Gardaland park is free parking and they charge parking at a 4* Hotel, also for 1 week I had to pay 32 Euros for parking at a hotel that deserve to have free parking..

It was a great experience however there should be more information about buses wait times. Also breakfast was not included on the price and you are paying a lot. There is not much entertainment for the kids around the hotel. But the hotel and location is perfect in general. The park was amazing we loved.

The shower looked like it could use a really good scrub but otherwise the room looks as nice. The staff however were not very helpful at all. At check in, the reception seemed almost irritated we had arrived and when the safe in our room wouldn’t work, the attendant that they had sent up said “well I don’t know, not my problem, not my job” so someone else had to come. They seemed like it was an issue if we even asked a question about anything so we didn’t bother after that. The room itself was fun for our son so that was good at least. We did have fun going to Gardaland and it was nice to be able to be there quickly. We didn’t bother going to eat at the hotel at all.
