Numad Studios

We loved staying at Numad Studios for the week. The room was very comfortable, the bed too and an amazing shower with great pressure and lots of hot water. It was ideal to park the car outside the hotel on the street for free while taking the local 28 bus into St Sebastian 1.85 each way and no parking issues. The staff were very helpful and friendly in Spanish and English. We totally recommend staying here and we would again.

Numad apartments and Irima Hotel are set on the hillside about 15 minutes out of San Sebastian. Its a modern hotel surrounded by tall trees and pathways that you can stroll around. Our first room was the standard self catering studio. It was all clean and nice, but we asked if we could pay more and upgrade to one of the few larger apartments which have a terrace. We were moved to room 248 and I would definitely recommend this if your budget allows. The hotel staff obligingly moved all our luggage for us whilst we were out in San Sebastian for the day. There is a fantastic, very regular bus service, (about every 10 minutes), number 28 which goes from the roundabout right next to the hotel, and takes you right down to the edge of old town. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the ambience was chilled. There is a nice cafe and bar. Breakfast was very reasonable, although you have everything in the apartment if you want to do your own thing. The hotel also has a pool and spa, which may be included if you are staying in the hotel, not sure, but to us apartment dwellers they were charging 30 euros pp for 1 and a half hours. We thought that was abit steep, so didn't try it. Also there is an outdoor pool, which looks lovely but it doesn't open until mid June. I don't know if that is an extra cost. All in all, a great spot, and a very comfortable stay away from the hubbub of the city.

Standing d’un très bon qualité prix. Les studios sont annexés à l’hôtel Amara dont on peut profiter du restaurant Mitsura sur réservation, d’un spa et d’u e piscine sur le toit. Nous n’avons pas profite du spa ni de la,pisicine mais le restaurant est top et le personnel egalement. Compter 10 a 15’ pour rejoindre san sebastian dont comme souvent en Espagne le stationnement est compliqué et payant.

Stadtzentrum per Bus bequem in 20 min erreichbar. Parkplatz mit etwas Glück an der Strasse verfügbar. Rezeption nur am Nachmittag besetzt, ansonsten im Hotel nebenan.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e siamo stati benissimo. All’arrivo ci ha accolti alla reception Maria, persona squisita, gentilissima e professionale. Grazie a Lei e i suoi consigli, abbiamo girato la città apprezzando molto le sue preziose indicazioni. La struttura è molto moderna e curata, la camera fresca e funzionale. La colazione a buffet è molto varia, dolce e salata e di ottima qualità. La zona è molto tranquilla, servita benissimo dai mezzi di trasporto per il centro e per la moto si trova facilmente parcheggio a fianco della struttura. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Me gustó mucho el alrededor lleno de vegetación y no me gustó nada que no tuviesen el detalle de dejar unas bolsitas de té y un poco de café para cuando llegas tarde al menos poder tomar algo caliente, ya que no tienen máquina disponible tampoco, son detalles fundamentales no le doy más nota por ello

A lovely hotel just outside the main area of San Sebastián. The distance wasn’t a problem as there were very regular buses that would bring us into the city within 15 minutes. We opted for breakfast each morning which was a great mixture of cooked and fresh food. Staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We used the self service laundry room which was great, but the machine would only accept cash at the time. The room we stayed in had great facilities (fridge, microwave, electric stove). The TV in our room was not working, we had mentioned it to reception a few times but nobody came to our room to take a look. We really enjoyed our time here and would go back.

The busses will take you from your forest home to a fun active restaurant scene in minutes, and the run frequently so waiting for one is not an issue. If you have a car it stays in front of the hotel that is lined with spaces free of charge. Lots of them! The room is sparse nut clean and efficient attention to being a green space. Shower is great. A feature we always appreciate while traveling. Yes, it's small, but that encourages one to get going in the morning and spend more time exploring this beautiful place.

When we arrived, we did not know where to park. Also, we could not find the entrance. The staff at the desk were very kind and helpful. The room had been advertised as a studio but it was smaller than a hotel room. Thank god for the terrace.

We booked this hotel because it looked like it had a pool but were very disappointed to find the pool was part of the spa and was restricted to adults. The kids were very disappointed. The rooms are noisy. It is a 15min ride into San Sebastian on a bus and there was only one restaurant nearby. We were very disappointed with our stay.

The hotel is excellent in all possible ways: room condition, cleaning, amenities, location and staff! Easy to get to and from downtown by bus. Silence and a beautiful forest around. I´d come back in a minute!

La tranquilidad, limpieza y prestaciones dentro del estudio es algo a valorar muy positivamente

El primer día nos levantamos rodeados de hormigas, hasta se subian a la cama. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación en la que tambien aparecieron hormigas, nos volvieron a cambiar y ya bien. Las instalaciones modernas y comodas

La chambre était impeccable, silencieuse à tout moment de la journée, idéal pour un bon repos.

séjour très agréable, bon accueil, chambre très bien, moderne et propre Dommage la fissure le long de la porte vitrée... j'étais surprise aussi par le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de point d'accueil à cet hotel, mais seulement à l'hotel d'à coté, qui gère du coup les 2. Cela dit ils m'ont très bien accueillie et conseillée. Très professionnels. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le restaurant Tilia juste à coté, vraiment haut de gamme, et très bon accueil et service, au top !

Buena ubicación, moderno y limpio

Hôtel parfait ! Propre, beau, belles chambre (nous étions dans une chambre avec balcon avec une magnifique vu sur les arbres et sans vis à vis) chambres propres. Seuls points d’amélioration : la Clim, qui est contrôlée par le central, la température aussi, mais c’était très bien pendant notre séjour. Et la literie à améliorer, et mettre à disposition des oreillers supplémentaires. Le Personnel est parfait, à l’écoute et disponible ! Petit déjeuner qualitatif ! Je reviens sans hésitation !

Apartment was very modern and well equipped. It was a little worn in places but otherwise very good. The a/c was efficient and the bed was very comfortable . Check in was closed so we checked in at the adjoining hotel; they were excellent . Breakfast we excellent and the two young lads serving on Thursday and Friday went above and beyond to help. Easy bus No 28 into the centre of San Sebastián so co venue t location for exploring if you don’t drive.

La habitación se notaba que era todo nuevo, reformado y moderno, lo único que no pudimos dormir porque se escuchaba un recuperador de aire toda la noche y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. Deberían de mirar de solventar ese problema porque no todos somos de sueño fácil.

No air conditioning. Room was 26+ degrees continually. Numad reception not staffed so next door Arima hotel staff explained air con is turned off during off season. Only fan heater/thermostat available which they said is better left off. Opening windows to deal with heat interferes with blackout blinds functionality, needed as this room was at front of building where signs/lighting are, plus noise and smells get you from downstairs. Room was directly above entrance so you get social smokers in front of building, some from taxis and also a tour bus which stopped near window after midnight. Room doors are heavy and slam loudly down main corridor, probably less of an issue if it's cool enough to sleep and you're not also near the exit stairs when a group heads off for an early breakfast/late night out. I should have asked for another room in hindsight as the rooms near the front need air-con more than the rest probably do. Could have been a great stay.

El hotel en general está bien, tuvimos suerte y nos dieron la habitación con un balcón enorme y vistas a la naturaleza, bastante chulo, la habitación en general muy bien, pero resumiendo, las camas y almohadas dejan mucho que desear, son de muy mala calidad y no se descansa nada bien, y por último la luz del baño, va por temporizador y la pared que separa el baño de la habitación es un cristal oscuro, pero no sirve para nada, la luz se queda encendida por la noche durante mucho tiempo y tarda mucho en apagarse, es súper molesto, vamos, que no hay manera a dormir, por lo demás, bien comunicado con bus al centro cada 8 min, fácil aparcamiento, etc.

took more than 30 minutes to check in and we were second in line ... terrible ... the room ok but the bed was very uncomfortable ... soft to sagging .. the breakfast was above average and the staff in the breakfast room very kind and helpful

Quarto limpo e arrumado com todas as comodidades ( cozinha compacta) . O tamanho do quarto é bem pequeno.

La recepción e de otro hotel y eso es una confusion , ningun otro problema .

Tranquil and peaceful with great customer service from the hotel next to it

Llegamos y faltaban platos y vasos. Al segundo día de aparcar en la calle pusieron una prohibición temporal de aparcamiento por la llegada de un autocar y el alojamiento no nos informó cuando hicimos el check-in ni puso carteles avisando a sus huéspedes y se nos llevó el coche la grúa. Servicio pésimo de atención y consideración con sus usuarios.

took more than 30 minutes to check in and we were second in line ... terrible ... the room ok but the bed was very uncomfortable ... soft to sagging .. the breakfast was above average and the staff in the breakfast room very kind and helpful

We like that the hotel is very near to the Old Town (15 min drive) and if you don't have a car you can take the bus right in the corner

While being a bus ride away from the city, it is what we appreciated after a long day of walking and exploring. Numad is tucked in the trees and a serene setting. It was one of our favorite places we stayed during our month-long vacay in Spain.
