Good hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. Really comfortable and quiet rooms . Our room had a small but useful balcony. Good roof sun terrace with small pool .

Really nice lovely modern hotel, good facilities, rooftop pool is a lovely touch for a couple of hours, there isn’t a bar but they bring up a trolley with drinks now and again - extremely thoughtful. Rooms were spacious and modern. Location while a bit further inland is absolutely fine, its a nice safe walk and you see more of the local life rather than pure tourism. There’s also a gorgeous little takeaway tortilla place around the corner on the way which is some of the best we had, a great start to the day when it opens at 10am

Great location, clean and modern. Room was comfortable and nice. Ok breakfast. Rooftop pool/ sun area fine but really small. Did not at all feel like an LGBT+ hotel; was mostly straight couples when we were there. Convenient and quiet neighbourhood, easy walk into town.

It’s a good hotel but the focus is more on style than comfort. Our room was 315 Euros a day and looked great in the pictures with a terrace and a view. In reality, the room had was quite small, the “terrace” was a balcony the width of a chair, that looked directly into the building across the street. The refrigerator was so packed with stuff they are trying to sell you that we couldn’t even fit in a drink to have after a hot day outside. The counter space also had all kinds of snacks laid out all over it that they are trying to sell you. There’s a gym, but it was in the basement and too hot to actually do a workout.

Great location within walking distance of everything the city has to offer, with good facilities and spacious, comfortable rooms. One thing we’ll probably never warm to, though, is the trend of using unconventional bathroom doors. Yes, my wife and I are married, but that doesn’t mean we need to hear each other while using the toilet. Whatever happened to a good old-fashioned door? The rooftop pool is nice, although it’s quite shallow. It was fairly busy on summer afternoons in July, but we always managed to find available sun loungers.
