Great hotel in a great location, big room and bathroom. Shower was very powerful and the Wifi was fast. I was in room 207 which could be noisy at times due to the room above it, i heard chairs regulary being moved for cleaning the floor and banging. I would still recommend this hotel though. You'll also find a water point on each floor.

Unmittelbar nach der Ankunft gab es organisatorische Probleme mit dem Check In. Obwohl das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt war, sollte ich für meinen Partner eine mir unangekündigte Gebühr bezahlen. Das Hotelmanagement hat am Ende alles im gegenseitigen Einverständnis gelöst. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und geräumig. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser und gemessen am Preis ist das Frühstücksbuffet auch ganz gut.

Ok frokost helt lik hver dag, i og for seg greit nok, meget enkel .Trivelig personale som arbeider til frokost, en veldig proff og hyggelig gjeng. Dette i motsetning resten av personalet som ikke viste frem noe annet enn en generell livstrett adferd uten et fnugg av entusiasme. Nytt og rent overalt, pluss for vanndispenser i hver etasje.

Good location, but several issues. Too noisy to rest, uncomfortable beds and needs maintenance. Main issues: I always look for 4 things when I stay in a smaller hotel. Good safe location, sound proof rooms, good comfortable beds., and A/C. This place seemed to cover what I look for, but I stayed on the 7th floor. They have the roof set up like a nice terrace with several lounge settings. I did not know they hold events up there so loud music until 11:00 and then at 7:30 am they start cleaning up rolling stuff pounding. Really terrible for a guests that want to rest. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Shower was not working properly or super hot water or cold water. Some outlets are old so they are lose. They have a mix of American and European outlets. So you need adapter The good things Courteous staff: staff is courteous and friendly. Especially Renato during breakfast was very polite courteous and making sure we had all we needed to have a pleasant breakfast. Laura at front desk always smiling,and help me with several things I needed during my stay. We stayed for one night after completing the Cusco Peru circuit. It felt like slipping back into a comfy, luxurious cocoon. The room was big enough for 3 people, TV channels in English and a well appointed bathroom. Each floor has hot and cold water dispenser which was great as we didn't need to buy water. We could just refill. The breakfast was not very varied but it was enough. Might get boring if you had to have the same thing for a few days. The location is quite convenient. We walked everywhere but taxis are just as easy! The service was friendly and polite. We felt like valued guests.

We definitely would stay here again. Hotel was in a great location and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and a great variety of items to choose. The only negative thing we could say and the reason it does not get an overall 5 star rating was that the hotel rents out the rooftop patio for private events, which occurred while we were there. There is no view from the rooftop so it wasn't someplace we would have spent any time, but the event was so loud the music could be heard all the way to the lobby. The way the hotel is designed with the other buildings around you could hear the music down the street. In our room we could not take a small nap or even hear the tv because it was so loud. When we left to go to dinner, the police were there but nothing was apparently done about the noise, and when we returned 3 hrs later the event was still going on. The event did end at 10 pm which we were thankful for because we had to get up at 4am to go to the airport. Other than that one issue the place was great and the staff were wonderful. The front desk person also recommended the restaurant nearby Punto Azul which we ended up eating at twice during our 3 night stay because it was so good and the customer service was amazing!

We changed from Arawi Miraflores Express to move into this hotel and we are satisfied with it. The hotel is updated, convenient location, and has filtered Hot, Cold, and Room Temperature water cooler on each level by the elevator which is highly appreciated. I have stayed at Arawi Miraflores Prime in the past and I think I prefer that location over this one but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Escogí este hotel por los buenos comentarios de google maps, ahora que estuve hospedado voy con mi reseña: Lo bueno: -Ubicado en una zona que me pareció céntrica y segura, cerca de muchas opciones de comida, parques, farmacias -El check in fue muy rápido y nos dieron la habitación a las 2:00 pm -La habitación tiene una decoración moderna, con buena combinación de colores -Habitación con nevera pequeña, aire acondicionado, smart tv con opciones a plataformas digitales -Cuentan en cada piso con dispensadores de agua potable -Wifi incluido en la tarifa -Desayuno incluido en la tarifa con frutas, panes y algunas opciones calientes, jugos, café. Estadia constrangedora. De entrada, a primeira informação oferecida pela recepcionista, nao muito simpática, foi de que seríamos multados se sujássemos “os brancos” ( lençóis e toalhas) . Passamos 4 dias preocupados com isso, mesmo porque o uso normal de lençóis e toalhas em hotéis faz parte do negócio. Depois ofereceram toalhas velhas, que mais pareciam panos de chão para que os hóspedes com cabelos tintos ou que fizessem uso de maquiagem usassem. Horrível. Nao recomendável. YOU WILL BE CHARGED! Só me lembro disso…..

Pontos positivos: localização muito central, quarto espaçoso, travesseiros excelente, staff cortês, internet muito boa. Pontos negativos: as toalhas e o banheiro tinham um cheiro desagradável, talvez algum produto usado, não sei, mas era bem ruim. O quarto é claro, mesmo com as cortinas. O ar condicionado ficou sem funcionar um noite e não tinha quem resolvesse. Ou passava calor ou dormia com janela aberta e aguentava mais claridade e barulho da rua. O café da manhã não pode se dizer que é ruim, mas também não é bom. A salada de frutas e queijo são de boa qualidade, mas os sucos não eram naturais e sim artificiais (de caixinha). Pães tb pareciam de mercado. Nada gostoso e especial. Não sei se recomendaria a um amigo ficar lá. Apesar da boa localização, há outros na mesma região. Não foi ruim, mas também não foi uma estadia deliciosa. Sem contar a confusão que fizerem no check-out. Não conseguiram me dar um comprovante de estorno da caução de 50 dólares que é necessária. Não achei isso legal

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I did not like was that my room’s bathroom had a bad urine smell when I arrived. I let the concierge know and they sent someone to clean it and mop the floors. Other than that everything was good.

Great hotel in a great location, big room and bathroom. Shower was very powerful and the Wifi was fast. I was in room 207 which could be noisy at times due to the room above it, i heard chairs regulary being moved for cleaning the floor and banging. I would still recommend this hotel though. You'll also find a water point on each floor.

The hotel was good, it was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was what’s usual in Peru but okay. When we booked the room with balcony we were hoping to sit outside in the evening with a nice view and a glass of wine. Well that didn’t work. Because the „balcony“ was surrounded by walls on all sides and a lot of floors above us. I took a picture but don’t know how to attach.

An excellent stay. Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable modern hotel with new premises. An excellent wifi. Free filtered water available in every floor and breakfast was good even for Scandinavian people (fruits and oatmeal available). The staff spoke also excellent English. Unmittelbar nach der Ankunft gab es organisatorische Probleme mit dem Check In. Obwohl das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt war, sollte ich für meinen Partner eine mir unangekündigte Gebühr bezahlen. Das Hotelmanagement hat am Ende alles im gegenseitigen Einverständnis gelöst. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauber und geräumig. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser und gemessen am Preis ist das Frühstücksbuffet auch ganz gut.
