffee was really good as was the apple juice. Rooms were very comfortable and large.

When we arrived, we were not greeted and the check in person was on a personal cell phone call. We seemed like an inconvenience to her.

My family and I were traveling from Georgia to Indiana and decided to reserve a hotel midway on the drive to rest. We paid for the hotel in full through Expedia before we arrived to the hotel. By the time we made it to check in it was around 3am. We were all exhausted and just wanted to sleep. However, when I was checking in, the receptionist told me the balance was due. I explained that I had already paid through Expedia and she was mistaken. I showed her the receipt but despite seeing the proof she continued to argue with me stating that I could not check in without making a payment. She said that it could be refunded in the morning when her manager came in but I would have to pay in order to proceed. I refused. We were traveling on a budget and could not afford to pay twice. Not to mention that it was just not right to make me pay twice. She continued to argue with me for what felt like an eternity and of course there was no manager on site to speak to. Finally she ended up calling a manager that was at home and waking them up to walk her through the process of applying my expedia payment to our file so that the system would proceed with check in. This entire process took us about an hour. I had my cranky children in the car. It was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist was incredibly rude and was obviously not trained well enough to be left alone. If it wasn’t for this experience I’d likely leave a better review. The hotel was decent but the staff was not.

Miss Faith was extremely nice and helpful. Her smile and conversation was much need. She made my stay so comfortable and nice. Every job or hotel needs someone like faith to work for them. Faith you are a blessing

The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The room was clean however it did show some signs of age.

The woman that checked us in (fake green eyes) needs to fine a new job. Hospitality is not her strength.

We arrived really late night , Will was the staff on duty , very polite & professional . It was during the carshow parking lot was full but he took time to help us park .We got our keys , went to the room only to realize it only had one bed . Went down to talk to him about it , he apologized got another room immediately , apologized again , thanked me for being understanding . We got to the second room & realized we had forgotten something in the first room , went back to apologize to him got told no worries , another team member took me back to the first room to get our items . (Sorry didnt get her name) . They were nothing but kind n professional . The rooms were very clean n spacious . Highly recommend staying here if youre in the area .

Conveniently next to the exposition center , Kentucky kingdom and airport . Not a very vibrant area but overall great hotel stay

Property was close to the event that i was attending. Brand is one I frequent, so no surprises.

My son wanted me to rate 5 stars. He loved it! For us it was perfect and had zero issues with anything. I will definitely be staying again, very convenient for visiting my daughter at UofL.

Close to fair grounds

Close to the stadium. Can walk if needed. Bathroom could use some updates.

Enjoyed the location. Was shocked to find a larger refrigerator. Staff was awesome! Even though people warned about air traffic it wasnt as bad as expected. Would book again. Loved it!

the drive to churchill downs and the University of Louisville was less than 5 minutes. The hotels proximity to the airport and expo center made it the perfect location.

For a Hilton property, we expected a bit more. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was a bit outdated, but clean overall and spacious. The breakfast area was a bit dirty & they were out of a lot of items. Most of the hot food was pre-packaged & microwaved before being set out. It wasn’t necessarily bad overall, just not up to normal Hilton expectations.

The breakfast that they serve is the worst breakfast. Ever nothing is good. It’s absolutely horrible.

Solid stay for the Louisville basketball game. Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was nothing special but fine!

Amazing room! Perfect for my spouse and three kids. Breakfast at hotel offered bigger variety than other hotels with complimentary breakfast. Very impressed overall.

Breakfast was very disappointing. We prefer to stay at hotels with breakfast-easier with 4 littles. When we went down for breakfast at 8:45, there was barely any food left. We were told the food supplier was on strike. I’m sure management was aware of this and could’ve planned according. Our day was planned around eating breakfast, then going to the event we traveled to attend. We did not plan to have to stop for breakfast. It would’ve been better if we were told in advance, upon check-in.
