ウエルカムドリンクや夜鳴きそば、風呂上がりのアイス等、サービスが充実していたので良かった。お盆シーズンのためある程度の混むのは仕方ないが、夜鳴きそばの時間帯は混雑のピークでエレベーターがなかなか来なかった。

大浴場と夜鳴きそばと風呂上がりサービスはこちらのホテルを利用する1番の醍醐味です。コインランドリーも数多くあり、甲子園観戦で利用しましたが、待ち時間なしですんなり利用できました。汗だくの衣服もきれいに持ち帰ることができました。

万博で歩き疲れた体を癒すのに最高だった。大浴場は広々としてて、清潔。露天風呂もサウナ、水風呂もある。風呂上がりのアイス無料、夜鳴きそばも無料ホントありがたい、美味しくいただきました。頭を冷やすアイスノン、朝食後のピルクル（乳飲料）まであったのは驚きでした。 3人利用だったが、シングルベッド2つ以外に、床が畳になっている為、布団を一つ敷いて寝る珍しいタイプの部屋で、畳も綺麗でお部屋も清潔でした。朝食も美味しかった。種類もたくさん、ステーキまであった。うどん、お好み焼きがあったのは大阪感が味わえて嬉しい。敢えて言うなら串揚げがあれば（私の好みだけど）。ロビーも食事会場のスタッフも親切丁寧な対応で良かったです。

サービスは良いと思います。駐車場も完備してますが近隣の駐車場よりもちょっと高いかも知れません。アメニティは必要最低限ある程度。温泉がメインなので部屋はシャワーが付いてますが狭いですね。隣が消防署なので少しサイレンが騒がしい時があります。清掃は普通。窓枠や共有エリアにホコリがある。部屋の椅子を移動したらゴミが落ちていた。短い時間内で各部屋を清掃しなければいけないので大変とはおもいますが・・・温泉は広過ぎず狭過ぎず湯加減も丁度良い。男湯は隣接するビルから中が見えそうですが。朝食は少し割高感はあるが品数は豊富。ちなみに前にはイオンスーパー、コンビニも近くにあるので立地はかなり良い。小さな子供には公園も近くにあるので遊ばせることが出来ます。

大致很優秀，雪條、益力多、拉麵、溫泉、Pola 產品、員工服務、每日清潔（我訂了有清潔服務的房間）、有行李磅可用、咖啡、提供毛巾服務，用了可再拿、拉麵味道不錯、附近很多小餐廳多選擇、乘坐谷町線中央線堺筋線都可以、免費洗衣、每日一樽水、迎賓蘋果果凍etc 改善：溫泉梳妝台地上太多頭髮，未有勤清理；有些非日本人員工體味太濃，一同乘電梯很難受，人離開了那味還在；房間內的洗手間沒有垃圾桶，很不方便；衣籃只有一個，不夠用（2人）；床褥有點軟；吸煙房抽風不足，有人吸煙就會令全個走廊有煙味，拿冰塊時被迫吸二手煙！房間的感應燈很煩，想它亮就關了，又要動一動才再亮，唉！

The room is quite dusty. The wall has coffee stains . I have been feeling super itchy for my two night stays. I can understand as the cleaners these days seems are from overseas and their cleanliness standard are not up to par. Hope the management will emphasis on the cleaning procedures and train the cleaner to meet to the standard . However the front desk Ms Thanit, she was super helpful! Really appreciate her assistance. So I will stay come back to stay this hotel.

宿泊した部屋はキレイで過ごしやすかったです。ベッドとデスクの間が狭くてもう少し広かったら良いなと思いました。部屋に入ってすぐにある洗面所が自動照明で歯を磨いてる間に何度も電気が消えました。翌朝洗面所に照明スイッチがある事に気がついてからはストレスがなくなりました。チェックインの入力がもう少し簡単だと嬉しいです。

Our room was on the first floor, facing another building which made the room very dark. That's a bit unfortunate but of course not a real downside, upper floors are probably better. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the free ice cream. Connectivity was also good with the subway nearby. The hotel is next to a fire station but we didn't hear anything.

部屋のベッドが大きくて、枕の硬さがちょうど良くぐっすり眠れました。大浴場も朝まで開いているので、夜遅い時間でも入れる事が良かったです。朝は人が少なくゆっくり入れました。朝食も種類が豊富で特にステーキが柔らかくて美味しかったです。残念な点は1つ、4階の部屋だったのですが、通路がずっと煙草の臭いがしていたのが気になりました。

駅から10分も歩かずに着くのでいい場所だと思う。 Wi-Fiは少し不安定でした。外国の団体客がいて、風呂場がカオス。浴槽内でタオル絞る、スマホ持ち込みなど。エレベーターが3つあるけど、時間によっては待ちます。外の騒音は気になりませんでした。多分部屋の位置のおかげだと思う。サウナと水風呂はよかったです。

娘が熱中症の症状で、チェックインの時間より、２時間ぐらい前にホテルに行き、その旨話をしたら、部屋の準備が出来てるという事で、早めにチェックインをさせてくれました。おかげで、ベットで休むことができ、快復しました。ありがとうございました。

Complicada, activaron la alarma a las 2:00 am nos levantaron con alarmas por incendio y nunca nos dijeron que pasó. Cuando tratamos de evacuar tocó salir por el ascensor que olía a quemado por que las escaleras estaban cerradas con llave.

夜なきそばが無料でいただけて、非常に美味しかったです。チェックイン時に予約の名前がないと言われて、確認までに大分時間がかかったのが非常に残念でした。ローマ字表記で予約名が入っていて気付かなかったと言われましたが、そういう事はスタッフが気を利かせてきちんと確認してほしいです。

Our room was on the first floor, facing another building which made the room very dark. That's a bit unfortunate but of course not a real downside, upper floors are probably better. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the free ice cream. Connectivity was also good with the subway nearby. The hotel is next to a fire station but we didn't hear anything.
