We are regular guests at Tokyu Stay and often stayed at this Hakata property. The reopening of its F&B outlet is a true delight - we enjoyed our breakfast and evening drinks everyday, the food quality is good and services very attractive. Front Office and floor cleaning staff were very helpful too. Thank you

The receptionist who greeted us at check-in was very frosty and curt. The room was good. However, I have never stayed in an hotel before where room cleaning is chargeable. Expecting the room to be serviced daily is a normal requirement

This hotel was so beautiful inside. You get a complimentary drink. They have a washer/dryer in your room. The amenities were just what we needed. I plan on staying again.
