チェックイン前の荷物預かりがスムーズで、チェックイン時には部屋に入れておいてくれたりとサービスがよい。 15時からはラウンジで飲食でき、ワインも置いてあった。部屋に入ったら冷蔵庫が掃除しかけの状態だったのか、タオルが入ったまま空いていたのでそこだけマイナス。

Minor nitpick: 4 washing machines for the whole building is not sufficient. There is however a laundromat nearby. It would also be helpful if the hotel had luggage forwarding services. The nearest Family Mart only supported small packages and not luggages. You will have to go to the slightly further 7-11 for that instead.

There are only 4 washing machine for the whole building (about 100 guest room). Each machine takes about 2 hours for was and dry. Recommended to add more washing machine.

Close to metro and some dining and cafe options nearby. Laundry facilities were convenient but clothes came out smelling fousty. Standard plastic bathroom which had a nasty smell from drains. Construction happening in the building opposite which was disruptive in mornings, some noise from drag racers on the nearby main road also.

I like how convenient the hotel is to the station and overall it is a quiet and nice area. But the bigger problem is the room that we were given. We booked the Premium Room which is located at the highest floor of the hotel and the first room they showed us, we noticed how dusty the air vent was as there were dusts build up over time. The bathroom was the biggest concern as we saw several spots of black mold and red dye stain on the curtain. We raised our concern about this and wanted the curtain to be removed but the front desk said it wasn't possible to do at the time and switched us to a new room. The new room was a little bit better but still have the same problem: the dusty air vent and a couple of black mold on the curtain in the bathroom. The curtain in the bathroom was used to cover the window that showed outside of the hotel but I think it would be better for them to frost or blur the window instead as black mold our appear on fabric in humid environment.

The rooms are very small, location is near convenient stores and restaurants, not so clean the shower had black mold, rooms not so clean, it’s ok for a one or two night stay. Staff was nice. I don’t think we would be back.

La habitacion estaba lleba de polvo, piso sucio, realmente volaba el polvo cuando se subia una cortina . Las sabanas no tenian buen olor realmente no recomendaria este hotel. La ubicación era buena lejos de la zona tan turística y llena de gente de Dotombori. El lobby estaba bien pero las habitaciones realmente le falto mucha limpieza.

We booked a family room for 4 people and it was very small. We needed to pack up 2 beds to walk in the room during the day. This would have been ok if the price reflected this size, however it was very expensive for the facilities. However the staff were nice and accommodating, so no complaints there.

Everything was great. The only thing to be aware is that the thermostat's settings is resetting the temperature you set for your room, after 30 minutes to the default 21 Celsius. But if you go deep into the settings you can change the default temperature the thermostat reset to after 30 minutes, to your chosen temperature. Before I left, I set it back to 21 degrees Celsius.

The room was very small. Booked for 4 twins, but it turned out that there were only 2 twin beds and 2 extra mattresses on the floor. Once the 2 mattresses are on the floor, there was no more room to walk around. Pictures on the booking were way nicer then it is in reality. Website should put pictures for more standard rooms so people can see how it is in reality. There were no bottles of water in the room. There were tea bags but no water so we could not drink any tea in the room. Location was good, closed to train station, that was the positive point of the stay in that hotel.

We stayed one night here. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Dotonbori. The next day when we checked out, the hotel kindly held our bags while we explored the area. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Una muy mala experiencia con un personal no enfocado en el servicio. Durante la estadia se nos nego el rellenar nuestros termos con agua y en varias ocasiones a nuestras solicitudes nos dijeron que no sin razón alguna. La ubicacion esta bien pero el hecho de nunca ayudar a los huespedes deja mucho que desear mas en un país como Japon que se enfocan en el servicio. No recomiendo este hotel para extranjeros que esten acostumbrados a recibir un buen servicio. A very bad experience with staff not focused on service. During our stay we were denied refilling our thermoses with water and on several occasions we were told no to our requests for no reason. The location is fine but the fact that they never help the guests leaves a lot to be desired in a country like Japan that focuses on service. I do not recommend this hotel for foreigners who are used to receiving good service.

If minus 1 was an option that would be it. This hotel is not family friendly. They were very rude at front desk. Demanded we pay for things we didn’t need to. We left after one night it was that awful. It was dirty and the worst experience we have had in Japan.!

実際宿泊してみて、駅近で心斎橋や難波まで2駅で食事しに行くのも便利、目的の大阪万博までも20分程で乗り換え無しで行けたり、ホテルの近くにも飲食店も多く、とても便利でした。ホテルのスタッフの方々も親切で感じが良く、そして、ちょっと休憩するのにドリンクなどが飲めてゆっくり出来るラウンジもあり、とても助かりました。このホテルにして正解でした。

Very near to Honmachi station which also is 2-3 stops away from Namba, Umeda, Shinsaibashi. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You may get free drinks and water from the lounge. Will definitely stay again if visiting Osaka.

일단 위치가 여행하기에 좋았으며, 시설이 깔끔하고 아침식사도 훌륭했습니다. 스태프들도 친절했구요. 특히나 호텔 바로 옆에 있는 식당이 너무 좋아서 여행하는 이틀 내내 방문했습니다. 다음에도 오사카에 가게 되면 이 숙소에 머무를 생각입니다.

Our family had a great time staying at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is super convenient close to the station, convenience stores, and lots of places to eat. It only takes about 5 minutes by DiDi or Uber to get to Dotonbori from the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We truly had a memorable stay and would definitely consider coming back if we visit Osaka again. Thank you for the great service—Japan left such a strong impression on us. 万博会場から電車一本で行けるので便利です。値段も他の万博会場に近いホテルよりは安いと思います。預けていた荷物をチェックイン時にすでに部屋に入れてくれていたのも助かりました。ホテルのスタッフの方に、万博グッズ関連の質問をした時も丁寧に対応してくださりました。朝食の関西だしのうどんやたまごサンドもおいしかったです。ただ、おかずが少ない印象だったので、どうしても炭水化物が多くなってしまうのが気になりました。もっと品数が多くなればいいなと思います。飲み物もサーバーのものなので、特別感はなく、他の方のコメントのように、オレンジジュースぐらいは新鮮なジュースを飲みたいというのは同意見だと思いました。牛乳は専用の容器に入っていましたが、異常に薄い味がして、なんでこんなに薄いのかなと思いました。ただ、朝食が気になるなら、近辺にコンビニやコメダ珈琲などがあるので、そちらで済ませてもいいし、立地的には申し分なくいいホテルなので、また万博に行く際に利用したいホテルだと思いました。

2泊お世話になりました! 駅からも比較的近くで、土地勘があれば、もっと早くつけたと思います。部屋もある程度の広さがあり、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。若干、荷物の置き場があるとよかったと思います。朝食付きを利用させていぢきました。内容も満足できました。妻がオムレツが美味しかったというので、翌朝いただこうと思いましたが、別の卵料理でした。メニューにも工夫していると感じました。夕食は、近くの洋風の店とサル食堂を利用しました。どちらも良かったと思います。お世話になりました。ありがとうございました!
