The service is great. Pick up from airport. The area is secure and safe. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is really bad 3/10. Even though it is free it tastes terrible. They dont give you enough towels only two. You have to call and ask and give them your first used two. The spa is closed. They dont give you bodywash. Just shampoo and conditioner. Only one bottle. The area however is packed with food and the Mall beside it is very very bad. Probably the worst mall in the Phillipines.

Frokost var ok og AC. Personalet var vennlig og serviceinnstilte. Ellers var rommet god str, men mørkt og utdatert. Badet var forferdelig,hele gulvet var vått i 12 timer etter en dusj, og muggsopp i hjørnet. Området rundt har en rekke restauranter og shopping muligheter. Ellers masse trafikk og bærer preg av fattigdom. Velger ikke dette hotellet igjen. Var der 2 netter før ferden gikk videre. Ikke er sted man drar på ferie.

En entrant dans la chambre et insérant ma carte pour avoir l'électricité, les lumières ont allumées et catastrophe, vite j'ai vue au minimum une trentaine de coquerelles partout, plancher et murs! J'en ai écrasées quelques unes et prit des photos et vidéos pour le montrer aux personnels. En plus, la chambre de bain avait beaucoup de moisissures. Ils m'ont offert de changer de chambre, mais tant qu'à moi, s'il y en avait autant dans ma chambre, c'est que l'hôtel est infesté. Les coquerelles ne se limite pas à un endroit, elles se multiplient et se promènent partout. J'ai été là 15 minutes, avec Expedia ont a essayé d'avoir un remboursement, c'était 1 nuit seulement, non impossible car le gérant était absent! N'allez pas là, j'ai trouvé 10x mieux, sans insectes ou moisissures au même prix plus ou moins dans le même secteur. Sans compter, qu'à mon arrivée l'accueil était froid. Aucun aide pour mes bagages. A éviter, ils n'ont aucun respect pour leur clientèle.

Frokost var ok, jeg liker den mer kontinental. Personalet var serviceinnstilt. Rommet trenger virkelig oppgradering og badet var i dårlig tilstand. Vått på omtrent hele gulvet i 12 timer etter en dusj. Området var mye trafikk, men hørte ikke så mye til det på rommet. Restauranter og butikker i nærheten. Bodde der 2 netter. Skulle jeg bodd lenger i området så ville jeg helt klart funnet et annet bosted. Stort pluss og bli hentet eller kjørt til flyplassen.

We stayed here one night to be close to the airport. The room was well appointed, and quiet as it is off the main road. The restaurant was good and convenient. Staff was good and very responsive. But when the lights go out in the room it was unfortunate that the baby roaches came out, starting in the bathroom and spreading out from there. Once the lights are on they tented to hide back in their respective hiding locations, drains, behind molding etc. Bed was comfortable.

Issues with air conditioning and internet. Air conditioning Units looks new but it was not functioning well. Staff were kind and accommodating by moving us to a different room. Internet worked well on the second room but air conditioning is just a slight improvement. I am not sure what’s wrong with the units. Maybe needs cleaning? Not sure.

We liked this place because of the staff who was kind and helpful. The hotel was quite calm as not next to road. The breakfast was ok. What can be improved : - Having a shower curtain not to flood the whole bathroom - A TV with accessible foreigner programs (ie. Movies and news), everything appeared as chargeable. - A working safe…! However, we may come back.

Unfortunately the amenities were not great, my driver that picked me up at the airport was very ki d and accommodating, however the front office staff upon check in was not very welcoming. The restaurant in the lobby does not serve very good food, which is very expensive on top of that, I paid almost php for 2 small bottles of water which is unheard of. Overall my experience was fair, however there is much room for improvement.

The front desk service was excellent. I didn’t have to wait for anything. Everyday I received lots of smiles and greetings from the front desk girls and boys. The hotel has a security guard standing at the front door at all times and opening the door to come in. The breakfast was ok with small plate of food. Outside the property the area is not safe for walking due to lots of traffic and the street is not designed for pedestrians. Lots of small cafes, pizzas and a supermarket right next to the hotel. Lastly, keep your cash to yourself and not inside the safety box.

The staff here is fantastic. Pro tip. They will give you only one key. Leave it in the slot when you go out. When you come back, ask them to meet you at your room to open the door, otherwise the AC will be off the entire time you are gone. Jason is fantastic. He knows great places to go, vidit, eat, etc.

The front desk never answered my phone calls. Their excuse is that it’s PLDT’s fault the telephone company. I’ve requested via email regarding shuttle never received an answers. The hotel conditions is pretty good plus breakfast. But definitely need to change the toll free number and ADD WhatsUp since ko he ever answers the telephone calls.

Although, I believe our room needed improvement as far as air conditioning, more channels, coffee should automatically be given, coffee cups should be there already when the room has been cleared from any mess, it made up for awesome room service. The staff went above and beyond their means to give you an awesome experience with Appleton. My recommendation is to upgrade their rooms, which means the cost may go up per room. That is all. Thanks Appleton for the wonderful service.

Great find after finding ourselves stranded in Cebu. Close to Airport and major shops. Friendly staff and overall room was excellent, clean and King sized bed made for a beautiful night's sleep. Complimentary breakfast, while advertised as banquet, pleasingly surprised It was choice from international breakfast menu. Ofc I went the Aussie complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, button mushrooms and baked beans served with toast. A complimentary iced tea (could be coffee or juice) was the perfect start to the morning after a nights rest
