We stayed in the top suite for one night in January, and it was outstanding. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace, the indoor bathtub and spa shower, the private outdoor hot tub, and private outdoor sauna. We loved the outdoor infinity pool, which was lit up like the northern lights at night. Start for wonderful. On site parking for free. This was a fantastic stay.

This Hotel is absolutely remarkable. We can’t wait to go back! Where do you start with describing this gem. Spa like setting for everything. Food is excellent and free Breakfast included - which is phenomenal. Free parking underground and everything is in Walking distance. Wonderful hotel

Sehr schönes modernes Wellness-Hotel am Kurpark von Garmisch-Partenkirchen gelegen. Hervorragende Küche, komfortabler Sauna Bereich. Auch ein Pool ist vorhanden. Das Restaurant hat einen tollen Außenbereich direkt am Bach mit tollem Ambiente. Das Personal war bis auf eine Person an der Rezeption sehr aufmerksam, hilfreich und freundlich. Das Konzept „Frühstück/Mittagessen inklusive“ ist für ein Wellness-Hotel etwas ungewöhnlich. Abends kann man aber à la carte bestellen und sehr gut speisen. Das Restaurant erhielt 2024 eine Michelin-Auszeichnung. Zudem bieten sich durch die Lage im Ort zahlreiche Alternativen zur Abwechslung. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist gegeben, wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe auf dem Balkon möchte sollte allerdings ein Zimmer Richtung Kurpark und nicht zur Straßenseite buchen. Had the best time here using the Spa amenities and relaxing after hiking Lake Ebisee and summiting Zugspitze. Great location next to a beautiful park and crystal clear mountain stream. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future. 10/10

Das Hotel und alles, was es bietet, ist schon top. Mit Sicherheit eine der besten Adressen im Zentrum von Garmisch. Einziges Manko, auch wenn es von der Hotelleitung dem Konzept her wahrscheinlich entspricht, ist der fehlende vernünftig ausgestattete Fitnessraum. Nicht jeder hat Lust aus dem Hotel raus joggen zu gehen oder ein benachbartes Fitnessstudio aufzusuchen. In solch einem Hotel gehört einfach so ein Raum dazu. Nur aus diesem Grund gab es ein paar Abzüge.

This was the most amazing property. Tremendous spa. Gorgeous garden. Beautiful rooms. Tremendously good food. (Order the pork schnitzel!) Very helpful staff. If you enjoy cocktails seek out Shiva. He is a master non pareil.

Overall, the design of the hotel is amazing, a modern Bavarian chalet aesthetic. The breakfast was amazing, beyond our expectations. We loved the spa and heated pool on top. The staff couldn't be nicer. Convenient parking underground.

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

On top of that, the mini bar and coffee bar were never adjusted for the third person, even though we were charged an extra $750 for 3rd person. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

This is such a special hotel, designed thoughtfully and maintained very well. The spa is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains, great amenities and a huge menu of services. The breakfast buffet was better than the 5 star hotel where we stayed in Munich. Our room was very quiet and had a beautiful view, despite being on the ground floor. We had originally wanted to stay at other wellness hotels that are much more isolated (not walkable to restaurants etc), and I'm so happy we ended up here instead. We walked to dinner each night, and walked to a hike during the day as well. While you probably need a car to get there, you could certainly take the train as well, and my feeling is that you do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want to drive to ski areas that are too far to walk. One recommendation, is to leave a pair of slippers for guests in the room vs. only in the spa. Another recommendation, they should allow the full menu or a modified mini-menu across the entire bar/lounge area. We had some drinks in the lounge but were unable to order a snack with them, which I found very strange. That said, all around, this was a perfect stay, and we hope to be back again!

On est loin des standards d’un 5 étoile, pas de services de nuit, 2 petites serviettes de bain, pas de gel douche ni shampoing, juste 2 petites savonnettes ridicules !! On était censé avoir un déjeuner compris dans le prix, mais en fait, ce n’est valable qu’au moment du Check in et pas du Check out, du coup nous avons dù payer notre déjeuner.

Everything was excellent apart from 1 thing. No air conditioning when it was 32 degrees in the day and 22 at night. Air conditioning is only turned on in the winter for heating rooms. Bit hard to justify no air conditioning when you are paying over Eur400 a night

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

Here’s a draft for your review: Disappointed with the Experience Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The TV in the room didn’t work the entire time, and when we mentioned it, we were told it’s “better to play games anyway.” That’s not the solution we were looking for. We paid for 3 people in the room but had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel—3 out of the 4 days. On top of that, the mini bar and coffee bar were never adjusted for the third person, even though we were charged an extra $750 for 3rd person. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. My only issue throughout our stay was that all of the soaps and lotions at the hotel had some type of nut ingredient in them. My partner has a severe nut allergy and felt quite uncomfortable after finding out soaps and lotions were made from nuts. This is something that we feel should be advertised online because we likely would not have stayed at this hotel if we know this information. We felt as though the hotel staff were not understanding the seriousness of the issue, as it is a severe allergy. However, the breakfast had some safe options for those with nut allergies that the chef kindly went through with my partner.

This was the most amazing property. Tremendous spa. Gorgeous garden. Beautiful rooms. Tremendously good food. (Order the pork schnitzel!) Very helpful staff. If you enjoy cocktails seek out Shiva. He is a master non pareil.

This is such a special hotel, designed thoughtfully and maintained very well. The spa is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains, great amenities and a huge menu of services. The breakfast buffet was better than the 5 star hotel where we stayed in Munich. Our room was very quiet and had a beautiful view, despite being on the ground floor. We had originally wanted to stay at other wellness hotels that are much more isolated (not walkable to restaurants etc), and I'm so happy we ended up here instead. We walked to dinner each night, and walked to a hike during the day as well. While you probably need a car to get there, you could certainly take the train as well, and my feeling is that you do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want to drive to ski areas that are too far to walk. One recommendation, is to leave a pair of slippers for guests in the room vs. only in the spa. Another recommendation, they should allow the full menu or a modified mini-menu across the entire bar/lounge area. We had some drinks in the lounge but were unable to order a snack with them, which I found very strange. That said, all around, this was a perfect stay, and we hope to be back again!

Had the best time here using the Spa amenities and relaxing after hiking Lake Ebisee and summiting Zugspitze. Great location next to a beautiful park and crystal clear mountain stream. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future. 10/10

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. I found this hotel on Expedia at the last minute due to our one night stay at another hotel nearby which was sub-standard. This hotel was a life saver and my wife loved it. She also spent an afternoon in the spa with a massage. The food was very good and the bar tenders were great!

Overall, the design of the hotel is amazing, a modern Bavarian chalet aesthetic. The breakfast was amazing, beyond our expectations. We loved the spa and heated pool on top. The staff couldn't be nicer. Convenient parking underground.

Accueil chaleureux, cadeau à l’arrivée et au départ. Déjeuner et lunch inclus avec la chambre et c’est délicieux. Avons 2 fois dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était excellent ainsi que le service. Très bien situé également.

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

We travel a lot and this hotel is one of the best! Beautifully designed and with excellent amenities, great staff, food, rooftop pool with amazing views of the mountains - highly recommend.

Excellent location with unique and interesting design and architecture. The restaurant provided an excellent breadth of food selections and healthy options. Staff was excellent at keeping food available and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation would be to upgrade room towels as ours were rather worn and not of good quality.
