We booked our room for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids- kind suite with sofa bed) we had no blankets, pillows or even towels for 4 people. When we asked we were told sorry they are sold out so they don’t have anymore. We complained again as we had no bedding or pillows for my kids’s bed and finally after 2 phone calls to the front desk and one in person visit down there we got 1 blanket and 1 pillow@11pm…. 2 hours after we originally asked for it. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for pillows and blankets when you pay $350 for one night at a hotel. Super disappointing and not ok!

Our stay at this Holiday Inn we booked for a room for 4 people and we booked a king bed and pull out bed. When we arrived we only had 2 towels and absolutely no bedding or sheets for our pull out bed for our kids to sleep on. We called front desk and they told us they didn’t have any extra towels for us and could only provide us with one pillow and no blankets as they didn’t have any left. I explained this was absolutely not ok and not going to work at all as we have 4 people in our room which is how we booked and the fact that they are sold out is not my problem. So she told me they would try and get us one more towel but could only give us 1 pillow and 1 blanket for my kids to share. Room rates were extremely high and we paid over $350 for a room for one night and cannot even get blankets, towels and pillows. Totally unacceptable!
