At check in we were informed of the happy hour complimentary food and beverages which I had not known of ahead of time and was a nice surprise. Parking was conveniently located next-door in a surface lot to the hotel, very easy access. Each person encountered was very nice and responsive. Luggage carts were available at the door right away and it was easy walking distance to our dinner reservation. would stay here again if we were in the area.

We really enjoyed our one night staying while passing through from the Midwest to Pigeon Forge. Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good and staff kept everything filled, workout room had everything I needed. Kids especially enjoyed the pool table and sitting by the fire on the courtyard. Parking ramp n cat door was easily accessible and only $10 for 24 hours.

Family friendly and room was spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room and welcome area. Breakfast was great and the social hour was a wonderful added bonus. Hotel was in walking distance to local restaurants and downtown establishments. We took advantage of the parking ramp near the hotel.

We selected this hotel for convenience to Louisville Slugger and because we wanted a pool for the kids to swim in. Unfortunately...the Pool was out of order with no signage stating if it was temporary or what time it would be available. Disappointing. We stayed in the Asheville Hilton 2 days before and their pool was also closed.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the Wednesday evening reception. Pool was a little small but it was fine for the kids. Restaurants in walking distance. Hotel had a parking lot and there were plenty other parking options.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good for being free. PS: they have a welcome concierge on Wednesdays, served cheese, nuts/pretzels, beer, wine, soup. Pool table and computers in the in the lobby free to use, pool that was stated as heated (was pretty cool), workout gym which was nice but had no heat in the room (8 degrees outside so it was cold.

Great quiet property! The parking is in a garage that is about 100 ft away from the lobby but compared to most downtown hotel parking it was very convenient. The pool was extremely small and cold but the workout room was nice with modern equipment. The breakfast buffet was better than most and the dining areas was very nice!

Went for leisure trip with husband. Here's my summary: Front desk- friendly, efficient personnel Lobby- Clean, smelled nice, and inviting Room- Overall room & bed were comfortable. I had to take off points on my rating for the following: 1) Only 1 large glass in cabinet for drinks; the rest were very small cocktail glasses 2) Chair seating provided for dining table in room had multiple stains 3) Sheets on bed were very wrinkled, although clean. I thought the sheets had not been changed since they were so wrinkled up, but they smelled clean. 4) Sofa had hair particles left from prior guest. Parking garage- Ok, but wish there was an attachment to hotel. Didn't feel safe at night because no attendant was on duty & no monitoring. Location- good location near most entertainment and restaurants Breakfast- Standard, run of the mill hotel breakfast food, nothing special. The first day the apple juice tasted like pure water, and the coffee was lukewarm, not hot. The next day, I guess they mixed the proper proportions of the concentrated apple liquid, so it was much improved.

Mattress pad or sheet was soiled with mucus or some type of dead insect on side of bed. I just happened to lift sheet up checking for bed bugs and cleanliness. I got a Kleenex and wiped it away - I was tired, obviously room service missed it. The free breakfast was excellent. Otherwise suite was very good with stove micro wave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and flatware and glassware. Lots of space about 775sq ft, couch table and cable.

Very nice and very clean hotel located downtown Louisville KY. Our room was a small sweet with an apartment size refrigerator and ice marker and a table top stove, sink and dishwasher. Room #415. That was unexpected, very nice though. There was also a small sofa and walkin shower. Very nice and clean. Breakfast was served till 9:30am and had lots of choices and hot food. The coffee was terrible and gave my husband upset stomach, so I didn't try it. There also was a pool table in the lobby area, nice. The one thing that was unexpected was we had to pay for parking, $30, there was no hotel parking. That was over price for only 11hrs, overnight stay. Very nice staff too. One other thing is that the front desk charged a $30 open tab incase you wanted the snacks located in the lobby and the night staff forgot to mention that. I only noticed it because my bill was $30 more then Hotel app billed.

Was the best stay at a hotel I have ever had, walls were nice and thick, never heard a peep from neighboring rooms, and with being right next to the elevator we never heard it. Staff was very welcoming and apt to our requests or calls to the service desk.

The rooms here are great. A really nice hotel, especially for longer stays. We had two main complaints: The bed seemed like maybe it was older and needed to be replaced. It was hard and we had trouble sleeping every night from it. The second is the parking situation. It's inconvenient to walk to the parking garage next door and have to constantly go up and down, back and forth to and from your car. But otherwise, everyone was very friendly and helpful, very nice place to stay.

Well, I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a king room with a pullout couch. It was okay, but not what I thought I booked. Air conditioner was not working properly, when I tried to adjust the temp, it kept giving me an error message. But room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was very good.

The property is very nice and walkable to numerous attractions. The room we stayed in was facing the street and very noisy. In addition, housekeeping comes every other day, so if you arrive on Friday and leaving Sunday, you’re out of luck. The room was very spacious and comfortable, especially with a ceiling fan. The beds were sooo firm and not very comfortable for me, as I like a soft mattress. The night auditor and afternoon hotel staff person were pleasant and always there to help.

Limited parking that was also expensive! Also had trouble at check in finding a reservation I had made for an extra guest. Finally figured It out the next day but Meantime the lady at the hotel desk had me book another room! Luckily Antwone was able to fix it for Me the next evening!

other than the gentleman that checked me in, no one on staff smiled or made eye contact the 4 days I was there. Also had the tag on my door to not clean the room while I was there and it was cleaned anyway. Would not have left certain things in my room if I knew that was going to happen.

Modern and comfortable suite, the common areas for dining and lobby, etc. were all nice. Great hot breakfast buffet. Aretha was at the front desk when I checked out, extremely kind and helpful and pleasant, A+ for customer service.

we had a great experience here, the front desk staff was really friendly! The room was great, it was clean, comfortable, and roomy for 4 people. the location was perfect, we were a 5 minute walk from the louisville slugger museum and about 10 minutes from the belle of louisville. anything far driving was easy or we used the scooters to get around as well. overall we had a really great experience here and i would recommend this hotel!

Hotel was in excellent location to visit Whiskey Row (walk to distilleries within minutes) and events held at the Yum Center. Parking garage next to hotel allowing in and out privileges'. Hotel very clean and breakfast included which is always a plus. No complaints and would stay there again.

They ran out of breakfast. You think they’d have enough food to feed the hotel if they offer it, but they ran out and we went without that day due to a tight schedule. Not ideal. But everything else and all the staff were lovely

Nice rooms. Double queen suite was exactly what was needed. Staff were very professional and helpful. We had to figure out parking on our own but not that big of a deal. $27 to self pay overnight. Breakfast was awful. Warm milk with cereal? Really no excuse.
