An ok hotel. Not very central to Miraflores so we had to get taxi to the main areas. The room was just ok. Quite tired and dated. This was the second of this chain we stayed in and had similar experience. You have to go up a flight of stairs to the hotel reception which was hard with a heavy suitcase. No one offered to help. We were woken by dogs barking in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault but the area around is quite rough. Personally I wouldn’t use this chain again.

Extremely affordable hotel in Miraflores and close to the ocean parks by foot. Several top-notch restaurants close by as well. The staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. The amenities of the hotel are not like a Ritz Carlton but everything else makes up for it.

O Hotel é confortável, staff é atenciosa. O Café tem uma boa variedade, limpeza excelente. Fez muito frio, mas tem calefação no quarto. Gostei muito que quando fomos aos passeios, ainda pela madrugada, eles preparam um lanche para levarmos. Indico o hotel - bom custo benefício. Não possui frigobar no quarto, mas acho que pode ser uma praxe em Lima, porque o outro hotel que fiquei também não tinha. Ele fica em Miraflores, mas da outra vez fiquei mais próxima das atrações do bairro, ele fica um pouco distante, fica mais na região de restaurantes.

We stayed here for one night on our way out of Peru. The staff were great and very accommodating. We did notice stains on a bedding in our room as soon as we checked in and the staff graciously changed our room for us. The room was clean and the bed was good.

Other than a noticeable sewer gas issue, this location would be highly recommended. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast, including the open-air dining for this, was especially good.

This hotel is great, so are many other hotels. What make this place so damn special is the service hotel staff provided to us. My wife got sick and needed blood pressure monitor and receptionist Lana personally walk to a nearest drug store to get it. She called in-room service doctor and waited in the room until medial staff arrived. And the breakfast is delicious, location is great for the price.

Una muy mala experiencia, pues la limpieza y desayuno muy bien, pero perdi cosas en plena habitacion! Me robaron en pleno hotel!! Y cuando fui a reclamar no hicieron ni dijeron nada! Cuando se comunicaron con la supervisora pregunto de que pais eramos, senti que nos discriminaron por ser del pais de donde venimos homofobia y demas! Esta mañana volvi a reclamar sobre que iba a pasar con respecto a lo que desaparecio de mi habitacion y todavia nada! Nadie hizo nada y los encargados no me han una respuesta contundente! Aunque ya realice mi check out aun no me he retirado del hotel, voy a solicitar el libro de reclamaciones ya que como no me dan respuesta sobre mis pertenencias entonces voy a reportarlo y llamar a la policia de turismo!

I pre paid for this booking ,when I arrived there they said they will charge me a Lima fee for having a guest ,I already had paid for a having a guest and they said that they have to charge me a fee that is presentable in Peru only ,I've never heard of such thing ,I've traveled all over the world and if I had prepaid for having a guest ,I wouldn't have to pay again when I arrive at hotel .I'm thinking this hotel likes to charge foreign people an extra fee for some odd reason or taking a advantage,I was so tired arriving at hotel that I had no time to even debate this topic to the lady in the front desk who spoke no English .

We had a gap between our stay and they kindly stored our bags and then placed them in our new rooms for us to be there on our late night arrival, which was such a great gesture. Highly recommend staying here.

Property is in a good location! Hotel is in good condition! Rooms are well kept and bed sleeps comfortably! Front desk very professional and kind especially Gleyne who help me arrange taxi and good local restaurants in the area ! Restaurant has a good breakfast menu each morning! Price to stay here is affordable! My stay was enjoyable and will be back soon! Thanks for the wonderful experience

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We felt super fancy because they met us at the Uber and carried my bag up the stairs and then up to our room without me asking. When we needed more towels, sugar/tea, they brought it right up. Breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. They also have food that’s not out in the buffet like French toast, but you have to let them know you want it for breakfast and it’s also free. The only thing I would say is the shower has a humongous step getting in and out so be careful. It was made for a giant. (I’m 5’6”) would stay here again and wasn’t ready to go home!

Had wonderful stay at this hotel, the location was great in Miraflores, a lot of restaurants, groceries stores, coffee shops. Also the front sea was 10 minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

After a string of sub par hotels for roughly the same price, it felt like heaven. Friendly staff, clean comfy room, noise from neighborhood (ocean facing side) was a little loud, but not hotel fault. Good breakfast too. Guy was hustling, but a second employee helping in the dining room for breakfast is needed. Cookies on check in hit the spot. Beautiful walk along coastal park only 2 minutes away and plenty of dining options too
